From there, guide it to the throat, and experience the four joys from below in succession. As a sign of guidance, the bliss of the secret place vanishes, and the vigor of the vajra is lost. It is best if the vajra sinks into the lotus. The body's bliss will increase as the upper part is filled with delicious food. Especially regarding the key of the illusory wheel, the illusory wheel of the body is best with the body trembling. The key to guiding is best with strong internal guidance. The key to visualization is best with focusing on the crown of the head. The blessing of the body is reversed, strength increases, and trembling is released. Thus, guide it. At this time, if you meditate on something with characteristics, the bindu that has been meditated on as above will be released into the shape of inverted letters, becoming an obstacle. Therefore, it is profound to strongly focus the mind on the crown of the head in a state of non-objectivity. Now, the tenth, regarding spreading, there are three: illusory wheel, wind, and visualization. The illusory wheel is when the hands are thrust forward from the heart three times, while strongly exhaling the wind, and the body is shaken strongly like a she-wolf shaking four times. When these are done simultaneously, the bindu will pervade the entire body and all the nadi visualization points. If it is not filled, it will become a disease. Therefore, one must diligently spread it. Afterwards, holding the vase breath, keep the awareness in the state of primordial purity for a long time, so that obstacles will not arise, the bindu will be filled, and a special bliss-emptiness samadhi will arise. If one is skilled in that, then there is no need to strive for the illusory wheel of reversing and spreading. Just by relaxing and focusing the mind, it will reverse and fill itself. This is the teaching of the profound path of the four joys gradually merging, which is very profound and different from other skillful means. Others, such as forceful control and coercive control, require great effort and have many obstacles. This is called gentle control, and does not require illusory wheel body training and prolonged wind effort, etc. Having become skilled in that way, guiding the bliss of the wisdom mother, separating essence and dross, eliminating obstacles, increasing merit, signs of mastery, recognizing qualities, etc., should be learned from the scriptures. Here, only the experiential guidance of the root practice is shown in an easy-to-understand way. Thus, all the many profound key instructions are briefly summarized here; for detailed content, please refer to other places. When practicing the profound path of the unsurpassed skillful means, one must guard shame, and not be like ordinary dogs and pigs, violating vows and losing precepts.

The banner of the Sutra and Tantra teachings, its power has declined. Beings born in this time are truly unfortunate. Therefore, benefiting others is extremely difficult in this time. It is best to enter this swift messenger's path. This path is like a jewel on the head of a poisonous snake. Because the faults are extremely great, be sure to be cautious. Therefore, this short and concise essence. Must be kept strictly secret and practiced secretly. If it is revealed, it will be scolded and slandered by everyone. Or most people will use this as an excuse. The jewel of the three trainings is in danger of being washed away by water.
