It says, "The law of intention should be clarified." It is reasonable that Acharya Dharmottara made a commentary on the sutra. Among the four branch treatises, there is nothing derived from the chapter on direct perception. Two are derived from inference for oneself: establishing the general pervasion of the property of the subject and the probandum is Hetubindu (藏文:གཏན་ཚིགས་ཐིགས་པ་,梵文天城体:हेतुबिन्दु,梵文罗马拟音:Hetubindu,汉语字面意思:因明论滴); establishing the difficult-to-understand pervasion or the relationship between the sign and the property of the subject is Sambandhapariksa (藏文:འབྲེལ་བ་བརྟག་པ་,梵文天城体:सम्बन्धपरीक्षा,梵文罗马拟音:Sambandhapariksa,汉语字面意思:关系考察), there are two. Derived from the chapter on others, the Vaada Vidhi (藏文:རྩོད་པའི་རིགས་པ་,梵文天城体:वादविधि,梵文罗马拟音:Vaada Vidhi,汉语字面意思:论式理) which shows the place of debate for refutation and the determination of victory and defeat, and showing that understanding the minds of others from speech is not contradictory to Cittamātra in terms of terminology: 'One's own body is preceded by mind; having seen the action, to others, if the mind understands in order to grasp it, this is also similar in Cittamātra.' Showing the establishment of other continuums and there are seven. It is unreasonable for Tibetans to say that these and other treatises on reasoning are Abhidhamma Pitaka, because reasoning is a treatise on logic and reason, and Abhidhamma is a treatise on inner science. In the commentary on logic, it says, "Therefore, because of constant thought, because of prior habituation, because of not doing it before, because of not relying on scripture itself, because of diligence, because of attention, because of prior stinginess, and because of complete grasping, and because the work has been done, reasoning is said to have five perfections." Because it is said that it does not rely on scripture. In the Ornament of the Sutras, it says, "Reasoning is dependent and uncertain, non-pervasive, false, and weary, it is said to rely on children." It says so. Abhidhamma is the mother, so it is contradictory. In the Compendium of Valid Cognition, it also says: Because the statement of valid cognition and the object of valid cognition being close is meaningless to the Tirthikas. This treatise was composed to turn back those who are attached to it, but not to enter the teachings of the Tathagata by this alone, because its Dharma is not the object of reasoning. Having heard the Dharma nature of the teacher from turning back, one will realize it effortlessly, because there is no intermediate obstruction. And, whoever leads to Dharma nature from the path of reasoning greatly destroys the teachings of the Thubpa. Even so, the nature of the Dharma of the Tathagata, if other

Therefore, it is said in the scriptures that if one becomes ill, one should be examined. The treatises on grammar explain by summarizing into three: nature, condition, and transformation. That is, the root text of sound with its branches. Nature is the base and the name. Conditions include the agentive condition that produces names from the base, and the 'that-for' condition that produces other names from names. The latter is further divided into three: general condition, countless condition, and object condition. 'Ting' produces words from the base and distinguishes tenses, 'Supa' produces words from names and distinguishes meanings, 'Agama' is placed between nature and condition, and 'Near-transformation' transforms the base into other forms. Near-transformation is a kind of nature. Transformation refers to the omission and transformation of letters due to conjunctions, etc., and the abbreviation of words, etc. The expressions of these sounds can be summarized as: either revealing the essence of the root text through conjunctions, names, general statements, and 'Kṛt' and the four, while the base, near-transformation, 'Uṇa', etc., are branches. Explaining them like the Kalāpa, or explaining by summarizing into three: the collection of letters, the collection of names, and the collection of words, like the Smṛti-dvāra. These are also not any of the three pitakas that should be studied to obtain the four kinds of correct wisdom. Related to these are the specific combinations of letters and tongue, and poetic treatises like the Ratnākara that explain the arrangement of prastāra, the classification of name categories and three genders, and lexicographical treatises like the Amarakośa that explain how one name applies to many meanings, and poetic treatises that explain the definition of poetry, different views and claims of poetic tenets, and thirty-five ornaments, difficult tasks, riddles, etc., like the Kāvyādarśa, or dramas, etc., that explain by combining these. Poetics, etc., are branches of grammar, or branches of the Vedas. As the Amarakośa says: "Poetry, definite speech, sacrifice, these three are the third part of the Vedas." The medical treatises explain the four: disease, the basis of disease, the antidote to disease, medicine, and the behavior of healing with it, or explain the body and
