那嘛！从三棱形的三个白色“康”（藏文：ཀཾ，梵文天城体：क，梵文罗马拟音：kaṃ，汉语字面意思：康）字中，在三个颅骨碗中，生出一个白色“阿”（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字，颅碗外部白色内部红色，额头朝向自己，在宽广浩大的内部，充满着被诛杀的怨敌邪魔的血肉，在其上方，从“阿”（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字中生出月亮坛城，其上方是三层叠加的“嗡啊吽”（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽），从心间的“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中放出光芒，从“扬”（藏文：ཡཾ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：扬）字生起风，从“让”（藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让）字点燃火，火使颅碗温暖，内部的所有血肉融化沸腾，所有不净的污垢都以气泡的形式冒出，转化为精华智慧的甘露。念诵七遍“嗡 嘛哈 巴令达 咕 嘉纳 嘛耶 梭哈”（藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིང་ཏ་གུ་བྱ་ན་མ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：ओṃ महा बलिṃत गु जञान मये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahā baliṃta gu jñāna maye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，大，供施，咕，智慧，嘛耶，梭哈）。上方的三个字和月亮，都化为光融入颅碗的甘露中，从而具有百味千力的功德。吽！凶猛莲师的眷属众神，请享用这包含三毒血肉的食子，为了成就菩提，请摧毁所有制造障碍的怨敌邪魔，愿瑜伽士我等眷属，今生一切损害平息，来世获得菩提果位。简而言之，此时所有小食子都以咒语供养。广而言之，分别给予各自的赞颂祈请而供养。然后念诵遣除仪轨。这是为了利益顿珠而由阿惹嘎精简撰写，所有过失向凶猛本尊众神及护法忏悔。愿此善根使一切众生战胜四魔之战。吉祥！ 上师猛修仪轨次第。

Napa! From the three-sided three white 'Kam' (Tibetan: ཀཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: क, Sanskrit Romanization: kaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Kam) syllables, within the three skull cups, arises a white 'Ah' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) syllable. The skull cup is white on the outside and red on the inside, with the forehead facing oneself. Within the vast and expansive space, it is filled with the red flesh and blood of enemies and obstructors who have been slain. Above it, from the 'Ah' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) syllable arises a lunar mandala. Above that are the three stacked syllables 'Om Ah Hum' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Ah Hum). From the 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable at the heart center, rays of light emanate. From 'Yam' (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Yam) arises wind, from 'Ram' (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ram) ignites fire. The fire warms the skull cup, and all the flesh and blood inside melt and boil. All impure filth rises to the surface in the form of bubbles, and transforms into the nectar of essence wisdom. Recite seven times: 'Om Maha Balingta Gu Jñana Maye Svaha' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིང་ཏ་གུ་བྱ་ན་མ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ महा बलिṃत गु जञान मये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ mahā baliṃta gu jñāna maye svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Great, Offering, Gu, Wisdom, Maye, Svaha). The three syllables above, together with the moon, dissolve into light and merge into the nectar of the skull cup, thereby possessing a hundred flavors and a thousand powers. Hum! Fierce Lotus Family deities and retinue, please partake of this torma of flesh and blood containing the three poisons. In order to accomplish enlightenment, please destroy all enemies and obstructors who create obstacles. May all harm to us yogis and our retinue in this life be pacified, and may we attain the state of enlightenment in the future. In brief, at this time all small tormas are offered with mantras. In detail, offer each with their respective praises and requests. Then recite the reversal ritual. This was condensed and written by A-rak-ga for the benefit of Dondrup. I confess all faults to the fierce deities and Dharma protectors. May this virtue enable all sentient beings to triumph over the battle of the four maras. Mangalam!
