༔ 成就者之友伴，供养居士疯子之誓言。为成办所托付之事业，供养誓言海众。以嘎纳会供供养誓言，以巴利朵玛供养誓言，以红 रक्त（藏文：རཀྟ་，梵文天城体：रक्त，梵文罗马拟音：rakta，汉语字面意思：血）供养誓言，以甘露药供养誓言，以见修行为供养誓言。以誓言供养之加持力，祈请遣除内外障碍，祈请遣除巨大衰损之恐惧，祈请成办四种事业。嗡 萨玛雅，阿 萨玛雅，吽 萨玛雅。嗡 嘎纳扎扎 萨达 萨玛雅等至百字明 萨埵 阿之间。以及，所有作为见证之皈依胜处，从前世至今生，所有违犯之失坏，以会供供养并忏悔。咕噜 德瓦 达吉尼 嘎纳扎扎 卡嘿 秀达 阿。之后，若是朵玛回遮，则应广行诛业。又，即使未作回遮之补充，亦可如此念诵：于前方铁室中陈设食子，帕！ ཨེ་ཡཾ་རཾ་ཁཾ༔ 于自身前方，从ཨེ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）生出由三毒所成之监狱，外为如末劫之雨云般黑暗，燃烧着嗔恨劫末之火焰，其口广大而底深广，入之则无解脱之境，内有贪欲之血海沸腾，愚痴之黑暗浓厚，嫉妒之红风呼啸，上方降下冰雹与兵器之雨，之外，行事之使者以丑陋之形象，手持勾召与解脱之兵器，以无数之力，努力勾召令敌鬼之魂魄漂荡不得自在，充满大地之内，吽和ཏྲི（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）中生出之敌鬼口众多，眼瞎眼，右手捶胸，左手拔发，手脚被锁于铁中，九窍流血，可怜濒临断气，颤抖战栗。那摩！加持之根本传承上师们之语真实，成就之根本本尊坛城众之语真实，事业之根本护法守护者们之语真实，自性 咕噜 猛厉 颅鬘力之语真实，身之胜妙文殊之坛城众之语真实，语之胜妙马头明王之坛城众之语真实，

༔ Granting assistance to practitioners, fulfilling the commitment of the mendicant madman. In order to accomplish the entrusted tasks, fulfilling the commitment of the ocean of oath-bound ones. Fulfilling the commitment with the gana assembly. Fulfilling the commitment with the bali offering. Fulfilling the commitment with red रक्त（Tibetan: རཀྟ་，Sanskrit Devanagari: रक्त，Sanskrit Romanization: rakta, Literal Chinese meaning: blood）. Fulfilling the commitment with nectar medicine. Fulfilling the commitment with view, meditation, and action. Through the blessings of fulfilling the commitment, please avert outer and inner obstacles. Please avert the fear of great downfalls. Please accomplish the four kinds of activities. Om Samaya, Ah Samaya, Hum Samaya. Om Gana Chakra Sata Samaya, etc., up to the hundred-syllable mantra Satva Ah. And, all the supreme refuges who are witnesses, from past lives until now, all transgressions and impairments, I fulfill and confess with the assembly. Guru Deva Dakini Gana Chakra Khahi Shuddhe Ah.
