འཕགས་མའི་ཞབས་ཟུང་སྟེ་གཉིས་སྔར་ནས་བཟུང་དུས་རིང་མོ་ནས་བསྟེན་པ་བཙོང་ཁ་པ་བདག་གིས་ནི། བསྟོད་པའི་ཚུལ་འཆད་འགྱུར་འདི་སྐད་གླེང་བའི་གོ་སྐབས་ཅུང་ཟད་ཅིག་རྙེད་ལགས་སོ། །བསྐལ་བ་ལ་དུས་ཀྱིས་བསྐལ་བ། ཕྲ་བས་བསྐལ་བ། མཆོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པས་བསྐལ་བ། རིང་བས་བསྐལ་བ་བཞི་ཡོད་ཀྱང་། འདིར་གཙོ་བོར་གསུམ་པའི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པའོ། །བསྔགས་ཚུལ་ནི། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གཙུག་ཏོར་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས་རྟོག་པ་དང་བཅས་པ་ལས། གཙུག་ཏོར་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྡིག་པ་དང་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྣམ་པར་སྦྱོང་བ། ངན་སོང་ཐམས་ཅད་རྒྱུན་གཅོད་པ་འདི་ཡི་གེར་བྲིས་ཏེ། མཆོད་རྟེན་གྱི་སྲོག་ཤིང་གི་སྟེང་དུ་བཞུགས་ལ་ཟླ་བ་ཉ་བའི་ཚེ་ཁྲུས་བྱས་ཏེ་ལན་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བརྗོད་ན། ཚེ་ཟད་པ་ལས་ཚེ་ཕྱིར་ནུར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ངན་སོང་ལས་མྱུར་ཏུ་མཐར་ཏེ། སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམས་དག་ནས་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དུད་འགྲོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཐོས་ན་ཡང་དེ་རྣམས་ངན་སོང་གི་ཐ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། བྱང་ཆུབ་མ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་མཐོ་རིས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་རིགས་སམ་བྲམ་ཟེའི་རིགས་སམ། ཚོང་དཔོན་གྱི་རིགས་སམ། ཁྱིམ་བདག་གི་རིགས་ཤིང་སཱ་ལ་ཆེན་པོ་ལྟ་བུའི་ནང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མཆོད་རྟེན་དེའི་གྲིབ་མས་ཕོག་གམ། རྡུལ་གྱིས་བཏབ་ཀྱང་རུང་སྟེ། ངན་སོང་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །གཉིས་པ་ལ་གསུམ། གཙོ་མོ་ལ་སྐུའི་སྒོ་ནས་བསྟོད་པ་དང་། འཁོར་ཕུན་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་བསྟོད་པ་དང་། མཁྱེན་བརྩེ་ནུས་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་བསྟོད་པའོ། །དང་པོ་ནི། ཡིད་འཕྲོག་འོད་ཟེར་ཞེས་པ་ནས་ཡིད་བཞིན་འཇུག་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཞེས་པའི་བར་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་དགུ་སྟེ་རིམ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་བཤད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། གོ་རིམ་དཀྲུགས་ཏེ་བཤད་ན་གོ་དཀའ་བས་སོ། །གཞན་གྱི་ཡིད་འཕྲོག་པར་བྱེད་ནུས་ཤིང་འོད་ཟེར་སྟོང་གི་སྟེ་གྲངས་སྟོང་ཙམ་མིན་པ་འོད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་གྲངས་མེད་འཕྲོ་བའི་དྲ་བས་བསྐོར་བ་ཅན་ཕུལ་དུ་བྱུང་བ་མཛེས་པ། འདོམས་ཀྱི་ཚད་ཅི་ཙམ་ཡོད་པ་ཞིག་སྤྱི་གཙུག་ནས་ཞབས་མཐིལ་གྱི་བར་དུ་ཡོད་པས་ཆུ་ཞིང་གབ་པ་ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ནི། དཔེར་ན། འོ་མའི་ཆུ་གཏེར་ཏེ་མཚོའི་དབུས་ན་གངས་ཀྱི་རི་གྱེན་དུ་འཕགས་པ་བཞིན་དུ། པདྨ་དང་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་ན་དཀར་ཞིང་མཛེས་མ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཞེས་སོ། །ཆུ་ཤེལ་དཀར་པོ་དང་བཙོ་མའི་གསེར་སེར་པོ་དང་། ཨནྡ་རྙིལ་སྟེ་དབང་པོ་སྔོན་པོ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པའི་འོད་ཇི་ལྟ་བར། རབ་ཏུ་གསལ་བའི་ཞལ་དབུས་མ་དཀར་བ་དང་གཡས་སེར་གཡོན་སྔོ་བའི་མདོག་ཅན་གྱི་ཞལ་བཟང་པོ་རྒྱས་པ་ནི། དབུས་མ་སྒེག་པ་དང་གཡས་པ་ཞི་བ་དང་གཡོན་པ་ཅུང་ཟད་ཁྲོ་བའི་ཉམས་ཅན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདིར་ཨན་ད་རྙིལ་ཞེས་འབྱུང་བ་ནི། དབང་སྔོན་གྱི་སྐད་དོད་ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་ཟུར་ཆག་པའི་ཟུར་ཆག་གི་སྐད་དོ། །གདུགས་མཛེས་པའི་ཏོག་ལ་ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་སྟེ་དབང་པོ་སྔོན་པོའམ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྔོན་པོས་མཛེས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པའི་དབུ་ལ་ནི་རལ་པའི་ཐོར་ཅོག་ཅན་ཏེ་དེ་དང་ལྡན་པས་མཛེས་ལ། སྤྲིན་སོགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་དྲི་མ་དང་བྲལ་བའི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་འཁྱོག་པའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་ཤར་བའི་འཇའ་ཚོན་ལྟར། ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་མཐོན་མཐིང་སྟེ་སྔོན་པོའི་མདངས་ཀྱིས་མཛེས་པའི་སྤྱན་མཆོག་གི་སྟེང་དུ་སྨིན་མ་འཁྱོག་ལ་དཀྱུས་རིང་པོ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མཛེས་པ་ལགས་སོ། །དབྱིབས་མཐོ་བ་སོགས་ཀྱིས་ལེགས་པའི་ཤངས་ཀྱི་རིམ་པའི་རྒྱུད་ནི་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་ལ། མཆུ་སྒྲོས་དམར་པོས་མཛེས་པའི་ཞལ་གྱི་སྒོ་ནི་ལྟ་ན་སྡུག་ཅིང་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་དང་འཇམ་ཞིང་མཉེན་པ་དང་དབྱིབས་ལེགས་པའི་སྙན་གྱི་བུག་པར་སྙན་རྒྱན་གྱི་རིན་ཆེན་འཕྱང་བ་སོགས་རྨད་དུ་བྱུང་བའི་མཛེས་པའི་ཉམས་ཀྱིས་གཞན་གྱི་ཡིད་འཛིན་པ་སྟེ་འཕྲོག་མ་ཁྱོད་ལ་འདུད་དོ། །མཉེན་ལེགས་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བཤད་པ་ལྟར་ཡིན་གྱི་སྙན་ཞེས་པའི་དོན་མིན་ནོ། །ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་རྒྱུ་སྐར་གྱི་ཕྲེང་བ་བཀྲ་བའི་མདངས་གསལ་བ་ལྟར། རབ་ཏུ་གསལ་བའི་མདོག་ཅན་གྱི་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་དོ་ཤལ་མཆོག་གིས་ནི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་མགྲིན་པ་རབ་ཏུ་འཁྱུད་པ་ལ། འོ་མའི་རྒྱུན་འཛིན་པའི་ནུ་མ་འབུར་བོ་ཟུང་གཅིག་གིས་ཏེ་གཉིས་ཀ་ཁྱོད་རང་གི་རབ་ཏུ་ཡངས་པའི་བྲང་ལ་མཛེས་པ་ནི། ངང་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་པདྨའི་རྒྱ་མཚོར་མཛེས་པ་ཇི་ལྟར་བ་བཞིན་ནོ། །གདུ་བུ་སོགས་རིན་ཆེན་རྒྱན་གྱིས་མཛེས་པའི་འཇམ་ཞིང་མཉེན་པའི་ཕྱག་ནི་མདོག་པདྨའི་རྩ་བ་ལྟར་དཀར་བ་ཟུང་བཞི་ཡི་སྟེ་བཞི་མཚན་གཉིས་ཀྱི་གཡས་དང་པོ་ན་སྣ་ཚོགས་རྡོ་རྗེ། གཡོན་གྱི་དང་པོ་སྡིགས་འཛུབ་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཞགས་པ་དང་། གཡས་ཀྱི་གཉིས་པ་ན་འོད་དཔག་མེད་དང་། གཡོན་གྱི་གཉིས་པ་ན་མི་འཇིགས་པར་སྦྱིན་པ། གཡས་གཡོན་གྱི་གསུམ་པ་གཉིས་ན་རིམ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་མདའ་དང་བཞུ། གཡས་གཡོན་གྱི་བཞི་བའི་ཕྱག་ཟུང་གིས་རིམ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་མཆོག་འཛིན་མཛད་པ་དང་། བུམ་པ་བཟུང་ནས་འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས་ལ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དཔལ་སྟེར་བར་མཛད་པའི་བཅོམ་

