To Jra Bhairava! In the form of the one father of the victorious ones, the wrathful one. Manifesting as the mother of the Yama, the slayer of death. Black goddess, Remati. With reverence I worship at your lotus feet, protect us! Here, at the time of the New Year, initially, regarding the method of offering the Tses-Tor to Palden Lhamo, it was seen that some found it difficult to recite. For the sake of ease, it will be explained separately. Furthermore, the method of offering medicine and alcohol from this realization seems to be a tradition passed down from the Early Translation school. However, the essence of this goddess is the Black Goddess mentioned in the tantras, praised by Vajrapani, and appointed as the chief of all Dharma protectors. This goddess has three special emanations of body, speech, and mind, and among them, Mati Remati seems to be this very goddess. Moreover, the goddess who is the mother of the Protector and Chamundi, the mother of the Dharma King, also share the same lineage with this goddess. Therefore, due to her swift power and blessings, the Dalai Lamas and Panchen Lamas of U and Tsang have relied upon her, and she has been made the chief of all Dharma protectors, and the tradition of offering has flourished in this region. The method of offering the Torma and so on is as follows: Arrange the blessed image of Palden Lhamo according to tradition. The offerings, Torma, Samaya substances, and sensory offerings, both outer, inner, and secret, should be excellent and arranged beautifully in order, and the practitioners should be seated. Bless the offerings, Torma, Samaya substances, and sensory offerings. Here, as some do, if a generation practice of the goddess is performed beforehand, it is not contradictory, but it is not necessary. Here, it is said that the offerings are made to the Mother Goddess and her retinue, who are invited and dwell in the sky, and there is no mention of performing a separate generation practice. Therefore, one should know the distinction. First, the invitation is: (Tibetan, Devanagari script, Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning), from "Mother of the activities of all the vast victorious ones" to "Please come quickly." Then, from "We constantly rely on you, Goddess" to "The time has come, please come here. ཨེ་ཨ་ར་ལི་ཧྲིཾ་ཧྲིཾ་ཛཿཛཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari script, Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning) Black, fierce one." to "Please be seated on the seat. 等等,从ཨརྒྷཾ་(藏文),arghaṃ(梵文天城体),argham(梵文罗马拟音),水供到ཤཔྟ་(藏文),śabda(梵文天城体),shabda(梵文罗马拟音),声音之间,以及རཱུ་པ་(藏文),rūpa(梵文天城体),rupa(梵文罗马拟音),色到སྤཪྴ་(藏文),sparśa(梵文天城体),sparsha(梵文罗马拟音),触之间进行供养。

Oṃ. Then make offerings. Also recite the spontaneous accomplishment of the three kāyas. If the offerings have not been blessed before, then bless them here. The way to offer is: "Bhyoḥ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: O!) My actual arrangements." And so on, from arghaṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: water offering) to śabda (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: sound), and from rūpa (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: form) to sparśa (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: touch), make offerings. Then, starting from "Offering to the ten directions," to the faces of all the deities of the yidam mandala, offer Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: Om Ah Hum). At this time, if you are collecting the inner offering, then it seems permissible to offer Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: Om Ah Hum Hih) to the faces of the root and lineage lama holy ones. Then, from "Subtle and coarse," recite Pañca Amrita Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari to be added, Sanskrit Romanization to be added, meaning: Five Amritas, eat, eat, eat, eat!). With this, offer the inner offering. Without mixing with water, offer Rakta Amrita Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari to be added, Sanskrit Romanization to be added, meaning: Red Amrita, eat, eat, eat, eat!) to offer blood. Then, starting from meat and blood, say "Please partake." Saying this, focus on the offering torma, starting from "The tongue of the glorious goddess with her retinue," to "partake." Recite Oṃ Kāli Devi Kha Kha Khāhi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari to be added, Sanskrit Romanization to be added, meaning: Om Kali Devi eat eat eat eat!) seven or twenty-one times to offer. At this time, if you are offering torma to Pal Lha and the Five Tsering Sisters, the Twelve Tenma, etc., then invite them and offer according to the text, and then recite: "Bhyoḥ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: O!) Glorious goddess, you are immeasurable." From here to "I dedicate everything for enlightenment," perform the seven-limb practice. Then, offering supports and substances, except for birds, dogs, diseases, and bags, is: "Bhyoḥ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning: O!) This yellow mule that holds the power of clouds, this mount that is instantly surrounded from the saddle of a rakshasa skull, I offer as a support to the glorious war god queen. I offer it as a support to the retinue of oath-bound ocean. Without deviating from the support, without moving from the offering, may the Buddha's teachings spread in the ten directions, and may the entrusted activities of the yogis be accomplished." Possessing miraculous power, like the wind, to "this group of black horses that have become the ornament of the earth." Glorious... Retinue... Support... Buddha... The magnificent indigo, this great black yak. Glorious... The lineage holder of milk, fulfilling all desires, with a beautiful tail like rain clouds, adorned with many beautiful silk headbands, this group of mother yaks that beautify the earth. Glorious... Soft wool like rain, this group of black sheep. Glorious... From the terrifying demon hordes, this armor... Glorious... Whoever plants, this burning weapon. Glorious... Enemies and obstacles who break vows...
