May I attain empowerment! Thus, dedicate and pray. All of this can be practiced in one go, or if not accomplished, it can be practiced as much as one desires. The condensed version, as stated by Panchen Rinpoche: After taking refuge and generating bodhicitta, above one's crown, the root guru and, inseparable Jetsun Vajra Yogini, with a white-colored body, one face, and two arms, the right hand holding a curved knife, the left holding a skull cup filled with blood, adorned with a khatvanga in the armpit, with three wrathful and passionate eyes, slightly bared fangs, unbound hair, wearing six bone ornaments, seated on a lotus, sun, and corpse seat in a posture of dancing with outstretched and bent limbs. In the center of one's own body, the central channel is like an arrow shaft, starting from the crown and piercing straight up to the brahma-randhra. In the center of the heart, within the dhati, one's own mind is in the form of a bindu, a radiant white mass of light the size of a mustard seed. PHAṬ (ཕཊཿ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, meaning: to break through). Emerging from the heart like a shooting star, dissolving into the heart of Jetsun Yogini. One's own body, like a severed tree trunk, collapses with a crash, filling the three thousand worlds, becoming vast, white, oily, and beautiful. Again, one's own mind, from the heart of the guru, emerges in the form of a dakini holding a curved knife. From Oṃ (ༀ་, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, meaning: body), Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, meaning: speech), Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ་, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: mind), a tripod of human heads, like Mount Meru, upon the three, a burning curved knife cuts off the skull and places it on top, the old corpse is placed inside, chopped with the curved knife, stirred three times clockwise, and with Oṃ (ༀ་, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, meaning: body), Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, meaning: speech), Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ་, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: mind) transformed into a great ocean of nectar of uncontaminated wisdom. Offering to the guests of existence and peace, satisfying and pleasing them. Within the state of aimless emptiness, dedicate all virtues for the attainment of perfect enlightenment. Make the white offering. Again, for the red offering: As before, up to the separation of body and mind, do as follows: One's own mind, a dakini holding a curved knife, at the three-way intersection of the old corpse, make cross-shaped cuts at the four extremities of the limbs, peel off the skin and spread it out red on the ground, with a offering of flesh and blood filling the three realms, offering to the guests who serve the Three Jewels, repaying the kindness to the guests of the protectors and qualities, giving charity to the guests of compassion of the six realms, paying off the debts to the guests of demons and obstacles, with the samaya substances that each desires, birthing

May the Holy Mother be pleased and satisfied. May the three circles of offering be completely pure. Like a reflection of the moon in water, appearing but empty of truth. PHAṬ(Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat!) Without truth, free from elaboration, in a state like the sky. Indivisible space and awareness, single-pointedly abiding in equanimity. Dedicate all subsequent virtues to great enlightenment. Act accordingly as it appears. Furthermore, from the words of Je Gedun Gyatso, it appears as follows: In the sky in front, on a lotus stalk, to the Lama Labkyi Dronma, the lineage of the five classes of Kandro, the Lamas and the Three Jewels, contemplate the assembly of Kandro and Dharma protectors. Then, separate matter and awareness, with space and awareness being indivisible, meditate on yourself as the Black Wrathful Mother. With the burning curved knife in your right hand, separate the aggregates, which are like Mount Meru, from the skull, and place them on the three wet hearths of human heads. Then, pour in all the flesh and blood, transform it into nectar with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ(Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum). The assembly of goddesses holding skulls, filling the sky, make offerings extensively. Then, give generously to the harmful demons and obstructors, and to all beings in the six realms, without any focus on the three circles. Dedicate single-mindedly to the Dharmakaya. Again, as before, separate matter and awareness, after merging space and awareness, the Yogini, with the burning curved knife in her right hand, opens her own aggregates, flesh and bones as large as Mount Meru, blood is like a great ocean. Gather all the gods and demons of existence, from the peak of existence to the lowest hell of uninterrupted suffering, eat the flesh, drink the blood, gnaw the bones, and contemplate that all are satisfied with nectar. Furthermore, all the remaining demons and spirits, think of them as parents and cultivate loving-kindness, think of them as lamas and offer worship, think of them as yidams and ask for accomplishments, think of them as Dharma protectors and entrust them with activities. Identify the extent of soliciting and punishing, the life-force entrustment of outer, inner, and secret. Cut off self-grasping and attachment, and after cutting off cherishing oneself, all dharmas, especially demons and spirits, from the place, not even a particle is established, so decide. In the state of non-objectification, dedicate that virtue to the common enlightenment. Act accordingly as it appears. It is said: The supreme teaching of the Chöd practice, the teaching of the Queen Mother Machig Labdrön, is compiled in verses, just like the conduct of the holy ones. The empowerment lineage of this
