La! Do not send hail or frost! In the past, the supreme horse did not break the oath! May future yogis not become weary! Thereafter, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni! Placed gods and demons under oath! I abide in the Shakya's teachings! You are the noble patrons of the Thuba lineage! Accept this annual offering! Do not harm the crops! Do not send hail or frost! Thereafter, Padmasambhava! Subdued the entire Jambudvipa with his feet! Placed all gods and demons under oath! I am the lineage of that master's teachings! You are the descendants of those gods and demons! Accept the torma, annual offering, and the first fruits! Do not break the great master's command! Do not send hail or frost! The thirty arrogant chieftains! The mantra masters, eighteen great arrogant ones! And the twelve steadfast mothers of Tibet! The twenty-one patrons! The thirteen deities of the lord's song! Accept the annual offering, torma, and first fruits! Do not send hail or frost! The Tangla deity of Tibet ascends upwards! Accompanied by the eighteen hail lords! The suffering of hell is truly terrible! One's own actions ripen upon oneself! Therefore, please be compassionate! Like this annual offering! To all phenomenal gods and demons! Like the Samantabhadra's offering cloud! May it become a source of inexhaustible enjoyment! May all be pleased and satisfied! May debts and karmic burdens be purified! May all attain enlightenment! Oṃ! Rāhula Āya Madu Ru Tsa Sha Na Sa Parivāra A Gatsa Gatsa! Offer the ransom Torma! Then circumambulate the fields with the Torma. If not possible, hold the Torma in your hand and circumambulate all the fields in that manner. Do it with your hands, and then place that Torma on the hail path or on a high place. Then, mark the eight directions of that place, with two in the center, stacking ten. Place a phurba or a sword inscribed with mantras. Or put a paper roll inside a tsha tsha. If that doesn't work, spread it out wherever, and with focus, cut off the hail path with wrath in the ten directions. Generating the Ten Wrathful Ones: Hūṃ! From the supreme Akanishta realm, the Uḍḍiyāna field, from the charnel ground that is spontaneously accomplished, the embodiment of the Ten Perfections, the lord of the Ten Powers, the Ten Wisdom Wrathful Ones with their consorts and children, please come to this place to protect the crops! Reside joyfully on top of the obstructing forces of the ten directions! Accept this offering of actual and mentally emanated wealth, and accomplish the activity of averting hail and frost from the ten directions! Hūṃ! From the eastern direction, the Great Wrathful One, Completely Victorious, white and radiant, holding a wheel and khatvanga. Please accept this offering of grain ears and first fruits! Offer grain ears and first fruits to the east! Do the same for all the following. Please cut off the hail path of the gandharvas of the eastern direction! Oṃ Vajra Krodha Vijaya Hūṃ!
