Yogis should meditate on the yoga that possesses enjoyment such as food and drink that gives strength and happiness.' It is said, this indicates both the place of mindfulness meditation and the individual (referring to the practitioner). Among them, the four mudras are: In the 'Chapter of Accomplishment Methods' (Four Mudras to be Given), it says: 'A prostitute (referring to one who performs the work of reverence for all men) becomes the karma mudra, a secret woman (man), another's woman (referring to what needs to be kept secret) is the samaya (mudra), a free woman (one's own daughter, because she has not been controlled by others) is the dharma mudra, one who likes many objects, one's own wife (referring to one who is like one's own mind) is the wisdom mudra.' (If their ages are added together) A prostitute (karma mudra) is twelve years old (a woman), likes supreme bliss, another's woman (samaya mudra) is sixteen (years old). A free beautiful daughter (dharma mudra) is twenty years old, and one's own wife (wisdom mudra) is thirty years old.' It is said. Second, in the 'Oral Transmission' it says: 'The place itself is bliss, bliss is mindfulness in the continuum.' It is said, the bliss of the four joys, where the tummo fire burns in the navel chakra and the descending stream of bodhicitta nectar from the crown chakra flows into the center of the four chakras, is the object of mindfulness. Third, in the 'Oral Transmission' it says: 'Then, in order to increase bliss, meditate on the limb of mindfulness.' It is said, the stream of bodhicitta nectar that flows from the forehead to the vajra jewel does not move outward, but rises upward as it is, meditate on this meaning. Fourth, in this occasion of mindfulness, because it is said to rely on the karma mudra that generates bliss, therefore, relying on the karma mudra, when the tummo fire melts the bodhicitta nectar at the 'ཧཾ་' (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable on the forehead, first the nectar is of a thin nature, in the state of dripping down to the vajra jewel, then the nectar becomes slightly thicker, meditate on mindfulness until it does not become a moving state. Then the nectar becomes slightly thicker, becomes a moving [state, and when the nectar becomes extremely thick, becomes a non-moving [state of nectar, the mindfulness yoga combined with the karma mudra does not necessarily need to be practiced, and great bliss is quickly perfected.

Even if one meditates for a specific purpose, there is no conflict. Similarly, in the case of mindfulness, ten states of desire will arise. One should meditate on mindfulness until these ten states become pure. These ten states of desire are, as stated in the 'King of Tantras': '(The ten states of desire are, first, thinking (about the object of desire), then desire (for it), (due to this) the body heats up (i.e., generates warmth), (due to this) the mouth becomes parched (because the lotus dries up and one feels thirsty), one has absolutely no interest in food (i.e., does not want it), (the body) trembles, (the mind is not stable,) one becomes mad, becomes very dull, the mind becomes confused, and (one) faints violently (due to the dripping bliss). Just as the smoke, etc., of the Vajra Holder (the ten signs appear sequentially) clearly manifest (the mindfulness) ten states, on the bodies of sentient beings, in the world, very clearly and definitely (these ten states), who (wants to) conquer (these ten states of desire), that is (someone other than) Vajrayogini!' Fifth, there are three aspects to how to practice mindfulness: generally, the method of accomplishing great bliss by relying on the three mudras; specifically, the method of practicing mindfulness by relying on the karma mudra; and achieving bliss by relying on the karma mudra, which is taught as the path of great secrecy. First, as stated in the chapter on sadhana in the 'King of Tantras': 'These inferior and other distinctions cause the sadhana of various principal deities to become threefold. The three mudras and three states are due to the power of the three progressions: karma, conceptualization, and supreme.' The meaning of this is, as stated in the 'Great Commentary': 'These inferior and other distinctions cause the sadhana of various principal deities, the Kalachakra, to become threefold. The three mudras and three states refer to the power of the three progressions.' Here, the progression of dripping bodhicitta is the inferior state, the progression of moving is the intermediate state, and the progression of non-moving is the supreme state. Among these, the karma mudra is the woman who bestows the bliss of dripping, the jnana mudra is the woman who bestows the bliss of moving, and the mahamudra is the woman who bestows the bliss of non-moving. Thus, the union, etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
