Gar shig shig! From the mouth, contemplate emitting the fierce sound of Hūṃ. Visualize all women as the consort Vajravarahi, dark blue, one face, two arms, naked, with hair. Even with the appearance of a wrathful mother, a black pig face on the crown of the head emits a snorting sound. The two hands hold a curved knife and a skull cup filled with blood, dancing in the posture of a brave woman. Just by this, all appearances, existences, and sentient beings, male and female, are transformed into Vajravarahi and gather. Contemplate the body dancing, the voice emitting laughter and the sound of Phaṭ. Again, from the heart of the Vajra Master Orgyen Padmasambhava, visualized as the embodiment of Tötrengtsal, emanates a red Hrīḥ, from which countless red rays of light in the form of iron hooks radiate. Touching all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, gurus, yidams, dakinis, heroes, heroines, oath-bound protectors, and all others, thereby arousing their vows and inviting them to descend. Contemplate them dissolving into the students. Have them contemplate as well. Hūṃ Hrīḥ! Arise, three roots, arise! Please move your bodies from your respective places! Oh, please bless the body! Please generate splendor in the body! Please purify the obscurations of the body! Please bestow divine power upon the body! Grant the unchanging accomplishment of life! Ah, please bless the speech! Please purify the obscurations of speech! Please bestow mantra power upon the speech! Grant the oral transmission accomplishment of the essence of speech! Hūṃ, please bless the mind! Please purify the obscurations of the mind! Please bestow Dharma power upon the mind! Grant the unborn Vajra accomplishment of the mind! Bless body, speech, and mind! Bestow the empowerment of the five wisdoms! Bless the lineage-holding son! Please completely bestow all empowerments! Pray in this way! Play music! Burn incense! The master scatters flowers! Shift the focus! Generate majesty! Everyone generates the power of awareness and maintains the focus without distraction! Recite! Hūṃ Phaṭ! Make fierce sounds! It is key not to suppress thoughts, but to let them go, as this will increase the blessing! After arriving, the master recites: Tiṣṭha Vajra Jñāna Samaya Stoḥ! Ya ta Sukhaṃ! With this, perform the visualization of dissolving the wisdom being.

The students' minds should not follow after the thoughts of the three times, past, present, and future. Instead, relax in your own place, loosen, pause for a moment, and rest without any artificiality. Then, the empowerment should be given: place the torma on the student's head, and visualize the torma as being non-different from Padmasambhava, who is the embodiment of all the gurus of the three times, possessing the appearance of a Nirmanakaya, white with a reddish hue, one face and two arms, the right hand holding a golden vajra and the left holding a kapala bowl, wearing elaborate robes and monastic garments, a five-petaled lotus hat on the head, adorned with mirrors and ornaments, decorated with many youthful and beautiful features, residing in an atmosphere of splendor, surrounded by the sons of the Buddhas of the ten directions and the assembly of the three kayas of the gurus of the three times. From his body, speech, and mind, white, red, and blue rays of light emanate, striking the three, body, speech, and mind, purifying all their sins, obscurations, violations, and deteriorations, filling the body with happiness, obtaining the body empowerment of the deity, filling the speech with power, obtaining the speech empowerment of mantra, filling the mind with happiness, obtaining the mind empowerment of Dharma, the three, body, speech, and mind, maturing and liberating, the three poisons naturally subsiding, the three kayas naturally accomplishing, may all the teachers and students think in this way. Hūṃ Hūṃ! Although the Dharmakaya is unborn and does not move from its nature, the Sambhogakaya is clear and unmixed, the body of the Guru. The Nirmanakaya tames beings through various means. The three kayas are unmixed, clear, and completely perfect. In the past, Padmasambhava, you and I had the same aspiration, now my and the students' empty forms are the same, I will not give up practice even for the sake of life. Therefore, please, with your wisdom and compassion, bless these fortunate sons of noble lineage, grant the blessings of body, speech, and mind, may the great power of wisdom be completely perfected! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hūṃ! Vajra Guru Padma Thong Trel Tsal Vajra Samaya Jaḥ! Sarva Siddhi Phala Hūṃ Āḥ! Oṃ Guru Dharma Kaya, Kaya Siddhi Abhiṣiñca Oṃ! Guru Nirmāṇa Kaya, Vak Siddhi Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! Guru Sambhoga Kaya, Citta Siddhi Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Thus empower. While walking, chant the mantra, place the torma on the throat, and visualize the torma as being non-different from all the yidams, the glorious Hayagriva,
