唉！众生福薄故，错乱虽大，然莫于我心祈请！若为病所苦，药疗我所出；若无食，饮食我所出；烦恼渴所逼，我能解脱；若无怙佑，我能为怙佑；若无依处，我能为依处；若怖畏，我能作救护；若乏资财，资财我所出；若畏恶趣，我能断生门；若欲大乐解脱道，我能送达；若欲暂时安乐，我所出；若欲究竟安乐，我所出；若为八怖所害，我能救护；所需所欲如雨降，一切我所出；共同成就一切我所出；殊胜成就一切我所出；若欲不退转之净土，我所出；为利有情众生我所出；若欲寿命与福德，我所出；若欲净除病魔罪障，我能焚烧；若欲怀摄，怀摄我所出；若欲降伏骄慢，我所出；若欲四种事业，我所出；所需所生如意莲花我所出；无论何事所思无碍我所出；热恼烦恼诸病我能解脱；中阴险道之惊恐我能解脱；送至究竟佛之净土；莲师我乃依怙本尊之主；亦示光明法身心要之义；所需所欲皆生莲花生我乃是！如是说。扎那达吉萨嘎拉！仅仅听闻彼之名，亦汗毛竖立泪满眶，彼之法与族信奉之，彼亦莲花王，彼与事业金刚橛，无量成就彼能赐予。如是说故，邬金父母与金刚橛亦为一。如今此神乃邬金父母与神金刚童子无别之忿怒金刚橛，如是说。邬金仁波切于未来授记中说，于恶时浊世授记之时，如是之时星曜魔鬼抬头故，贝哈尔王之教法将兴盛。如是说。彼时贝哈尔王权势兴盛故，说众人多有疯癫附体与突然死亡。

Alas! Because sentient beings have little merit, mistakes are great, but do not pray to me from the heart! If afflicted by illness, the medicine and healing come from me; if there is no food, food and drink come from me; I can relieve the suffering of thirst from afflictions; if there is no protector, I can be the protector; if there is no refuge, I can be the refuge; if there is fear and dread, I can provide fearlessness and protection; if lacking wealth, wealth comes from me; if fearing the lower realms, I can block the gate of rebirth; if desiring the great bliss of liberation, I can deliver you; if desiring temporary happiness, it comes from me; if desiring ultimate happiness, it comes from me; if harmed by the eight fears, I can protect you; all needs and desires rain down, everything comes from me; all common accomplishments come from me; all supreme accomplishments come from me; if desiring a non-regressing pure land, it comes from me; for the benefit of sentient beings, I arise from me; if desiring long life and merit, it comes from me; if desiring to purify illness, demons, sins, and obscurations, I can burn them away; if desiring to gather power, gathering power comes from me; if desiring to subdue arrogance, it comes from me; if desiring the four activities, they come from me; the wish-fulfilling lotus that arises from needs comes from me; whatever is thought of, unobstructed, comes from me; I can relieve the heat, suffering, afflictions, and illnesses; I can relieve the fear and dread of the perilous bardo; I will deliver you to the heart of the Buddha's pure land; Lotus Master, I am the chief of the yidam deities; I also show the meaning of the heart essence of the clear light dharmakaya; the source of all needs and desires, Padmasambhava, I am! Thus it is said. Jñana Ḍākinī Sāgara! Even just hearing his name, hairs stand on end and tears well up; have faith in his dharma and lineage; he is also the Lotus King; he and the activities of Vajrakīla, he bestows limitless accomplishments. Thus it is said, so the Uḍḍiyāna parents and Vajrakīla are also one. Now, this deity is the wrathful Vajrakīla, inseparable from the Uḍḍiyāna parents and the deity Vajrakumara, it is said. Guru Rinpoche said in the future prophecies, during the time of the degenerate age of evil, at such a time, because the planets and demons rise up, the teachings of the king of Behar will flourish. Thus it is said. At that time, because the power of the king of Behar will flourish, it is said that many people will have madness, possession, and sudden death.
