མཆོག་ཡིན་ཡང་།་འདི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་སྲོལ་མེད་ཅིང་། བླ་མ་དང་ཁྲིད་ཕྲུག་སུས་ཀྱང་མི་འཁྱོངས་པ་ཡིན། དེ་ལ་ད་རེས་དབང་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ངོ་སྤྱད་པ་ནི་གཞུང་ལས་བཤད་པ་ ཡིན་པས་དབང་མ་ཐོབ་པར་ཉན་པ་དང་བཤད་པར་མི་རུང་། དབང་ཡང་ཞི་ཁྲོ་ལ་སོགས་རྫོགས་ཆེན་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་དབང་ཞིག་དགོས། དབང་གང་རུང་གིས་མི་ཆོག་་དེ་ལ་ཡང་སྔོན་འགྲོ་ས་བཅད་མ་སྟོང་ཙམ་ཞིག་མ་བཤད་ན་མི་རུང་། སློབ་མ་ལ་བྱིན་རླབས་མི་འཇུག །སློབ་དཔོན་ལ་ལྟུང་བ་འབྱུང་བ་ཡིན། ཨོ། དེ་ལ་སྔོན་འགྲོ་ཅུང་ཟད་བཤད་ན། ཞི་ཁྲོའི་གཞུང་ཚིག་རྣམས་བྱིན་རླབས་ཆེ་བས་འཆད་དེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ། དམྱལ་བ་ནི་ས་གཞིའི་རྡུལ་ཙམ་ཡོད་དོ། །ཡི་དྭགས་ནི་གངྒའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་ཙམ། །དུད་འགྲོ་ནི་ཆང་གི་སྦང་མ་ཙམ་ཡོད་དོ། །ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་ཁ་བ་བུ་ཡུག་ཙམ་ཡོད་དོ། །ལྷ་མི་གཉིས་ནི་སེན་མོའི་རྡུལ་ཆགས་པ་ཙམ་ཞིག་ཡོད་དོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །དལ་འབྱོར་མི་ལུས་ཐོབ་དཀའ་བ་མིག་གིས་བལྟ་རྒྱུ་ཡོད་དེ། རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོའི་དམག་ལ་དུ་ཙམ་ཡོད། གྲོག་ཚང་ཆེ་བ་ལ་འབུམ་ཕྲག་གསུམ། འབྲིང་བ་ལ་ཁྲི་ཚོ་གསུམ༔ ཆུང་བ་ལ་སྟོང་ཚོ་གསུམ་ཡོད་པར་རྔ་བོ་ཆེའི་མདོ་ནས་གསུངས་སོ། །གྲོང་པའམ་རུ་བ་རེ་ལ་མི་དུ་ཙམ་ཡོད། དེའི་ས་སྐོར་ན་དབྱར་ཁ་འབུ་སྲིན་ཅི་གདའ་ལྟོས་དང་། ད་ རེས་ལུས་འདི་ལ་སྙིང་པོ་ཞིག་ལེན་བསམ་པ་གྱིས་ལ་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། ཀྱེ་མ་ཀྱི་ཧུད། །མི་ལུས་རིན་ཆེན་ཐོབ་པ་ད་རེས་ཙམ། །འདི་ལ་ཆོས་ཤིག་ཅིས་ཀྱང་མ་འགྲུབ་ན། །ཕྱིས་ནས་མི་ལུས་ཐོབ་པར་དཀའ་བར་གདའ། །དཀའ་འམ་མི་དཀའ་སེམས་ཅན་གྲངས་ལ་ལྟོས། །ངན་སོང་གསུམ་དུ་སྐྱེས་ན་སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། །ཞེས་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ཡང་ངེད་རང་རྣམས་འཆི་ངེས་པའི་སྟེང་དུ་ནམ་འཆི་ཆ་མེད། ཚེ་ལ་འདི་ཙམ་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་ངེས་པ་མེད་པས་ནམ་འཆི་ཆ་མེད། ཤི་བའི་རྐྱེན་ཤིན་ཏུ་མང་བས་ནམ་འཆི་ཆ་མེད། ལུས་ལ་སྙིང་པོ་མེད་པས་ཀྱང་ནམ་འཆི་ཆ་མེད། བདག་ཤི་ཙམ་ན་སུས་ཀྱང་བཟུང་དུ་མེད། བསྲུང་དུ་མེད། སུས་ཀྱང་མི་ཕན་ཏེ། བསགས་པའི་ནོར་གྱིས་ཀྱང་ཤི་བ་ལ་མི་ཕན། བུ་དང་ཆུང་མ་འདུས་པའི་གཉེན་གྱིས་ཀྱང་འཆི་བ་ལ་མི་ཕན། རང་གི་ལུས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་འཆི་བ་ལ་མི་ཕན་ཏེ་ལུས་ཉིད་ཀྱང་ཤུལ་དུ་བསྒྱུར། མེ་ལ་བསྲེགས་ན་ཐལ་བ་སྤར་གང་དུ་འགྲོ། བསགས་པའི་ནོར་ཤུལ་དུ་ལུས་ཏེ་ཁབ་གཅིག་ཀྱང་ཁྱེར་དབང་མེད། འདུས་པའི་གཉེན་དང་སོ་སོར་བྲལ་ཏེ། དེ་ཕྱིན་ཆད་འཕྲད་པར་མི་འོང་བའི་ས་ཐག་རིང་པོ་

虽然是殊胜的，但是此地没有这种传统，上师和弟子谁也无法胜任。因此，现在依靠灌顶来认识，这是经论中所说的，没有得到灌顶不允许听闻和讲述。灌顶也需要寂怒等与大圆满相关的灌顶。任何灌顶都不行，而且还要宣讲相当于未空行仪轨的前行。不加持学生，上师会犯堕罪。哦！如果稍微讲一下前行，因为寂怒的经文加持力很大，所以要讲解。薄伽梵开示说：舍利子，地狱就像大地的微尘那么多。饿鬼就像恒河沙那么多。畜生就像酒糟那么多。非天就像暴风雪那么多。天人和人只有指甲上的灰尘那么多。这样说的。获得暇满人身非常困难，可以用眼睛看到。大国王的军队有多少？大蚂蚁窝有三十万，中等的有三万，小的有一万，这是《大鼓经》里说的。每个村庄或部落有多少人？看看那周围夏天有多少昆虫。现在想着从这个身体里获取精华，然后跟着念诵。唉呀，可惜！获得珍贵的人身只有这一次。如果这次没有成就佛法，以后就很难获得人身了。是难还是不难，看看众生的数量。如果投生到三恶道，真是可怜啊！这样说的。而且我们自己肯定会死，但不知道什么时候死。不能确定寿命能维持这么久，所以不知道什么时候死。死亡的因缘非常多，所以不知道什么时候死。身体没有精华，所以也不知道什么时候死。我死的时候，谁也抓不住，谁也保护不了，谁也帮不了。积累的财富也对死亡没有帮助。儿女和妻子聚集的亲人也对死亡没有帮助。自己的身体也对死亡没有帮助，身体本身也被留下。如果用火焚烧，骨灰只有一把。积累的财富被留下，连一根针也带不走。和聚集的亲人分离，从那以后，是再也见不到的遥远的路途。

