་ནས་བཟུང་ཏེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོའི་བར། །རབ་འབྱམས་འཕྲིན་ལས་སྒྲུབ་ལ་མ་གཡེལ་ཞིག །དེ་ནས་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་བརྗོད་དམ་མིན་ཀྱང་མ་རྙེད་ཡོངས་སུ་ཞེས་སོགས་ཀྱིས་བཟོད་གསོལ་དང་། འདིར་ནི་གཟུགས་དང་ཞེས་སོགས་ཀྱིས་རྟེན་ལ་བསྟིམ་པར་བྱའོ། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་ནི། །བྷྱོཿ དྲན་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་དངོས་གྲུབ་མཆོག་སྩོལ་བའི། །རྩ་བ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བླ་མ་མཆོག་རྣམས་དང་། །སྐུ་བཞིའི་བདག་ཉིད་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འཁོར་ལོའི་གཙོ། །ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །རབ་ཞི་ཆོས་སྐུའི་ངང་ལས་མ་གཡོས་ཀྱང་། ཐབས་མང་སྤྲུལ་པས་བསྟན་པ་སྲུང་མཛད་ཅིང་། །སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་རྣམས་བུ་བཞིན་སྐྱོང་མཛད་པའི། །དཔལ་ལྡན་དམག་ཟོར་རྒྱལ་མོའི༴ ཆོས་བཞིན་སྒྲུབ་པའི་གང་ཟག་སྐྱོང་བ་དང་། བསྟན་དགྲ་དམ་ཉམས་ཕྱེ་མར་འཐགས་པ་ལ། །ནམ་་ཡང་གཡེལ་བ་མེད་པའི་འཕྲིན་ལས་ཅན། །གདུག་པའི་འཁོར་ཚོགས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི༴ བསོད་ནམས་དར་རྒྱས་རི་རྒྱལ་ལྷུན་པོ་བཞིན། །སྙན་གྲགས་ཆེན་པོ་ནམ་མཁའ་བཞིན་དུ་ཁྱབ། །ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་གཞན་དོན་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་པའི། །ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་མཆོག་གི༴ འབད་དང་རྩོལ་བ་མི་དགོས་པའི། །ཞེས་པ་ནས། བསམ་པ་འགྲུབ་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཅི་རིགས་བྱའོ། །ཅེས་པ་འདི་ཡང་འགའ་ཞིག་གིས་བསྐུལ་པས་རྐྱེན་བྱས་ཏེ་གཞན་ལའང་ཕན་སྙམ་པའི་བསམ་པས་གཞུང་ན་ཁ་འཕངས་ཤིང་ཐོར་རྣམས་ཡོད་པ་རྣམས་བླངས་ཏེ་འདོན་བདེ་བར་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་མིང་ཅན་གྱིས་ཅོ་ནེའི་དགོན་ཉིད་དུ་བསྒྲིགས་པ་སྟེ། པར་གྱི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་དཀའ་བཅུ་འཇམ་དབྱངས་དོན་ཡོད་དོ། །མངྒལཾ།། །། ཛམྦྷ་ལ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས།

从那时起直到菩提树之间，不要懈怠于成就无量事业。然后用“是否念诵百字明也未寻得”等语进行忏悔。此处则用“形与”等语融入所依物中。吉祥祈愿文： བྷྱོཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 仅忆念即赐予殊胜成就的，根本传承上师尊者们，以及四身自性坛城轮之主，本尊圣众祈愿吉祥！虽未动摇寂灭法身之境，然以众多方便化身护持教法，如子般慈爱守护修行者们，具德战神王妃…… 守护如法修持之人，将教敌破戒者磨成粉末， 永不懈怠的具事业者，凶猛眷属如海…… 如须弥山般福德增长兴盛，如虚空般盛名远扬， 长寿无病，利他事业任运成就的，功德大海之最胜…… 无需勤奋和努力的， 从“无需勤奋和努力的”开始，愿心想事成！如此等等，还应作各种吉祥祈愿。此乃应某些人的请求，心想或许对他人也有益，故从典籍中摘取散落的部分，由名号为讲修者在卓尼寺整理成易于念诵的版本。刻版者为噶举蒋扬顿约。吉祥圆满！ 象雄拉父父佛母双运之修法。

From then until the Bodhi tree, do not be negligent in accomplishing limitless activities. Then, with words such as "Whether or not the hundred-syllable mantra is recited is not found," make amends. Here, with words such as "Form and," one should dissolve into the support. Auspicious wishes: BHOH! May there be auspiciousness from the root and lineage lamas, who bestow supreme accomplishments merely by remembering them, and from the yidam deities, the lords of the mandala wheels, the embodiment of the four kayas! Although not moving from the state of perfect peace, the Dharmakaya, you protect the teachings with many skillful emanations, and protect practitioners like children, glorious Magzor Gyalmo... Protecting those who practice according to the Dharma, grinding the enemies of the teachings and those who break their vows into powder, you are the one with activities that never waver, the ocean of fierce retinues... Like Mount Meru, may merit increase and flourish, may great fame spread like the sky, may there be longevity and freedom from illness, may the qualities of the supreme ocean of spontaneous accomplishment of the benefit of others... Without effort or exertion, From "Without effort or exertion," may your wishes be fulfilled! And so forth, one should also make various auspicious prayers. This was done at the request of some, with the thought that it might also be beneficial to others, so the scattered parts were taken from the texts, and a person named Shedrup compiled them into an easy-to-recite version at Chone Monastery.
