向书写者所敬奉的护法龙王顶髻宝和誓盟七部众忏悔。愿此善行成为引导无量众生往生极乐世界的殊胜因缘。愿此法兴盛、广大，长久住世。 སྤྲི། 唉！暇满人身极其难得，当死主病魔逼近之时，无有佛法的众生空手而归，何等可悲！愿无间断地在相续中生起（证悟）。 唉玛，奇呼！ 具大悲的本尊啊！胜者您具有大悲的力量，祈愿我等六道众生从轮回的痛苦中，当下解脱。如是念诵。唉玛，唉玛，无常轮回之法！与无解脱的业力之海长久相伴，被业力折磨的众生何等可悲！祈愿痛苦之海干涸。被无明业力折磨的众生，为了追求安乐，反而造作痛苦之业。不善巧的众生何等可悲！祈愿烦恼业障得以清净。我执、能所执束缚的牢狱中，如同野兽落入陷阱再次进入一般，无明愚痴者何等可悲！祈愿从轮回中彻底解脱。在这无解脱的业力之六城中，如同一处接一处地汲水的木桶，无解脱的业力众生何等可悲！祈愿断绝六道轮回之门。如是念诵。生老病死的痛苦，无论见到多少也不畏惧，内心 刚强。在散乱的道上，暇满人生虚度，祈愿忆念无常死亡。不知无常不可靠，至今仍贪恋执着于轮回。在希求安乐的状态中，一生被痛苦耗尽，祈愿舍弃对轮回的贪执。外器世界无常，被水火摧毁；内情众生无常，身心分离；夏去秋来，冬去春来，年月时节无常，祈愿从内心深处生起厌离心。去年今年，时令的上半和下半；日夜刹那，时间无常！好好思量，自己已临近死亡！祈愿有精进修行的能力。如是念诵。顶礼三宝和根本三者，皈依处们啊！

I confess to Ra Drispa, the oath-bound protector, the Naga King Tsugna Rinchen, and the Seven Classes of Oath-Bound Ones. May this virtue become the supreme guide for countless sentient beings to be born in Sukhavati. May this Dharma flourish, expand, and abide for a long time. Spri. Alas! This leisure and opportunity is extremely difficult to find, but when the Lord of Death afflicts with disease, sentient beings without Dharma return empty-handed, how pitiful! May it be blessed to arise in the continuum without interruption. Alas, alas! O compassionate Three Jewels! Victorious Ones, you possess the power of compassion, may I and the six classes of beings be liberated from the suffering of samsara right now. Thus, let them recite. Alas, alas, impermanent samsaric Dharma! For a long time with the ocean of inescapable karma! Beings tormented by karma are so pitiful! May the ocean of suffering dry up! Beings tormented by ignorance and karma, desiring happiness, engage in actions of suffering. Unskillful beings are so pitiful! May the obscurations of afflictions and karma be purified! In this prison bound by self-grasping and object-grasping, like a wild animal trapped in a snare, entering again, ignorant and deluded ones are so pitiful! May samsara be uprooted from its depths! In these six cities of inescapable karma, like water buckets being passed from one to another, beings of inescapable karma are so pitiful! May the doors of birth in the six realms be severed! Thus, let them recite. The sufferings of birth, aging, sickness, and death, no matter how much they are seen, are not feared, with a heart that is strong. In the path of distraction, the life of leisure and opportunity is wasted. May impermanence and death be remembered. Not knowing that impermanence is unreliable, still clinging and attached to this samsara. In a state of desiring happiness, life is consumed by suffering. May attachment to samsara be reversed. The outer world is impermanent, destroyed by fire and water; the inner sentient beings are impermanent, body and mind separated; summer goes, autumn comes, winter goes, spring comes, the seasons of years and months are impermanent. May renunciation arise from the depths of the heart. Last year, this year, the upper and lower halves of the seasons; days and nights, moments, time is impermanent! Think well, and you yourself are approaching death! May there be the ability to persevere in practice. Thus, let them recite. Homage to the Three Jewels and the Three Roots, to the objects of refuge!
