Now it can be added as well. Generally, to accomplish the temporary and ultimate benefit of the beings to be tamed, although it is not possible not to rely on the pure scriptures that explain culture and so on, those who rely on them must also strive to practice. If one does not practice, but only emphasizes sounds or words, and spends time or life in this way, then one is deceiving oneself. What other deception is there besides that? This is a rhetorical question. The third is: Like some people who are carried away by water and die of thirst, even though they have heard a lot, they are poor in Dharma, because the scriptures have not been transformed into key instructions. Therefore, it is important to transform what has been learned into key instructions. This means that although one has heard many sutras, one lacks the Dharma to practice, because, as before, the scriptures have not been transformed into key instructions, which is its fault. The analogy and application are: Some people are carried away by a great river, but they cannot drink water, so they die of thirst, just like that, although they have learned a lot of Dharma, they have no opportunity to practice it. Even if all the things heard are difficult, if one does not strive to do some practice that suits one's own aptitude, but only looks outward and only strives to hear, it is difficult to bring great benefit to the mindstream. This point should be considered by us followers. There are many things to practice from the perspective of Sutra and Tantra, but here we mainly grasp accumulation and purification, renunciation, loving-kindness and compassion, the mind of enlightenment, view, and the three trainings. The third part is divided into two points: the reason why it is necessary to use words and phrases, and how to use them after identifying the object to be used. The first point is: If, in this way, one does not miss the key points of the meaning, even if the words and phrases are not good enough, the fault is small. But when the Buddha himself praised the scriptures, he said: good meaning and good words. Just like on a very white building, applying a light that brings coolness, if one decorates a good meaning with moving words and phrases, it will become very beautiful.

For example, just as a very white mansion plastered with lime shines even more brightly and beautifully when moonlight falls on it. The second is: Those with red and yellow hues and composed by the victorious deity, Named "pṛtta" (Sanskrit: वृत्त, pṛtta, meaning: syllable) and "jāti" (Sanskrit: जाति, jāti, meaning: kind), Although their combination is not found as such in Tibetan, A style that alternates between verse and prose. Adornments of meaning and words, etc., The way words are combined, adorned with beautifying ornaments, When skillfully combined like a treatise on poetics, It increases the joy of the intelligent. This means that, in terms of Sanskrit composition, the compositions made by the teachers with red and yellow hues and the two named Victorious Deity, who appeared in India in the past, and the composition named Ratnākara (Jewel Mine) made by the great scholar Ratna Ākara Shānti, etc., have two types of composition: pṛtta (Sanskrit: वृत्त, pṛtta, meaning: syllable), which counts letters, and jāti (Sanskrit: जाति, jāti, meaning: kind), which counts feet. Although there is no way to combine them in Tibetan as they are, as it appears in the poetics composed by the teacher Daṇḍin, having a poetic style with verse, prose, and both, adorned with ornaments of meaning, ornaments of words, and synonyms, etc., if one knows how to skillfully combine word combinations like a treatise on poetics, it will increase the joy of the intelligent. Poetry is just an example; as an aid, one needs to study the root text and commentary of Sumtag and its concise summary of meaning in grammar. Although it is important to know about prefixes, suffixes, and case endings, synonyms are especially necessary for general poetry and figurative ornaments. The way to engage with the Three Jewels as described is clearly intended for those with great intelligence. The third part has three points: the root of the Three Jewels depends on the Mahāyāna spiritual friend, so encouraging reliance on that; making a prayer to dedicate the merit of the composition; and indicating the colophon. The first point is: Thus, the root of all three jewels is the spiritual friend of the supreme vehicle. If one is not grasped by this, even with hundreds of efforts in many lifetimes, one will not realize it. Therefore, if one is grasped by a spiritual friend, even in one lifetime, it will easily give certainty. Therefore, in all lifetimes
