ལ་བ་བཏབ་པས་གནས་གསུམ་ལས། །བདུད་རྩི་དཀར་དམར་མཐིང་གསུམ་རིམ་ཅན་དང་། །ཅིག་ཅར་བྱུང་ནས་བདག་གི་གནས་གསུམ་དུ། །ཐིམ་པས་སྒྲིབ་བཞི་དག་ནས་དབང་བཞི་ཐོབ། །སྐུ་བཞི་མངོན་དུ་འགྱུར་བའི་ནུས་པ་བཞག །དགྱེས་བཞིན་བདག་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་བྱོན་ནས་ཀྱང་། །ཐིམ་པས་བྱིན་རླབས་རང་ཉིད་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས། །འཇམ་དཔལ་གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་དུ་གསལ་བར་གྱུར། །བར་བསམ་ལ་སྔགས་གསུམ་ཅི་འགྲུབ་བཟླས་ནས། དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡིས་སོགས་བསྔོ་སྨོན་བྱའོ།། རྗེ་བླ་མའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ནི། སྐྱབས་སེམས་སོགས་སྔོན་དུ་བཏང་རང་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་སེང་ཁྲི་པད་ཟླའི་སྟེང་། །དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་པའི། །རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་རྒྱལ་བ་བློ་བཟང་གྲགས། །དཀར་དམར་མདངས་ལྡན་དགྱེས་པའི་འཛུམ་ཞལ་ཅན། །ཆོས་འཁོར་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་ཨུཏྤལ་གེ་སར་སྟེང་། །ཡེ་ཤེས་རལ་གྲི་ཤེར་ཕྱིན་གླེགས་བམ་བསྣམས། །ངུར་སྨྲིག་ཆོས་གོས་གསེར་མདོག་པཎ་ཞྭ་གསོལ། །སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་ཚུལ་གྱིས་འོད་ཀྱི་གུར་ཁྱིམ་དབུས། །གསལ་རྫོགས་མཚན་དང་དཔེ་བྱད་དཔལ་གྱིས་མཛེས། །ཟབ་དང་རྒྱ་ཆེའི་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་སྒྲ་སྒྲོགས། །དྲི་མེད་མཁྱེན་དང་བརྩེ་བའི་གཏེར་གྱུར་པ། །གདུལ་བྱའི་དཔལ་དུ་ལྷམ་མེར་བཞུགས་པ་ཡི། །གནས་གསུམ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གསུམ་མཚན་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས། །རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་བསྐོར་བའི། །ཀུན་མཁྱེན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བཙོང་ཁ་པ། །སྤྱན་དྲངས་ཐིམ་པས་ཀུན་འདུས་བདག་ཉིད་གྱུར། །ཤེས་བྱ་ཀུན་ལ་ཐོགས་མེད་འཇམ་པའི་དབྱངས། །མཐའ་ཡས་འགྲོ་བའི་མར་གྱུར་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །མ་ལུས་བདུད་དཔུང་འཇོམས་མཛད་གསང་བའི་བདག །རིགས་གསུམ་ཀུན་འདུས་བླ་མར་གུས་ཕྱག་འཚལ། །སྲིད་ཞིའི་ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བའི་མཆོད་པའི་ཚོགས། །དངོས་བཤམས་ཡིད་སྤྲུལ་ནམ་མཁའ་གང་བ་དང་། །བདག་ལུས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དུས་གསུམ་དགེ་ཚོགས་བཅས། །རྗེ་བཙུན་བླ་མ་འཁོར་བཅས་མཉེས་ཕྱིར་འབུལ། །ཐོག་མེད་ནས་བསགས་སྡིག་ལྟུང་ཐམས་ཅད་བཤགས། །རང་གཞན་རྣམ་དཀར་ཀུན་ལ་རྗེས་ཡི་རང་། །འགྲོ་ལ་བསྐལ་བརྒྱར་ཆོས་འཁོར་བསྐོར་དུ་གསོལ། །ནམ་མཁའ་ཇི་སྲིད་བར་དུ་བརྟན་པར་བཞུགས། །འདིས་མཚོན་དགེ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོར་བསྔོ། །ཞེས་ཡན་ལག་བདུན་པ་བྱས་ནས། དམིགས་བརྩེ་མ་བཟླ། དེ་ནས། སྐྱབས་གསུམ་ཀུན་འདུས་བླ་མ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །རྩེ་གཅིག་གུས་པའི་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་བྱང་ཞིང་ཚོགས་གཉིས་མྱུར་རྫོགས་ཏེ། །རྫོགས་བྱང་མྱུར་དུ་ཐོབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ལན་གསུམ་དེ་ལྟར་གསོ

通过祈请，从三处发出， 依次是白、红、蓝三种甘露， 同时出现并融入我的三处， 净化四种障碍，获得四种灌顶， 留下显现四身的能量。 欢喜地来到我的头顶， 融入后，加持自身刹那间， 显现为文殊阎魔敌。 中间观想，念诵三咒，尽力念诵后，以此善根等回向发愿。 宗喀巴上师瑜伽：首先皈依发心，在自己的头顶上，狮子座莲花月轮之上， 与三世诸佛无别的， 根本上师宗喀巴大师， 具有白红光泽，面带喜悦的微笑。 以法轮手印，持着乌巴拉花蕊之上， 智慧宝剑和般若经函， 身穿绛红色法衣，头戴金色班智达帽， 以跏趺坐姿，在光芒的帐篷中央， 圆满清晰，以妙相和好相庄严， 宣说甚深广大的神圣佛法， 成为无垢智慧和慈悲的宝藏， 为了调伏者的荣耀而明显安住。 三处以三金刚的标识和光芒， 被诸佛菩萨眷属所围绕的， 全知法王宗喀巴， 迎请融入，成为一切的总集自性。 对于一切所知无碍的文殊， 成为无边众生之母的观世音， 彻底摧毁所有魔军的秘密主， 向三部主尊的总集上师恭敬顶礼。 世间寂静内外秘密的供品， 真实陈设和意幻化现充满虚空， 以及我的身体、受用和三世的善根， 为了取悦至尊上师及其眷属而供养。 从无始以来积聚的所有罪恶和堕落都忏悔， 对于自己和他人的一切善行都随喜， 祈请为众生在百劫中转法轮， 祈请如虚空般长久安住。 以此为代表的善根回向伟大的菩提。 如是念诵七支供后，不念诵“米泽玛”。然后， 三皈依的总集，珍贵的上师， 以一心恭敬的意念祈请， 祈请加持，使二障清净，二资粮迅速圆满， 迅速获得圆满菩提。 如是念诵三遍。

