向上天空充满光芒，土地、水、火、风的精华各自显现本色。血肉、温暖、气息的衰退得以恢复，再次如上弦月一般，获得力量、能力、功德和寿命的加持。将寿命食子置于头顶。嗡啊吽吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽吽）。法身无量光，报身大悲尊，化身莲花生，空行母益西措嘉，娘本定增桑布，持明吽那美巴，具缘持教主。根本以珍宝严饰，树干红黑帽，树枝八大菩萨，花朵如五种，果实如五种，三十八成就者，不退转地获得者一百零八位等等。根本和传承的一切具德上师们，特别是诸佛总集莲师光明，眷属勇士空行持明百千俱胝，祈请所有这些赐予此等金刚弟子们无死寿命之灌顶。愿寿命如金刚般坚不可摧，愿寿命如雍仲般永恒不变，愿寿命如胜幢般永不衰败，祈请加持获得无死寿命持明果位。念诵咒语三遍。现在依靠宝瓶来延寿，宝瓶中央安住着莲师光明，从其身中发出各种颜色的光芒，充满整个天空。十方一切诸佛，以及三族怙主等一切菩萨，世间具有权势、福德、财富者，梵天和自在天等长寿天神，力量之源和财富增长等长寿龙族，金轮转王等长寿之人，以及多闻天子等具有权势财富者们的寿命福德，有漏世间的福德，无漏四圣的身体和寿命福德，空行护法，世间守护者们的一切威力、力量、能力，都化为光芒融入宝瓶，变成无死甘露。宝瓶置于头顶时，甘露从宝瓶口中流出，从头顶梵穴进入，身体充满无死寿命甘露，如铁变金一般。

Upward, the sky is filled with light, the essence of earth, water, fire, and wind each manifests its own color. The decline of flesh, blood, warmth, and breath is restored, and again, like the waxing moon, may the empowerment of strength, ability, merit, and life be obtained. Place the longevity torma on the head. Om Ah Hum Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum Hum). Dharmakaya Amitabha, Sambhogakaya Great Compassionate One, Nirmanakaya Padmasambhava, Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, Nyangben Tingdzin Zangpo, Mantra Holder Hungnak Mebar, Fortunate Lord of Dharma. The root is adorned with jewels, the trunk is the red-black hat, the branches are the eight bodhisattvas, the flowers are like the five, the fruits are like the five, the thirty-eight accomplished ones, the non-returning ground, the one hundred and eight who have attained it, and so on. All the virtuous root and lineage lamas, and especially the embodiment of all the Buddhas, Lotus Light, surrounded by heroes, dakinis, and vidyadharas, a hundred thousand kotis, may all of these grant the initiation of deathless life to these vajra disciples. May life be as indestructible as a vajra, may life be as eternal as a yungdrung, may life be as unfading as a victory banner, may you be blessed to attain the deathless life of a vidyadhara. Recite the mantra three times. Now, relying on the vase to prolong life, in the center of the vase dwells Guru Padma Odbar, from whose body emanates various colored rays of light, filling the entire sky. All the Buddhas of the ten directions, and all the bodhisattvas such as the three family protectors, those in the world with power, merit, and wealth, the long-lived gods such as Brahma and Ishvara, the long-lived nagas such as the source of power and wealth increase, the long-lived humans such as the golden wheel-turning kings, and the long-lived ones with power and wealth such as Vaishravana, their life and merit, the merit of the contaminated world, the body and life merit of the uncontaminated four noble ones, dakini protectors, all the power, strength, and ability of the world protectors are gathered in the form of light and enter the vase, becoming the nectar of immortality. When the vase is placed on the head, the nectar flows from the mouth of the vase, enters through the Brahma aperture on the crown of the head, and the body is filled with the deathless nectar of life, like iron turning into gold.

就像历算一样。观想获得无生无死的金刚身。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ） 瓶之甘露莲花光焰照，光芒无量遍布虚空。 诸佛无量三族怙主与，世间受用权势福德者，有漏无漏威力能力诸，今赐予子寿命之灌顶。 念诵咒语并灌注瓶水。从向上倾倒的剩余水中，观想无量光佛以其为顶饰。现在依靠 丸药来延寿，如同以前国王持戒者和广严城之女等，因食用婆罗门肉丸而获得虹身金刚身一样。观想此丸药是邬金无量寿佛，身躯矮小但肢体齐全，面朝东方而来，安住在八瓣莲花心之上。 吽（藏文：ཧཱིཿ） 往昔三世诸佛皆，依此修成丸药物。 上师加持丸药不分离，赐予具缘种姓子为食。 不舍誓物享用精华，食饮受用获得寿命灌顶。 嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ），啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ），班杂（藏文：བཛྲ），咕噜（藏文：གུ་རུ་），贝玛（藏文：པདྨ），悉地（藏文：སིདྡྷི་），阿玉卡（藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུཥ），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ），扎（藏文：ཛ）。（梵文天城体：ॐ आः हूँ वज्र गुरु पद्म सिद्धि आयुः हूँ हूँ जः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi āyuḥ hūṃ hūṃ jaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽，金刚上师莲花生，成就寿命吽吽扎。） 如此念诵咒语并给予寿丸，现在依靠酒来延寿，如同以前大成就者鸟类足和圣天等，依靠长寿水而成就无死寿命一样，观想由邬金无量寿佛化为光芒而产生的甘露，饮用此甘露，无死寿命之成就和无病安乐之青春增长，拥有不老的十六岁青春容颜。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ） 往昔仙人持明一切众，依此修成长寿甘露物。 诸佛加持甘露不分离，赐予具缘种姓子为饮。 内外菩提心界皆增盛，乐暖炽燃获得寿命灌顶。 念诵咒语并给予长寿水。如此为了所灌顶的长寿灌顶不衰退且不生障碍，再次给予守护之甲，观想从面前生起的莲花光焰之身中，降下各种金刚细雨，使您的身体穿上金刚铠甲，光芒闪耀。从寿命中抛洒，啊

Just like in astrology. Meditate on attaining the Vajra body, free from birth and death. Hrih! The nectar of the vase, the lotus ablaze with light! Limitless rays of light spread to fill the sky! All the Buddhas, the infinite protectors of the three families, and those with worldly enjoyment, power, merit, all the powers and abilities, both with and without defilements, may the son receive the empowerment of life here and now! Recite the mantra and pour the vase water. From the remaining water poured upwards, visualize Amitabha adorning the crown. Now, relying on pills to prolong life, just as in the past, King Tsuglagdzin and the daughter of Yangpachen, etc., attained the rainbow body Vajra body by eating Brahmin meat pills. Visualize this pill as Orgyen Amitayus, small in stature but with complete limbs, coming from the east, residing on the heart of an eight-petaled lotus. Hih! All the Buddhas of the past, present, and future, accomplished through relying on this pill of attainment. The blessings of the Guru are inseparable from the pill.
