Having transformed into the form of six tusks and four legs, seated on the seat of the great powerful one and the fierce couple, sometimes stretching and sometimes contracting, again emanated into the four kinds of blood-drinking beings in the four directions. The consorts, the great blood-drinking mothers, entwined around his body. At that time, the fierce couple and other evil ones said, "Tong tong! Does the lord of compassion act in this way?" and showed various cruel appearances. Then, the Bhagavan manifested with nine heads, eighteen arms, and eight legs, and uttering "Hum Hum," extracted the hearts, powers, and entrails of all the evil ones, including the great powerful one. He chopped off limbs and fashioned blood-drinking skull cups. He gathered all the realms of the world, equal to the sky, into a single mustard seed. All beings fainted. The queen mothers of all the fierce ones, including the great fierce one, and the twenty-eight powerful ones with retinues equal to the dust of the fields, were all subdued. He enjoyed himself with delight. From the juncture of union, he emanated the assembly of Ke Seng gatekeepers. Then, as he spoke the mantra of swirling nectar, and drank it with his mouth, the evil ones, including the great powerful one, came out and fell into the sea of impurity. From the shoulder blades, the wrathful one Me Tseg emerged, drank all the impurity, and the evil ones, including the powerful one, regained their memory. They saw the face of the great wrathful one, and at that time, he subdued all the arrogant powerful ones of the ten directions with various methods at once. There, they trembled and said, "We will be servants. If we do not diligently serve, may our bodies be shattered into a hundred pieces, our hearts be cut, and may we fall into hell!" And they cast a curse. Having placed them on the seat of the mandala, they offered their retinues. "We, each with our retinues, in this great assembly mandala, even those who merely hold the name, will shine like a blazing jewel on the crown of the head, without deceit, full of respect, taking it with our minds, placing it on the crown of our heads, and honoring it. Whatever his intention may be, we will completely accomplish enlightenment without exception. If, in the presence of the hero, we do not act as we have spoken, may our heads, bodies, and hearts be cut by command and shattered into pieces." Thus they swore an oath. The assembly of their wives, sisters, and daughters, the twenty-eight powerful ones.

Everyone said in one voice: We and all our retinue are subjects of the great hero. Great hero, please grant us the accomplishment of our deeds. After praying in this way, (the deity) gave a vajra in his hand and placed nectar on his tongue, and after the empowerment, he placed them on the outer edge of the mandala as guardians of the command. Thus, the deities of the blood-drinking wrathful ones, outwardly, are a transformation of the peaceful abode, and reside in the secret great enjoyment realm of Akanishta. Inwardly, they reside in the white conch of the brain marrow, in the form of a body mandala. At other times, when the peaceful and wrathful mandala is arranged, it appears there like the moon in water. Like the moon in water, it appears wherever it is pointed. So it is said. So, the way in which the mandala of the hundred families of the holy ones appears is like this. How are the tantras of these said? Thus, Samantabhadra, the Dharmakaya, resides in the emptiness of Dharmakaya in the three times without time, so he is free from speech. The five Sambhogakaya families, all in the self-manifesting pure realm, use symbols to make the retinue understand the meaning of the Dharma.
