Everyone remained silent, abiding in the way of contemplating Suchness. Ninth, regarding the complete entrustment of the tantra, there are three points: generally entrusting to the assembled Buddhas and Bodhisattvas; specifically, entrusting to Vajradharma and accepting the teachings; after the entrustment, showing that the retinue transformed into the three vajras. The first point is: Thereafter, the Bhagavan said, "Because there is fortune." Thereafter, the Bhagavan Vajrapani, Vajradhara himself, spoke to all those Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas: "You should proclaim this king of the Vajra Tantra, the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, in all realms of the world, and cause it to be held. Why is that? Because those Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions have fortune, that is, are endowed with this Dharma category." The second point is: Thereafter, Vajrapani became silent. Thereafter, Vajrapani spoke to Vajradharma, the lord of secrets: "Son of the lineage, hold this Suchness of the vow of all the Tathagatas, which is of the nature of being transmitted from one to another without transgression. May you also be empowered as the Vajra who has become the master of all the secret mantra Dharmas of all the Tathagatas." Thereafter, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajradharma said, "I will do as you say," and then became silent. The third point is: Thereafter, the Tathagata became silent. Thereafter, all the Tathagatas, namely the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, female Bodhisattvas, and wrathful deities, etc., the three syllables of Vajrasattva entered into their own body, speech, and mind, and all of them also manifested the state of the three vajras. Thereafter, the Tathagata, the body Vajra Vairochana, abided in a manner inseparable in essence from the Vajra Suchness of the bodies of the sentient beings of the three realms, and with that and the body of all the Tathagatas, which is naturally established, focused on the equality that is like an illusion of emptiness, and became silent. Thereafter, the Tathagata

The speech vajra of Amitabha abides in the suchness of the pure vajra of all sentient beings in the three realms. All Tathagatas' speech is focused on equality, without saying anything. Then, the mind vajra of the Tathagatas, namely Vajrapani, the Vajra Holder himself, abides in the suchness of the mind vajra of all sentient beings in the three realms. The mind equality of all Tathagatas is contemplated as before, without saying anything. Fourth, the concluding part is: Thus it was spoken, meaning that this Guhyasamaja Tantra was thus spoken. Second, the meaning of the name is from "Tathagata" to "Chapter Seventeen." The secrets of body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, that is, the three vajras, are mainly made into one. From the king of tantras, Guhyasamaja, which teaches by collecting the three secrets, the vows of all five families of Tathagatas, the things to be protected, eaten, and relied upon, and the precepts are to diligently practice them. The vows and precepts collected by the five families are not to be transgressed, so they are vajra, that is, indivisible. This is the commentary on Chapter Seventeen, called "The King of Blessings." Fourth, the meaning of the conclusion is: The Indian Abbot Śrāddhākaravarmā, i.e., Faith-Action Armor, and the great translator Bhikshu Rinchen Zangpo translated, edited, and finalized it. The Indian Abbot Śrījñānakara, i.e., Glorious Wisdom Maker, explained it, and the great translator Gö Lhatse checked it, considering it as a loan or oral tax. Later, Pandit Blackfoot explained it, and Gö himself made the revisions. It is said: The tantra ending with thirty-three vowels and consonants has thirty-three thousand verses. The basis and root of the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma is this Guhyasamaja Tantra. Even if one holds only one aspect of its commentary, teaching, and listening, that person is regarded as being like the Great Vajra Holder and is a place to be worshiped. If it is said like that, what need is there to mention those who practice according to the Dharma? From beginningless time until now, the basis of the body is supreme.