我宗喀巴，从很久以前就侍奉圣母的双足。现在我得到一个机会来谈论赞美的方式。劫有时间劫、微细劫、殊胜劫和长劫四种。但在这里，主要以第三种劫为主。赞美的方式是：从一切如来的顶髻所出的名为“顶髻尊胜佛母”的陀罗尼，以及相关的仪轨中说，名为“顶髻尊胜”的陀罗尼，能净化一切罪业和障碍，断除一切恶趣。将此陀罗尼书写下来，安放在佛塔的中心柱上，在月圆之日沐浴后念诵一千零八遍，能使寿命耗尽者也能延寿。迅速从恶趣中解脱，清净一切障碍，获得无上菩提。即使是畜生听到，也能脱离恶趣，未证菩提之前，能生于天界国王之家、婆罗门之家、商人之家或居士之家，如同巨大的娑罗树一般。即使被佛塔的影子触及，或被灰尘沾染，也不会堕入恶趣。经中是这么说的。第二部分有三个方面：从身门赞美主尊，从圆满眷属赞美，从智慧、慈悲和能力赞美。第一部分是从“令人心醉的光芒”到“随心所欲地进入，我向您顶礼”。共有九个偈颂，将依次解释，如果顺序颠倒，则难以理解。女神您的身体，能夺取他人之心，拥有无数光芒，被无数光网环绕，卓越而美丽，从头顶到脚底有一定的高度，覆盖着水田，例如在乳海中，一座雪山高耸，在莲花和月轮之上，向洁白美丽的您顶礼。

I, Tsongkhapa, have served the two feet of the Holy Mother since a long time ago. Now I have found an opportunity to speak about the way of praise. There are four types of kalpas: time kalpas, subtle kalpas, supreme kalpas, and long kalpas. But here, the main emphasis is on the third type. The way of praise is: From the dharani called "Ushnisha Vijaya" which comes from the crown of all Tathagatas, along with the related rituals, it is said that the dharani called "Ushnisha Vijaya" purifies all sins and obscurations, and cuts off all evil destinies. Write this dharani down and place it on the central pillar of a stupa. On the full moon day, bathe and recite it one thousand and eight times, and even those whose lifespan is exhausted can have their lives extended. Quickly be liberated from evil destinies, purify all obscurations, and attain unsurpassed Bodhi. Even if animals hear it, they can be liberated from evil destinies. Until they attain Bodhi, they will be born in the family of a heavenly king, a Brahmin, a merchant, or a householder, like a great Sala tree. Even if touched by the shadow of the stupa, or stained by dust, they will not fall into evil destinies. This is what the sutras say. The second part has three aspects: praising the main deity from the aspect of the body, praising from the aspect of the perfect retinue, and praising from the aspect of wisdom, compassion, and power. The first part is from "Intoxicating Radiance" to "Enter as you wish, I prostrate to you." There are nine verses in total, which will be explained in order. If the order is reversed, it will be difficult to understand. The goddess, your body, is able to captivate the hearts of others, possesses countless rays of light, is surrounded by countless nets of light, is excellent and beautiful, has a certain height from the top of the head to the soles of the feet, covers the water fields, like in the ocean of milk, a snow mountain rises high, on top of a lotus and moon mandala, I prostrate to you, who are white and beautiful.

