Gyas! Gather all appearances and minds under your control! Subdue all enemies and obstacles! Meditate on receiving the empowerment of the activity of all Buddhas! As a sign of empowerment, meditate on handing over the weapon of the Lord of Death into your hands! The empowerment of the activity of all Buddhas, today it will be conferred upon you! In order to accomplish all Buddhas completely, enjoy this empowerment of activity! Hand over the staff and skull cup filled with blood! Oṃ hrīḥ lli vikritā nana hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā! Karma abhiṣiñca āḥ! You are the nature of all Buddhas! All Buddhas are unified as one! May the activity of the Lord of Death, the supreme of all Buddhas, be auspicious! By this, may all the obscurations of the three doors be purified equally! May the adverse conditions that harm the three doors be pacified! May you have power over accomplishing all kinds of activities! May you have the fortune to obtain the result, the empowerment of the activity of all Buddhas, which pervades all directions and is the nature of permanence! This is the subsequent permission of activity! Count the mantra from here on. Note. Now, visualize this torma as the red Lord of Death mentioned earlier. On the upper part of it are the lineage lamas, in the middle part is the yidam deity assembly, and in the lower part are the Dharma protectors and guardians. They are inseparable from the torma and come to the crown of your heads. From them, various sizes of bodies, strings of mantra speech, and countless five-pronged vajras of mind descend like rain and dissolve into you. Have the faith that you have received all the empowerments, blessings, and accomplishments from how we have prayed. All the Buddhas of the three times, with their body, speech, and mind, have blessed, in order to arise the two kinds of accomplishments, bestow the great torma empowerment. Jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ!
