I offer to Padmasambhava and his lineage. I offer to the assembly of the yidam Nāgarākṣa. I offer to all the nāga races of the eight nāga clans and five lineages. I offer to the nyen spirits, local deities, and earth-lords. I offer to the lords of the place, the owners of wealth, and the guardians. Please accept this torma offering adorned with samaya substances. Pacify all nāga diseases, nyen diseases, earth-lord diseases, and all evil circumstances and obstacles. Increase life, merit, happiness, and prosperity. May the lords of appearance and existence, the nāgas and nyen spirits, gather power. May harmful demons, obstructors, and nāga demons be completely destroyed. Accomplish the entrusted activities of the yogi. From the center of the coiled black snake. King of the race, Nāga King with nine heads. The one demon of demons, the demon of nāgas. Your body rests on the face of Mount Meru. Your tail resides on the ocean. You have sixteen hands, the eight on the right hold curved knives. The eight on the left hold snake lassos. Your heads sway in the space between. From your mouth, you utter fierce sounds. You utter the sound of the terrifying Īkā. You scatter the grass and salt of vows and sins. Your eyes gaze with fierce intensity. Your fangs are sharp, your face is red and black. Nāga, nyen, earth-lord, fierce ones. You devour the six Vasu clans as food. You wear the royal clans as necklaces. You wear the Brahmin clans as bracelets. You wrap the commoner clans around your waist. You crush the outcastes under your feet. Fierce earth-lords, nāgas, and nyen spirits. You subdue them in an instant. You are the emanation from the heart of Manjushri. Black Nāga Demon, I praise you. The four nāga clans and others as well. The upper part of your body has the form of a man. You have a crown of seven snake heads. The lower part of your body is coiled as a fierce snake. You are surrounded by a retinue of many small nāgas.

Please accept this offering of Torma, and perform the deeds that please and delight you. Pacify all the poisons of the Nagas, such as the poison of sight, the poison of touch, and the poison of breath. Grant me the attainments of peaceful and increasing activities, and so on. From ancestors of the past, up to descendants of the future, and within seven generations, I confess and ask for forgiveness for all violations of vows, broken words, contradictions, mistakes, and anything that goes against the mind of the Nagas. May all vows, containers, and contents dissolve into light and merge into me. May I dissolve into the Phei at my heart. May that also vanish like an unreal rainbow. Look back, look at your own mind. When you look, you see no thing. Not seeing is the best of seeing. That is what is called emptiness. No matter what arises from the turbulence of the five poisons, when you look at your own face, it will be pacified in its own place. Because the glory of the five wisdoms increases, it is also called Manjushri. There is no birth, death, increase, or decrease in the mind. Your own mind is youthful. When you see the nature of your own mind, you see the face of the real Manjughosha. Therefore, look at your own mind. Do not fabricate, just relax and let go. Relax and let go, and look intently. The meaning that is beyond words, thought, and expression will manifest directly in your own being. Through the power of whatever virtue has been accumulated in the three times, such as the generation stage, completion stage, meditation, and recitation, may I have a long and healthy life in this life, and may wealth and realization increase and expand. When the time comes to pass away, may I be reborn miraculously in the lotus in the pure land of Sukhavati, and may I quickly attain the position of the ten bhumis. May there be the auspiciousness of the master Padmasambhava! May there be the auspiciousness of Manjughosha! May there be the auspiciousness of the white Migön! Maṅgalaṃ sarva siddhi hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Auspicious, All, Accomplishment, Hum). Then, at this point, you can stop reciting. In this way, practice the approach and accomplishment in each session, or continuously practice each session without interruption. It is said that signs will appear if you recite three hundred thousand mantras. But there is a risk of confusing the signs of the gods with the signs of demons. Because demons are also Nagas, and this god is also of the Naga race, it is easy to confuse them. Nagas on the body
