Surrounded by retinues, by placing you on the crown of my head, having obtained the empowerment of Amitabha, may I be born in Sukhavati. Visualize the nectar of life and wisdom in the precious beryl begging bowl on the samadhi mudra of Amitabha who is present in front of you, blessed by all the Buddhas. Just by placing it on the crown of your head, the nectar will gush out, and entering from the crown of your head, the left nostril, and the mouth, the body will be filled with the immortal wisdom nectar, pore by pore, and you will attain the accomplishment of immortality, life, and wisdom. Meditate like this, Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum)! This is Amitabha, the protector, by placing you on the crown of your head, even after being born in the realm of great bliss, may you see the face of Amitabha! It is sufficient to recite the root mantra and place it on the crown of your head. If you like elaboration, first pour milk or scented water into the begging bowl and sprinkle it with a spoon, or prepare longevity wine separately, or pour vase water, and pray: Bhagavan Amitabha, the immeasurable life, please grant me the accomplishment of immortal life and wisdom! Make life indestructible, like a vajra! Make life unchangeable, like a swastika! Make life undiminishing, like a victory banner! Now, visualize each of these longevity pills as a small emanation of Amitabha, the immeasurable life, entering through the door of the mouth, and abiding at all times on the eight-petaled red lotus in the heart, with the petals opening upwards. Auspicious life support, food of glory, this essence of condensed essence, may the child eat it today, by eating this, Amitabha will be accomplished, there is no doubt about it. May it be like a vajra! May life be as unchanging as Yungdrung! May life be as imperishable as a victory banner! This life-wine and life-pill, made by the queen of accomplishment, another name of the goddess Mandarava, is a completion from the empowerment of Amitayus, the emanation of a single deity and a single vase, Amitabha, so it is okay even if it is not done. Now, in order to request the recitation transmission of the mantra that is necessary for all subsequent permissions, with the intention of offering a garland of red flowers, please repeat after me. O protector, please grant me! Please bless me! Three times or once. Having received the empowerments and prayed in this way, may you visualize that your body as a Bodhisattva instantly transforms into the body of Buddha Amitabha, and on the seat of the moon in your heart, a red HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ，Devanagari: hrīḥ, Romanization: hrīḥ, meaning: seed syllable) stands upright. From the heart of the master and the visualized deity in front, a mantra garland like a garland of red lotuses descends, enters your mouth. In your heart, visualize the syllable HUM (ཧཱུྃ，Devanagari: hūṃ, Romanization: hūṃ, meaning: seed syllable) surrounded by the syllables GA RA RA (སྒ་ར་ར་) rotating clockwise, from which a stream of nectar like milk descends, filling your body completely. Make the commitment to offer verbally and materially to sentient beings in the Sukhavati realm. Now that you have received the empowerment of the Sukhavati realm, all ordinary men and women, after dying, during the three and a half weeks, all fear of the peaceful and wrathful deities will disappear. The messengers of Yama will not arrive, and the ripening of good and bad karma will not yet have arrived. Suicide is certain. Where?
