Just as the dispositions and intentions of those to be tamed are, without the conceptualization of thinking, "I will do this and that with effort," yet effortlessly fulfilling the wishes of the minds of those to be tamed, may the glory of the heart of Manjushri, that is, the blessing, quickly make the praisers, just as the moon's orb adorns the sky in the clear autumn sky, become adorned! Thus it is said. The example of fulfilling wishes without intention is expressed by way of implication. For example, if one prays to wish-fulfilling jewels, wish-fulfilling trees, and virtuous vases, they do not have the conceptualization of effort, such as "I will give this person this accomplishment," but they fulfill desires as needed. Similarly, Manjushri effortlessly accomplishes the benefit of those to be tamed without the conceptualization of effort. This is to illustrate this point. Although there is no such conceptualization, in the continuum of Manjushri, there is the wisdom of thinking, "I will benefit sentient beings." Here, "without intention" is not a metaphor. The "as" here means "although it is without intention," meaning it has the same meaning as "in that state." As it is said in the *Entering the Middle Way*: "As a potter with great strength here, spins the wheel with great effort for a long time, that action has now ceased, yet the wheel is still seen spinning pots and so forth. Likewise, although that action has ceased in the Thus-gone One's Dharmakaya, it continues, and the deeds brought about by the power of the differences in beings' virtue and happiness are most wondrous." And, "The peaceful body is extremely clear like a wish-fulfilling tree, and without conceptualization like a wish-fulfilling jewel," etc. In the *Commentary: The Clear Meaning*, regarding "Now that the conceptualization of effort has ceased, it is the nature of the Dharmakaya," etc., and "Because it is free from conceptualization, it is the peaceful body," etc., the manner of non-conceptualization is explained in detail, and it should be consulted. Furthermore, in the *Secret Inconceivable Sutra*, it says: "Peaceful wisdom, in the body of the Tathagata, there is no stomach or intestines. No pus, no blood, no phlegm, no snot."

There is no filth or impurity. The body of the Tathagata, the wisdom of peace, is like the golden sand of the Jambunada River. It is not empty, without holes, and without faults. The wisdom of peace is like a heavy vajra. If you touch Jamyang Kacalina, you will feel happy. Look at the greatness of the Tathagata's body, etc. In addition, many secrets of the body are revealed there. The wisdom of peace, whatever the faith, however mature, whatever the thought, similarly, it is also known that the secret of the Tathagata's speech will appear. The wisdom of peace, the Tathagata does not have non-conceptualization and conceptualization, etc. In addition, there are many secrets of speech there, and the Tathagata's mind does not regress, the mind does not have conceptualization, etc., which extensively explain the secrets of the mind. Those secrets are also very applicable to the supreme one. If you want to understand the secrets of the Buddha extensively, you should read that sutra. In short, the sutra says: As vast as the sky is, so vast is the body. As vast as the body is, so vast is the light. As vast as the light is, so vast is the speech. As vast as the speech is. It is said like this, considering that it is difficult for people of low intelligence to believe this way, so in the "Entering the Middle Way" it says: The Sugata, in all directions of the Buddha-fields and the pure lands of the Buddhas, how many dust particles there are, so many are the merits of the Sugata who has attained supreme enlightenment, but you should not speak this secret. In addition, in the "Praise of Names" it says: The sound is also a burning vajra. Etc., and in the "Root Tantra of Chakrasamvara" it says: Possessing all hands and feet, etc., it explains that even a part of the Buddha's body can perform the activities of body, speech, and mind, which is not written here. The venerable Manjushri, etc., are easy to understand. The third is, it is shown by one verse of the ten directions of the Buddha-fields, etc., meaning: The infinite residing in the countless Buddha-fields of the ten directions, such as the east, is the limit of the number.

May the protector, who is constantly praised through the gateway of virtues by the Victorious One who is free from all extremes, whose fame fills and pervades the three worlds of below the earth, on the earth, and above the earth, and whose name is renowned as Manjushri, may Manjushri quickly enter the mind of any disciple who holds and recites this praise, called 'Ocean of Praise Clouds,' which is a praise expressed with reverence through the three doors, taking a small portion from the ocean-like qualities of his body, speech, and mind. The way of praise is as follows: In the arrangement of the pure land of Manjushri of Jewel Heap, this Bhagavan Manjushri, who has become a youth, is praised and extolled by the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. And so on. This is the complete perfection of the ten powers of the Tathagata. This is the complete perfection of all the Bodhisattva grounds. This is the complete perfection of all the Buddha grounds. This is the complete perfection of all the Buddha's teachings. And so on. In the Sutra of the Samadhi of Heroic Progress, it is said that this venerable one previously attained perfect enlightenment in the supreme lineage of the Nagas. In the Jewel Heap Sutra, it is also said that in the future he will attain Buddhahood as Sarvadarshin (All-Seeing). The latter shows the manner of attaining Buddhahood, but it is not a new attainment of Buddhahood, because it has been established by many scriptural and logical proofs that the venerable one has already attained Buddhahood in the ultimate sense. There, the complete purity of the land of Sarvadarshin is described as inconceivable, for example, just as the number of drops of water in the ocean is countless, so too is the prosperity of the land of Sarvadarshin. It is also said that one drop of water in the ocean and the prosperity of the Sukhavati land are explained by way of example. The meaning of the second line, 'by whose fame,' I thought I would get the explanation 'by the fame of the Victorious One,' but when connected with the word 'renowned,' it should be explained as 'by the fame of Manjushri' or 'by the fame of the praise.' Some think like this: Is your explanation of this based on your own power or based on the explanations of others? If it is the former, then it is not appropriate, because you cannot understand well the profound intention of Je Tsongkhapa, so you should not explain it.
