愿实现！愿无害人之心！愿恒常行持善法！我等以及所有众生，凡因如实取舍十不善业之道，将堕入地狱之众生，愿彼等皆具足十善业之道！愿无任何众生堕入地狱！我等以及所有众生，凡受他人支配，遭受处罚、束缚、殴打、囚禁及处决之众生，愿彼等直至菩提究竟之间，皆能解脱束缚、殴打等苦！愿具足无上圆满之自主！我等以及所有众生，凡因寿命短促，造作种种罪恶不善业而亡者，愿彼等一切罪业皆得清净，寿命延长，永不遭受非时而死！临终之际，亦能听闻并忆念如来法海殊胜智慧所显现之名号，从而转生善趣天界！直至菩提究竟之间，皆能享受天人之乐！如是法海所说。我等以及所有众生，愿皆以大丈夫之三十二相和八十随好庄严，如我一般，所有众生亦如是！愿身之光芒照耀无量无边之世界，光明灿烂！愿身如珍宝琉璃般内外清净，无垢无染，光明照耀，肢体宽广，具足威严光彩，安住于光明之中，胜过日月之光芒，并以光网严饰！如药师琉璃光如来一般，愿所有众生皆能如此，凡于世间中转生者，以及于此人间，于夜晚黑暗之中，向不同方向行走者，愿彼等皆因我之光明

May it be! May there be no harmful thoughts! May virtuous Dharma be practiced constantly! May all sentient beings, including myself, who, by truly taking up the path of the ten non-virtuous actions, will go to the hell realms, may all of them be endowed with the path of the ten virtuous actions! May no sentient being go to the hell realms! May all sentient beings, including myself, who are under the control of others and are subject to punishment, bondage, beatings, imprisonment, and execution, may they all be liberated from bondage, beatings, and so on, until the ultimate end of enlightenment! May they possess supreme and perfect independence! May all sentient beings, including myself, who have short lives and die after committing various sinful and non-virtuous deeds, may all their sinful actions be completely purified, and may they have long lives and never die untimely deaths! Even at the time of death, may they hear and remember the name of the Tathagata, the Ocean of Dharma, who manifests through the supreme wisdom, and be reborn in the happy realms of the heavens! May they experience the bliss of gods and humans until the ultimate end of enlightenment! Thus spoke the Ocean of Dharma. May all sentient beings, including myself, be adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks of a great being, and may all sentient beings be like me! May the rays of light from my body illuminate countless and immeasurable realms of the world, shining brightly! May my body be like a precious jewel, a vaidurya, pure inside and out, without impurities, radiant, with wide and broad limbs, blazing with glory and splendor, well-established, and adorned with a network of light rays that surpasses the sun and moon! Just like the Tathagata, the King of Medicine, the Light of Vaidurya, may all sentient beings be like that, and may all those who are born in the intermediate realms and those who wander in different directions in the darkness of night in this human world be guided by my light.

May songs be sung and all activities be accomplished! May we and immeasurable realms of sentient beings, through the immeasurable wisdom and skillful means of the Tathagata, the King of Medicine Master Lapis Lazuli Light, be endowed with inexhaustible resources, and may no one be busy. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who have entered evil paths or the paths of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, enter the unsurpassed path of the Great Vehicle. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, be bound by the three vows and have flawless discipline. May no one enter into wrong discipline and fall into evil destinies. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who have bad bodies, incomplete senses, ugly appearances, are disabled, have defective limbs, are hunchbacked, have vitiligo, are blind, deaf, mute, insane, or afflicted with diseases in their bodies, have all their karmic obscurations purified, and may all have complete senses and perfect limbs. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who are tormented by various diseases, are without refuge, without protectors, without provisions and medicine, without relatives, are poor and suffering, have all their diseases completely pacified. Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may we be without illness and harm, and may we abide in the abundance of resources. May all women who are afflicted by a hundred faults of women, who do not like the female body, who wish to be liberated from the female state, be transformed from the female state. Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may they be endowed with the faculties of a male. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, be completely liberated from the net of Mara. May we abandon divergent views, discord, and strife, and abide in the correct view. May we perfect the vast conduct of enlightenment.
