ངས་པ་说当浊世降临时，据说藏地将被龙和地神控制，出现一种无法治愈的麻风病。为了利益那些在浊世被龙和地神疾病所困扰的人们，莲师忿怒尊的擦拭仪轨和驱魔仪轨，几乎每个伏藏中都埋藏了一个。正如经文中所说：像我这样有善心的女人，不知疲倦的措嘉，写了五百张黄纸卷轴，希望能利益浊世的众生！对于众生来说，无论上下的邪魔造成何种损害，特别是对于麻风病等龙魔，应该进行擦拭仪轨和驱魔仪轨。擦拭和清洁后，即使是梵天大神的疾病，也能从邪魔中解脱并痊愈。更不用说其他的邪魔了，它简单易行，利益巨大且深奥。正如娘的伏藏中所说：为了进行上师忿怒尊的心髓修法，想要擦拭和供养以治愈病人，对于那些被龙魔缠身或生病的人。像这样的方法，即使是梵天大神的邪魔，也会被驱逐，毫无疑问。更不用说龙和地神了！正如仁钦林巴的伏藏中所说：从莲师心髓忿怒修法中，讲述了擦拭和供养以治愈病人。对于那些被龙魔缠身或患有肺病的人，将食物残渣涂抹在病人身上。将有害的食物残渣送到有害的方向。像这样的方法，即使是梵天大神本身，也会被驱逐，毫无疑问。更不用说龙和地神了！这个擦拭和供养以治愈麻风病的教言，愿它能与有缘者相遇！如是说。为了进行这样深奥而特殊的擦拭仪轨，无论谁对佛有信心，他的面前都会有能仁。如是说。我的身体不是凡夫俗子，而是在一瞬间，我变成了金刚忿怒颅鬘力，三面六臂四足威慑，右脸白色，左脸蓝色，中间脸红黑色燃烧，九眼威慑张开，四颗牙齿紧咬，皱着眉头，眉毛和胡须燃烧着火焰，身体高大，肢体修长，第一只右手中的弯刀，中间那只手拿着天铁九尖金刚杵，上面有九个让字，举向天空，最后一只手拿着燃烧的剑。第一只左手拿着颅碗血，中间拿着卡杖嘎。

When the time of the degenerate age arrives, it is said that this Tibetan land will be controlled by the Nagas and earth lords, and a time will come when an incurable leprosy will take hold. For the sake of benefiting those who are afflicted by the diseases of the Nagas and earth lords in the degenerate age, the rubbing ritual and exorcism of Guru Drakpo are mostly hidden one in each treasure. As it is said in the text: A woman like me with a kind heart, Tsogyal without weariness, wrote five hundred yellow parchment scrolls, may they benefit the beings of the degenerate age! Whatever harm is caused to sentient beings by the upper and lower demons, especially for Naga demons such as leprosy, the rubbing ritual and exorcism should be performed. By rubbing and cleansing, even the disease of the great god Brahma will be liberated from the demons and healed. What need is there to mention other demons? It is easy to do, greatly beneficial, and profound. As it is said in the treasure of Nyang: For the heart practice of the wrathful Guru, if you want to rub and offer to heal the sick, for those who are afflicted by Naga demons or are sick. Such a method, even the demon of the great god Brahma, will be expelled without doubt. What need is there to mention Nagas and earth lords! As it is said in the treasure of Rinchen Lingpa: From the wrathful practice of the Guru's heart, it is explained how to rub and offer to heal the sick. For those who are afflicted by Naga demons or have consumption, smear the offering remains on the body of the sick person. Send the harmful offering remains to the harmful direction. Such a method, even the great god Brahma himself, will be expelled without doubt. What need is there to mention Nagas and earth lords! May this instruction on rubbing and offering to heal leprosy meet with a fortunate one! Thus it is said. To perform such a profound and special rubbing ritual, whoever has faith in the Buddha, the Thubpa will be present before him. Thus it is said. My body is not that of an ordinary person, but in an instant, I become Vajra Drakpo Totreng Tsal, with three faces, six arms, and four legs, terrifying. The right face is white, the left face is blue, and the middle face is red-black and blazing. With nine terrifying eyes wide open, four fangs bared, frowning, flames blazing from the eyebrows and beard, a large body with well-proportioned limbs. The first right hand holds a hooked knife, the middle hand holds a sky-iron nine-pointed vajra with nine Ram (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让) syllables, raising it to the sky, and the last hand holds a flaming sword.
