The essence of the earth, the white, radiant bindu in the heart, is raised through the central channel to the aperture of Brahma, and absorbed into the heart of the self-created Great Bliss. Visualize that the skin of yourself, the patron, and the patient's body becomes a torma vessel. All the inner contents—flesh, blood, organs, and entrails—become torma, transformed into the nectar of wisdom, possessing a hundred tastes and a thousand powers. Countless offering goddesses arise spontaneously, offering to all the deities. Meditate on satisfying all harm-doers and sentient beings of the six realms through generosity. This is the same as the accumulation of merit of Kusulu and the offering of the body mandala. Furthermore, visualize the remnants—meat, blood, fat, oil, flavors, and essences—filling the three thousand worlds. First, offer this essence to the assembly of blood-drinking deities. Then, visualize that all other gods, demons, and obstructing spirits receive whatever they desire—meat, blood, fat, bones—and are delighted and satisfied, repaying karmic debts. In the practice of non-objectification, rest briefly in the state of emptiness. Then, visualize the self-created deity dissolving back into the heart, and recite the remaining portions. This fulfills the breaking of vows, and even if the reversion fails, it pacifies the wrath of the deities and protectors. Even if the power of external curses is strong, it can be reverted. Even if the number of wrathful rituals is numerous, it will not harm oneself, and so forth; it is of great importance. Next is the visualization sequence for torma reversion according to the Great Perfection Ati Yoga tradition: Revert the consciousness torma in the vessel of citta into the state where all phenomena are the emptiness of mind itself. Although this is said to be the visualization during the recitation of peaceful reversion, it can be done at any time. There is no need to transfer the consciousness of oneself, the deceased, or the patron, etc. Visualize the heart as the torma vessel, and visualize all the conceptualizations of the five poisons and afflictions as torma. Then, by blessing it in the state of emptiness of mind itself, offer it to the assembly of deities of the Eight Commands, such as the forty-two peaceful deities. By offering this, the five poisons are purified and transformed into the offerings of the five wisdoms, thereby transforming the five aggregates, five elements, five mothers, eight consciousnesses, eight great bodhisattvas, eight realms, eight consorts, ten non-virtuous actions, ten wrathful deities, and all impure aggregates, elements, and sense bases into the pure, peaceful forty-two Buddhas, thus reverting the suffering of samsara and all the lower realms.

When meditating, without manipulating the mind, rest in the state of emptiness, luminosity, and great bliss. At this time, during daytime meditation and at night when sleeping, purify the obscurations of one's own nature through the syllable Bhai (Tibetan: བྷེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भै, Sanskrit Romanization: bhai, Literal Chinese meaning: Bhai), because the support for reversion is vast view, so even if performing wrathful actions such as Zorma, it will not revert back to oneself, therefore it is profound and important. The above is a brief summary of the actual visualization sequence of reversion. Afterwards, the visualization sequence when offering Torma for reversion: Point the food towards the enemy and perform the reversion ritual: According to the ritual text, perform the golden libation, opening the door, Torma fortress, etc. When requesting the presence, visualize all the deities of the Torma and Mandala base dissolving into the light of the Mandala and merging into the deities. The deities rise into the sky, facing the enemy like gathering dark clouds, and visualize the sky and space being filled, the three realms shaking, and a loud and thunderous sound arising. Then, whether or not to throw the Zorma, it is fine to offer it: From the mouths of the deities in the sky and space, emanate a mist of disease, and rain down curses and weapons upon their bodies. Holding various weapons and curse Zorma in their hands, rain down the curse Zorma and weapons upon the enemy and obstructing demons wherever they are, who are inseparable from the Lingam, spread the protective tent, and drive away the Dharma protectors like throwing stones at a flock of birds, reducing their body, speech, and mind to ashes. All the blood-drinking deities and arrogant retinues devour the flesh and blood of all the enemy and obstructing demons like jackals rushing towards meat, or vultures devouring a corpse, making cheem cheem, chrol chrol, hab di ri ri sounds, devouring them completely without leaving even a sesame seed (Tibetan: བྷེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भै, Sanskrit Romanization: bhai, Literal Chinese meaning: Bhai). Point the tip of the Modor Torma forward and tilt it, and visualize the eighteen arrogant ones, the thirty troop leaders, and all the flesh-eating mothers marching like an army setting out for the enemy's land. The wisdom deities gather from the sky and reside on the tip of the root Torma, in order to perform the subsequent rituals. The visualizations of horse dance, drumming, joyful feast, Tsogkor wheel, attracting wealth, auspiciousness, etc., are also clear as described in their respective ritual texts, so there is no need to elaborate. Because the visualization sequences of the ritual text are numerous and complex, making them difficult to understand, they are explained here in an easy-to-understand manner, and each different point is either necessary or specific to each situation. For common reversion, these are sufficient. As Machig Labdrön said: The practice of the Sugata, the Eight Teachings of