如无垢清净之光，极其明亮之面容，中央白色，右侧黄色，左侧蓝色之善妙面容，中央妩媚，右侧寂静，左侧稍带忿怒之相，我顶礼您！此处所说的“ཨན་ད་རྙིལ་”，是自在蓝的梵语词汇ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་的语音讹变。如伞的美丽顶端以ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་（藏文：དབང་པོ་སྔོན་པོ།，梵文：Indranila，梵文羅馬轉寫：indranīla，汉语字面意思：自在蓝）即自在蓝或蓝色宝珠装饰般，极其盛大的头顶有发髻，因具此而美丽。如无云等遮蔽之垢染的虚空中，以弯曲之态出现的彩虹般，您的深蓝色，即以蓝色光彩装饰的妙目之上，弯曲且细长的眉毛实乃美妙啊！以形状高耸等而美好的鼻梁之脉络令人心悦，以红色嘴唇装饰的面容之门，观之悦意，令人心悦，且柔和、柔软，形状美好的耳孔中，垂挂耳饰之珍宝等，以奇妙的美丽之姿，摄人心魄，我顶礼您，夺取（他人之心）者！“柔软美好”是如上所说之意，并非指耳朵。如虚空中星辰之列闪耀光芒般，极其明亮之色的珍宝项链，紧紧环绕您的颈项，一对保持乳汁之丰满的乳房，即两个乳房在您极其宽广的胸膛上美丽，如两只天鹅在莲花之海中美丽一般！手镯等珍宝装饰的柔软之手，如莲藕根般洁白，共有四对手，即八只手。右侧第一只手持多种金刚杵，左侧第一只手持带恐吓指的绳索，右侧第二只手持无量光佛（藏文：འོད་དཔག་མེད།，梵文：Amitābha，梵文羅馬轉寫：Amitābha，汉语字面意思：无量光），左侧第二只手施无畏印，左右第三只手中依次是箭和弓，左右第四只手依次作出持胜手印，并手持宝瓶，赐予众生不死之寿命荣耀的世尊

Like the immaculate and completely pure light, the extremely bright face, the central one white, the right one yellow, and the left one blue, the beautiful and full face, the central one graceful, the right one peaceful, and the left one slightly wrathful in demeanor, I prostrate to you! Here, the term "Anta Nil" is a corrupted form of the Sanskrit word Indranila for lapis lazuli. Like the beautiful top of an umbrella adorned with Indranila, that is, lapis lazuli or blue jewels, the extremely grand head has a topknot of hair, and is beautiful because it possesses this. Like a rainbow appearing in the sky, free from the defilements of clouds and other obscurations, in a curved manner, your deep blue, that is, the excellent eyes adorned with blue radiance, above which the curved and long eyebrows are truly beautiful! The sequence of the bridge of the nose, which is excellent due to its high shape and so on, is pleasing to the mind, and the door of the face adorned with red lips is beautiful to behold, pleasing to the mind, and the soft, supple, and well-shaped ear holes are adorned with precious earrings and other wondrously beautiful features that captivate the minds of others, I prostrate to you, the one who steals (the hearts of others)! "Soft and beautiful" means as explained above, and does not refer to the ears. Like a string of stars shining brightly in the sky, the supreme precious necklace of extremely bright color completely encircles your neck, and a pair of protruding breasts that maintain the flow of milk, that is, both breasts are beautiful on your extremely broad chest, just as two swans are beautiful in a lotus sea! The soft hands adorned with bracelets and other precious ornaments are white like the roots of lotus flowers, there are four pairs, that is, eight hands. In the first right hand is a variegated vajra, in the first left hand is a lasso with a threatening gesture, in the second right hand is Amitabha (Tibetan: འོད་དཔག་མེད།, Sanskrit: Amitābha, Romanized Sanskrit: Amitābha, Literal Chinese meaning: Immeasurable Light), in the second left hand is the gesture of giving fearlessness, in the third right and left hands are, in order, an arrow and a bow, and with the fourth pair of right and left hands, you make the supreme holding mudra in order, and holding a vase, you bestow the glory of immortal life upon beings, the Blessed One.
