Because the Victorious One transcends the realm of the three worlds, therefore he is called "Victorious One." Constantly abiding in that very bliss, going from the swamp of suffering to the state of bliss, therefore he is called "Sugata (Well-gone)." Awakened from a state where even the name of suffering does not exist, because the wisdom of great bliss increases, therefore he is named "Buddha." And, from the "Profound Essence" also it says: When in the time of great bliss, gazing intently at the face of that very bliss, bliss cannot be established in any way, its nature is emptiness. Emptiness is not annihilation, but the resonance of emptiness, appearing as the face of bliss, naturally. Self-power is unceasing, clear and distinct. There is no conceptual thought whatsoever, naturally. The experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought all arise. Continuously maintain and meditate in that state. Gazing intently at the mind that experiences bliss, the experiencer also cannot be established in any way, empty and vast. Emptiness is not annihilation, but the experiencer's... Awareness is unceasing, clear and distinct. Appearing as great bliss, overflowing. No one abides, clear and empty. The essence is emptiness, the nature is luminous and aware. The three aspects of bliss are inseparable. The knowledge at that time is uncreated, that is the wisdom of great bliss. This is the completion stage of the unsurpassed mantra. This is the intention of the Buddhas of the three times. Constantly abiding in this is becoming a Buddha. Guarding it without attachment is the instruction. The union of bliss and emptiness is the advice. Experiencing it oneself is the experience. Experiencing it yet being unable to express it is the nature of reality. Experiencing it yet not merging with one's own nature is samsara. Generating attachment to it is illusion. Therefore, this is the dividing line between samsara and nirvana. The Buddhas of the three times are born from the state of great bliss. Sentient beings of the three realms are deluded from the state of attachment. Therefore, the difference in the key instructions is very great. During the post-meditation period, there is a moment of bliss. Although all ordinary beings have it, because they do not know how to grasp, gather, and expand it, acting from a state of attachment, the bindu (semen) is diminished. Short-lived bliss becomes the cause of suffering. The existence of samsara increases, and suffering is experienced. By grasping, gathering, and expanding from a state of non-attachment, even the name of suffering ceases to exist. Because the wisdom of great bliss increases infinitely, it is called Buddha.

It's just a name. Clinging and being attached to the three: bliss, clarity, and non-thought. Bliss causes one to fall into the desire realm, clarity causes one to fall into the form realm heavens. Attachment to non-thought causes one to mistakenly enter the formless realm. In a state without attachment, carry it onto the path. Bliss is the Sambhogakaya, clarity is the Nirmanakaya. Non-thought manifests and attains enlightenment as the Dharmakaya. Therefore, it is the root of samsara and nirvana. As it is said, it should be understood accordingly. Because at this time it is subtle and extremely difficult to examine, one should rely on an experienced lama and one's own experience to determine it well. Having thus recognized the nature of bliss, ninth, reversing the bindu has three aspects: the illusory wheel of the body, the wind of speech, and the focus of mind. The text says: When bliss seems to be flowing away, the Bodhisattva feels that the bliss is about to disappear, as if about to die, one should reverse it with a strong determination of cutting off. That becomes the supreme of ascetic discipline. Sravakas, by keeping women at a distance, suffer from attachment, and there is no way to reverse it with an antidote. There is also no name for obtaining ascetic vows. Here, one embraces a real woman, reversing from the tip of the Bodhisattva's vajra, the antidote is good, and it is a strong ascetic practice. So it is said. Among them, the first is the illusory wheel of the body: the one with a name presses the root without a name. It means, press the root of the index finger tightly with the two thumbs. Contract the five movers, meaning, contract the five fingers, and hold the vajra fist. Contract the four limbs, meaning, the thumbs of all four limbs, hands and feet, should be contracted forcefully. The two paths of evil destinies, meaning, the two lower doors should be closed tightly. The two winds, upper and lower, are combined, like the sea connecting to the mountain, meaning, the abdomen connects to the back. The red flag moves in the middle, meaning, the tongue touches the upper palate upwards. The lasso looks at the sky, meaning, the two eyes look at the sky. The wind of speech is: hold the vase breath. In particular, strongly draw in the lower wind. Strongly inhale, again and again, strongly inhale and transport it to the crown of the head. The two hands are pulled up strongly from the area of the secret place and thrown into the sky of the crown of the head. The focus of the mind is: visualize the bindu entering the central channel like a shooting star, continuously, and dissolving into the (Tibetan: ཧཾ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हं,Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head. Thus, by simultaneously shaking the three, wind, illusory wheel, and focus, immeasurable bliss arises at the navel. Then, by guiding it, it reaches the heart.
