Dharmakaya Kuntuzang father and mother, Sambhogakaya Vajradhara, Nirmanakaya Vajrasattva, Teacher Garab Dorje, Vidyadhara Shri Singha, Immortal Padmasambhava, Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, Tertön Karma Lingpa, Heart-son Nyida Chöje, Drogön Nyida Özer, Namkha Chökyi Gyatso, Tulku Thukje Özer, Trulshik Buddha Manga, Vidyadhara Kunga Drakpa, Garwang Kunga Tenzin, Ngakchang Pema Wang Drak, Scholar Karma Chakme, Heart-son Pema Kunga, Choktrul Trinley Wangjung, Kunzig Sherab Drakpa, Yogi Tenzin Dondrub, Karma Thekchok Tenphel. Please grant enlightenment as the Dharmakaya at the time of death! Please cut off the gates of the six realms of samsara! Please recognize one's own nature in the bardo of dharmata and attain enlightenment as the Sambhogakaya! Please lead the way in the bardo of existence and attain enlightenment as the Nirmanakaya in the next life!
