于结合中，所有损耗皆得恢复；光芒洁白而闪耀，油润而圆转；从头顶梵穴至全身，丝丝渗入；愿获光焰不灭之寿命自在！嗡 啊 吽 班匝 咕噜 贝玛 悉地 阿玉 耶 吽 吽 匝（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱ་ཡུའེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཛ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हूँ वज्र गुरु पद्म सिद्धि आयुः ये हूँ हूँ जः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi āyuḥ ye hūṃ hūṃ jaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 吽 金刚 上师 莲花 成就 寿命 耶 吽 吽 匝）如是挥舞箭幡，并专注及摇动。哦，以此，招引寿命增长已毕。于前所生之寿命食子专注，为作灌顶之义而专注。此寿命食子显明为莲花生光明，于其心间之舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字上，以寿命咒语右绕，从中，无量白黄红绿光芒遍布虚空。地之精华皆化为黄色如金，水之精华皆化为白色如水晶，火之精华皆化为红色如红宝石，风之精华皆化为绿色如绿柱石，空之精华皆化为蓝宝石般凝聚。进入宝瓶与颅器之中，化为不死之寿命甘露。于将寿命食子置于头顶时，从颅器与宝瓶降下甘露之流，从头顶梵穴进入，通过中脉之中，头顶大乐轮，喉间受用轮，心间法轮，脐间化身轮，密处安乐守护轮，从头顶直至脚底，充满不死甘露，所有疾病、邪魔、寿命障碍皆从下门与脚底毛孔中如墨汁般排出。血肉体温气息心识之寿命损耗皆得恢复，地之功德圆满，故身体坚硬稳固如金刚石；水之功德圆满，故身体油润温暖如阳光照耀之酥油；火之功德圆满，故身体明亮光彩照人如无云之太阳；风之功德圆满，故身体轻盈勇猛如鹏鸟；心之功德圆满，故心中无有痛苦如比丘安住于四禅定。寿命与福德皆如上弦月般增长，身体之力气、能力与功德皆增长，生起获得不死金刚寿命之信解。舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）！宝瓶之自性为莲花生光明安住，无量光芒

In union, all losses are restored; the light is white and radiant, oily and round; from the crown of the head to the body, it seeps in; may I obtain the empowerment of the light-blazing, immortal life! Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Ayue Hum Hum Dza. Thus, wave the arrow banner, and focus and shake it. Oh, with this, the summoning of increasing life is complete. Focus on the life torma generated in front, and focus on the meaning of empowerment. This life torma is clear as Padmasambhava of Blazing Light, on the Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) at his heart, the life mantra circles to the right, from which, immeasurable white, yellow, red, and green rays of light radiate, filling the sky. All the essence of earth transforms into yellow like gold, all the essence of water transforms into white like crystal, all the essence of fire transforms into red like ruby, all the essence of wind transforms into green like emerald, all the essence of space condenses like lapis lazuli. It enters the treasure vase and the skull cup, transforming into the immortal nectar of life. When the life torma is placed on the crown of the head, a stream of nectar descends from the skull cup and the vase, entering from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, passing through the central channel, the wheel of great bliss at the crown of the head, the wheel of enjoyment at the throat, the wheel of Dharma at the heart, the wheel of emanation at the navel, the wheel of bliss-guarding at the secret place, from the crown of the head down to the soles of the feet, filled with immortal nectar, all diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles to life are expelled from the lower gate and the pores of the soles of the feet like black ink. All losses of life in flesh, blood, warmth, breath, and mind are restored, the qualities of earth are perfected, so the body is hard and stable like diamond; the qualities of water are perfected, so the body is oily and warm like butter warmed by the sun; the qualities of fire are perfected, so the body is clear and radiant like the sun without clouds; the qualities of wind are perfected, so the body is light and courageous like Garuda; the qualities of mind are perfected, so the mind is without pain like a monk absorbed in the four meditations. All life and merit increase like the waxing moon, all the strength, ability, and qualities of the body increase, generate faith in obtaining the immortal vajra life.
