It is an extremely pure mantra. Above it was said to recite the heart mantra of Amoghasiddhi Buddha, so please follow and recite this heart mantra of Amoghapasha: Om Hrih Trailokya Vijaya, Amogha Pasha Apratihata Hih Ha Hum Phat Svaha. Now, the aspiration is made so that all the fasts you observe in the future will not be in vain, and in order to dedicate them to the cause of enlightenment, please follow and recite: May all sentient beings completely possess the aggregate of morality. May they completely possess the aggregate of samadhi. May they completely possess the aggregate of wisdom. May they completely possess the aggregate of the wisdom of liberation. Alternatively, may the minds of all sentient beings, including myself, be completely filled with the Dharma of the Paramita of morality. May all sins and obscurations arising from the violation of morality due to afflictions be purified and cleansed. May we possess the share of morality that pleases the noble ones. May we not be defiled by the downfalls of afflictions, and may we abide in the bliss of liberation. May the morality of discipline be without fault, may it be endowed with pure morality, and with morality free from pride, may we perfect the Paramita of morality. May we follow all the Buddhas, may we perfect the practice of the Good Conduct, may the practice of morality be immaculate and completely pure, and may we always practice without decline and without fault. This is the best way to protect the white side, and no matter how many fasts are kept, they will become pure. Here are the boundaries of who can and cannot keep the fast, and the benefits of keeping it. The compassionate father, the holy Buddha, said: "In youth, make diligent effort in asceticism. When old, the body cannot bear it, Dingriwa." Like this, if a young person keeps it when they are free from illness, all afflictions will be pacified, and the mind will become workable. If one is a monastic or of the lineage of monks, it is good because the body is subdued and workable, which helps to fulfill the vows and commitments. The elderly, infirm, and those with wind diseases should not keep it, because the elements of the body cannot bear it, and it will bring obstacles to life. Therefore, it is better to do other virtuous deeds. This is the Action Tantra, so keep clean.
