As long as existence remains, they engage in activities such as teaching and guiding. Similarly, performing benefit for others in the three realms means that the Nirmanakaya wrathful deities benefit the Asuras and humans residing in the desire realm; the Sambhogakaya benefits those in the form realm; the Dharmakaya benefits those in the formless realm in the sky; and the Dharmadhatu wisdom sky and other realms benefit by exhausting all limits in each realm. The glorious Tantra says: "They, with the wheel of time's illusion, manifest great and radiant Nirmanakayas, Vajras blazing and radiating, benefit the Asuras and humans residing in the desire realm. The fully endowed Sambhogakaya benefits those with form, and in the sky, the Dharmakaya benefits the sons of the Buddhas and Arhats. With the aspect of emptiness, the limits of all three existences, the limits of all emptiness, the winds are the limits of wind, the parts of fire are the limits of fire, water also benefits beings, the parts of water, the parts of earth are the limits of earth, the assembled realms are the nature of things. All are equal to the sky, this one nature is shown in the pure land. Thus, becoming the Buddha's body is the nature of single bliss, so it does not move." The glorious moon and moon crystal, from the nature of non-discrimination, water arises. Thus, in the world, relying on the body of the Victorious One, the Dharma of omniscience descends. Water is the seed realm, everything relies on it, taste is the same and transforms, thus the Dharmas are transformed into many forms by the pure mind of sentient beings, due to the power of manifest karma. Similarly, in the Secret Inconceivable Sutra, it is said: "As vast as the sky is, so vast are the body, speech, mind, wisdom, light, and activity." Thus, wherever the sky pervades, there is Buddha, but sentient beings do not see it because they are obscured by their two obscurations, and the activity of their own Alaya consciousness has not manifested. The Uttaratantra says: "Thus, in sentient beings, there is the impurity of afflictions, mixed with the Victorious One, until

Those who have not been liberated from the mixture of afflictions and defilements, they do not act as rulers, they do not act as rulers in the three realms. Thus it is said. Also in the Ornament of the Sutras it says: Just as the rays of the sun's light are obscured by clouds and so on, so too, the wisdom of the Buddhas is obscured by the faults of sentient beings. Just as when a water vessel is broken, the reflection of the moon does not appear, so too, the form of the Buddha does not appear to evil sentient beings. Thus it is said. The noble Nagarjuna said: Sentient beings with afflictions do not see the Thus-Gone One, just as the pretas see the ocean as dried up. Likewise, obscured by ignorance, they posit that the Buddhas do not exist. What can the Bhagavan do for the wicked who have little merit? This is the meaning of what was said. To the extent that one is separated from the obscurations by having performed meritorious deeds such as meditating on samadhi, to that extent the Buddha residing within oneself becomes manifest. The noble Nagarjuna said: For sentient beings who have performed meritorious deeds, the Buddha, radiant with light and splendor, blazing with the thirty-two marks, dwells before them. This is the meaning of what was said. The Bodhisattva Sadāprarudita is always weeping. Because it is so, therefore, in the wisdom that dispels delusion, various sufferings of illusory appearances do not arise, and for sentient beings oppressed by delusion, the perfection of pure appearances certainly does not arise. The meaning of what is widely known as "appearance and emptiness are inseparable" is that the two truths, appearance and emptiness, are inseparable and undifferentiated, and the way of appearance and the way of emptiness are not the same. Conventional truth appears to the conceptual consciousness, while ultimate truth appears to wisdom. Although conventional truth appears in various ways to the conceptual consciousness, it is an illusory appearance, therefore ultimate truth is emptiness. Although ultimate truth appears in various ways to wisdom, it appears only as clear light, therefore conventional truth is empty of the entities of illusory appearance. Dreams and illusions, etc., are said to be examples of the inseparability of appearance and emptiness of the two truths, and the way of applying the examples is different. When it is given as an example of conventional truth, then whatever appears, wherever it appears, that and that thing has no truth, like a dream, like an illusion, thus it is said.