Through supplication, from the three places, The nectar of white, red, and blue emerges in sequence, Appearing simultaneously and dissolving into my three places, Purifying the four obscurations and obtaining the four empowerments, Leaving the power to manifest the four bodies. Joyfully coming to the crown of my head, Upon dissolving, the blessing itself, in an instant, Manifests as Manjushri Yamantaka. In between, contemplate and recite the three mantras as much as possible, then dedicate and make aspirations with "By this virtue, etc." The Guru Yoga of Je Lama: First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, and on the lion throne lotus moon disc on your crown, The root guru, inseparable from all the Buddhas of the three times, Lama Tsongkhapa, the Victorious One, With a radiant white and red complexion, and a joyful, smiling face, With the Dharma wheel mudra, holding a wisdom sword and a Prajnaparamita scripture on the petals of an Utpala flower, Wearing maroon monastic robes and a golden pandita hat, In the vajra posture, in the center of a tent of light, Clear and complete, adorned with marks and signs of glory, Proclaiming the profound and vast sacred Dharma, Having become a treasure of stainless wisdom and love, Clearly abiding as the glory of those to be tamed, The three places marked by the three vajras and rays of light, Surrounded by the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, The omniscient Dharma King Tsongkhapa, Invite and dissolve, becoming the embodiment of all. Manjushri, unobstructed in all that is knowable, Avalokiteshvara, who has become the mother of limitless beings, The secret lord who completely destroys all demonic forces, I respectfully prostrate to the guru who embodies all three families. The outer, inner, and secret offerings of samsara and nirvana, Actually arranged and mentally emanated, filling the sky, And my body, possessions, and the accumulation of merit of the three times, I offer to please the venerable guru and his retinue. I confess all the sins and downfalls accumulated since beginningless time, I rejoice in all the white deeds of myself and others, I request that the wheel of Dharma be turned for beings for hundreds of eons, I pray that you remain steadfast until the end of space. I dedicate the merit, represented by this, to great enlightenment. Having done the seven-limb prayer in this way, do not recite "Mig Tsema". Then, The embodiment of the Three Refuges, precious guru, I supplicate with a mind of single-pointed devotion, Bless me to purify the two obscurations and quickly complete the two accumulations, And quickly attain perfect enlightenment. Recite that three times in that way.
