Filled with filthy urine. On top of those, the white Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), the red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), the blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) are stacked one on top of the other. Light radiates from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) in one's own heart, striking the wind. The wind stirs, the fire ignites, and the substances in the skull melt and boil. As light radiates from the three syllables in succession, the Body Vajra, Speech Vajra, and Mind Vajra are invoked. Those that gradually dissolve into the three syllables fall into the skull and dissolve. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) purifies the faults of color, smell, and power. Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) makes it realized as nectar. Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) increases and expands it greatly. Recite Om Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) three times to bless it. Or, in brief, bless the inner offering with the three syllables and Ha Ho Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) three times, and then enter into the state of being Vajrabhairava. If there are no preliminary offerings for the regular recitation, it is not a problem, but if there are, purify with Hrīḥ Ṭīḥ, and purify into emptiness with Svabhava. From the state of emptiness, from Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) arise vast and wide skulls. Within these skulls, from the melting of Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) arise the offering water, foot-washing water, and so on, and the music. Their nature is bliss and emptiness, and these are the offering substances. As objects of the six sense faculties, they generate extraordinary, undefiled bliss. Bless from Om Argham Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to Shapta Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Bless the torma as before, starting from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) in one's own heart, until the protectors and their retinues depart to their respective places. Do these as translated from elsewhere. Here, the self-generation deity's offering is as before, or if you want to elaborate, bless the offerings including desirable objects, or do it below. It is not necessary unless you want to offer a mandala. Although the practice and recitation of Vajrasattva are not explicitly mentioned here, it is good to do it, starting from the lotus on the Pam (Tibetan: པཾ) on one's own crown, until body, speech, and mind become inseparable. Then, visualize yourself as the one-faced, two-armed Vajrabhairava, and in your heart, the light rays from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) situated on the lotus and sun disc illuminate the boundless realms of the world. Invite the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing there, as well as the wrathful deities, and the Vajrabhairava guru and retinue surrounded by the assembly of vidyādharas, into the sky in front of you. The light itself
