Because it is related to the sound of words, for example, among the Brahmins, if it is said, "Which one wearing a white undergarment and white clothes, come out of the line," then it is like only the Brahmin Lhakyid understands. Therefore, in the commentary it says, "Who" is said with the Buddha Bhagavan as the object, so the king's son explains. Khenpo Gangpa said that this is the time to explain the Abhidharma, and when explaining it, one does not praise anyone other than the Buddha, so through the power of the occasion, the general term can be understood as specific, just like "the cow with a calf is blind in one eye," through the power of presence and absence, the general term can be understood as specific, although it is explained as both, but not through the power of the occasion, because that is a writing without special words like "Sindhapa is blind," but here it is because special words are combined. (Among them, how to express offering, divided into praise and prostration, the first is divided into three, for one's own benefit, divided into abandonment and realization, the first is:) "All" refers to the twelve sources, because the sutra says "all Brahmins" refers to all twelve sources. Darkness is because it hinders seeing the true meaning, so the afflictive obscurations and the cognitive obscurations are like darkness. Among them, the first is the nature of desire and so on, (because the Pratyekabuddhas and Shravakas are also free from the ignorance of afflictions.) The second, Mahayana practitioners consider it to be the conceptual thought of the duality of grasper and grasped, but the Shravaka schools do not think so, because they think that the Buddha also has it, as it is said in "External Meaning Accomplishment": From knowing far and subtle etc., it is distinguished as a yogi, because it is not omniscient, so there is the fault of contradiction, not liberated from the two aspects. And, in the wisdom liberated from the two aspects, it is called all-knowing in all aspects, this is truly amazing, therefore it exists in the nature of grasping. Therefore, non-afflictive ignorance is the cognitive obscuration, the commentary says: In this way, from those, the Buddha's Dharma and, place and, time extremely long and, meaning extremely distinct.