Although it is supreme, there is no such tradition in this place, and neither the lama nor the disciple can handle it. Therefore, now relying on empowerment to recognize, this is what is said in the scriptures, and it is not allowed to listen and speak without receiving empowerment. The empowerment also needs an empowerment related to Dzogchen, such as Peaceful and Wrathful deities. Any empowerment will not do, and it is also necessary to explain the preliminary practices equivalent to the unemptied ritual. If the student is not blessed, the teacher will incur downfalls. Oh! If we talk a little about the preliminaries, because the words of the Peaceful and Wrathful scriptures have great blessings, they should be explained. The Bhagavan said: Shariputra, hells are as many as the dust of the earth. Pretas are as many as the sands of the Ganges. Animals are as many as the lees of alcohol. Asuras are as many as blizzards. Gods and humans are only as much as the dust on a fingernail. So it is said. It is difficult to obtain leisure and endowment of human body, which can be seen with the eyes. How many soldiers are there in the army of the great king? A large ant nest has 300,000, a medium one has 30,000, and a small one has 10,000, as stated in the Drum Sound Sutra. How many people are there in each village or tribe? Look at how many insects there are around there in summer. Now think about taking the essence from this body and repeat after me. Alas, alas! This time only to obtain the precious human body. If you do not accomplish Dharma in this life, it will be difficult to obtain a human body in the future. Whether it is difficult or not, look at the number of sentient beings. If you are born in the three lower realms, it is really pitiful! So it is said. Moreover, we ourselves are sure to die, but we do not know when we will die. We cannot be sure that life will last this long, so we do not know when we will die. There are very many causes of death, so we do not know when we will die. The body has no essence, so we do not know when we will die. When I die, no one can hold me, no one can protect me, and no one can help me. Accumulated wealth is also of no help to death. Children and wives gathered relatives are also of no help to death. One's own body is also of no help to death, and the body itself is left behind. If burned by fire, the ashes will be only a handful. Accumulated wealth is left behind, and not even a needle can be taken away. Separated from gathered relatives, from then on, it is a long journey where we will never meet again.
