One sapa is one yojana. According to that measurement, the height of the wind circle is fifty thousand yojanas, and the area of the center is four hundred thousand kotis. Above that, according to this system, there is also a fire circle, so its area is three hundred thousand kotis. Above that, the water circle has an area of two hundred thousand kotis. Above that, the earth circle has an area of one hundred thousand kotis. Each of their heights is fifty thousand yojanas. All four are round in shape, and the circumference is three times, so the circumference of the wind is twelve hundred thousand kotis, the circumference of the fire is nine hundred thousand kotis, the circumference of the water is six hundred thousand kotis, and the circumference of the earth is three hundred thousand kotis, with the lower supporting the upper. Mount Sumeru is not like sinking in water, but is located in the center of the earth circle. The square area at the base of Mount Sumeru is sixteen thousand yojanas, which is actually sixteen thousand. The surrounding area of the edge is one thousand. The height of Mount Sumeru is one million yojanas. The width of Mount Sumeru in the square above the Cool Mountain is fifty thousand yojanas. From the waist of Mount Sumeru, it gradually becomes thicker, so the square above is one million yojanas. The shape is round. The east is Indranila (ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ།, Indranila, Indra blue). The south is Padma-rāga (པདྨ་རཱ་ག་, Padma-rāga, Red Lotus Jewel). The west is Karketana (ཀརྐེ་ཏ་, Karketana, Yellow Gem). The north is Moon Crystal White The center is Emerald Green (མརྒད་ལྗང་ཁུ།, Marakata-harita, Emerald Green). At the cardinal directions on top of Mount Sumeru are the ten guardians of the directions, such as Indra. From the surrounding edge of Mount Sumeru to the outer Cool Mountain, there are sixteen thousand yojanas, which are divided into eighteen parts, with three continents, three seas, and three mountains in a circular order. From the inside to the outside are the Moon Continent, the Honey Sea, and the Blue Light Mountain. Similarly, there are the White Light Continent, the Butter Sea, and the Mandara Mountain. The Kusha Continent, the Yogurt Sea, and the Nisha Mountain. The Human Continent, the Milk Sea, and the Jewel Mountain. The Crane Continent, the Water Sea, and the Warm Mountain. The Fierce Continent, the Wine Sea, and the Cool Mountain. Although some believe that the width of the top of Mount Sumeru is fifty thousand yojanas, according to the system with one million yojanas, there are mountains, seas, and continents under the covering area of the top of Mount Sumeru. Because the width of the earth circle is also one million yojanas, its width is equal to the width of the top of Mount Sumeru. The twelve continents outside the Cool Mountain are collectively called Jambudvipa. Those continents are separated by water.

In the center of each continent that is related to it, the respective symbols are: in the east, a crescent; in the south, a triangle; in the north, a circle; and in the west, a square. Their widths are seven, eight, nine, and ten thousand yojanas respectively. This southern continent is called the small Jambudvipa, and the continents in the four corners are called neighboring continents. In general, the continents in the four directions exist in the form of three sides, but according to the rules of the household, they can also become two-sided. From the central diameter of the base of Mount Meru to the edge of the continents, there are fifty-one thousand yojanas, and from there to the edge of the earth's sphere, there is the same distance. The north-south length of this Jambudvipa is twenty-five thousand yojanas. From the middle half to the north, the area of twelve thousand five hundred yojanas is divided into six parts, where six countries exist: from north to south, Gangchen (Mount Kailash), Shambhala, China, Li (Khotan), Tibet, and India. In detail, Tibet is said to be in the east of the southern continent. In the southern half, at twelve thousand five hundred yojanas, there are various kinds of beings, and some places are said to be empty. Other directions are also represented in various possible ways. From the edge of the continents, the three centers of water, fire, and wind are successively extended outward by ten times the previous yojana. Below the wind circle is the Vajra Seat Hell, and the other seven hells are said to be located in parts of the wind, fire, and water circles, which is inconsistent. In the hollow above half of the earth's sphere, the Asuras reside, and below half, the Nagas reside. On the earth's surface, in order, are humans and snow mountains, and above them are the six desire realms, and above them are the gods of the form and formless realms. This snow mountain, according to the Abhidharma, is a substitute for the Axis-holding Mountain. The sun, moon, and stars move in a rightward circle in the sky within a range of twelve thousand five hundred yojanas outside the snow mountain. Details are not much discussed, and most are as before. However, to briefly explain the difference of the three times according to this system: one breath of an ordinary person is one inhalation and one exhalation, six breaths are one water drop, sixty water drops are one hour, and sixty hours are one day and night.
