Until... Engaging in activities such as guiding the manifestation of Buddhas. Similarly, performing altruistic deeds in the three realms involves: the wrathful emanation bodies benefiting the Asuras and humans residing in the desire realm; the enjoyment body benefiting those in the form realm; the Dharma body benefiting those in the formless realm within the sky; and, from the expanse of the Dharma realm's wisdom, benefiting all realms by pacifying their respective limitations. As stated in the Glorious Tantra: "Through the Kalachakra's miraculous powers, they manifest numerous great bodies, blazing Vajras radiating light, benefiting Asuras and humans in the desire realm. The complete enjoyment body benefits those with form, and the Dharma body benefits the victorious sons and Arhats in the sky. Through the aspect of emptiness, the limits of the three realms, the pacification of emptiness, the winds are the pacification of wind. The aspect of fire is the pacification of fire, and water also, for beings, through the aspect of expansive water. The aspect of earth is the pacification of earth, and the assembled realms are the nature of all things. All are equal to the sky, the nature of oneness, this is shown in the pure land. Thus, becoming the Buddha's body, the nature of singular bliss, therefore it does not change." As it is said. From the Glorious Moon and Moon, crystal, the nature of non-discrimination, water arises. Similarly, in the world, relying on the body of the Victorious One, the Dharma of omniscience flows. Water is the seed realm, relying on everything, becoming a transformation of equal taste, thus is the Dharma. In the pure minds of beings, it transforms into many forms, through the power of manifest karma. As it is said. Similarly, in the Secret Inconceivable Sutra, it is also said: "As vast as the sky is, so too is it filled with body, speech, and mind, as well as wisdom, light, and activity." Thus, wherever the sky pervades, the Buddha is also present, but beings do not see it because they are obscured by their own two obscurations. Therefore, the activity of one's own Alaya wisdom has not manifested. The Garland of the Supreme Tantra states: "Likewise, beings have within them the defilement of afflictions, mixed with the Victorious One, as long as the defilement of afflictions is mixed."

Without being liberated from karma, one will not be king in the three realms until then. As it is said in the Ornament of the Sutras: Just as the rays of the sun are obscured by clouds and the like, so too, the wisdom of the Buddhas is obscured by the faults of sentient beings. And just as when a water vessel is broken, the reflection of the moon does not appear, so too, the form of the Buddha does not appear to evil sentient beings. The noble Nagarjuna said: Sentient beings with afflictions do not see the Thus-Gone One, just as hungry ghosts see the ocean as dried up. Likewise, obscured by ignorance, they assume that the Buddhas do not exist. What can the Bhagavan do for the wicked who have little merit? This is the meaning of what was said. To the extent that one is separated from obscurations through the merit of meditating on samadhi and the like, to that extent the Buddha residing within oneself will become manifest. The noble Nagarjuna said: For sentient beings who have accumulated merit, the Buddha, radiant with light and splendor, blazing with the thirty-two marks, is present before them. This is the meaning of what was said. The Bodhisattva is always weeping. Because it is so, various sufferings of illusory appearances do not arise for the wisdom that has awakened from delusion, and it is certain that the perfections of pure appearances do not arise for sentient beings oppressed by delusion. The meaning of what is widely known as "appearance and emptiness are inseparable" is: both truths are not different in being inseparable in appearance and emptiness, and the way of appearance and the way of emptiness are not the same. Conventional truth appears to consciousness, while ultimate truth appears to wisdom. Although conventional truth appears in various ways to consciousness, it is empty because it is an illusion. Although ultimate truth appears in various ways to wisdom, it is empty of the reality of illusory appearances because it appears only as clear light. Dreams and illusions, and so on, are said to be examples of the inseparability of appearance and emptiness of the two truths, but the way of applying the example is different. When it is given as an example of conventional truth, there is no reality in the object in which it appears, just like a dream, just like an illusion. When it is given as an example of ultimate
