Unattached, unbound, To that Buddha I bow down. Practicing welfare, doing welfare, Whose essence is welfare, delighting in welfare; Knowing welfare, speaking welfare, To that Buddha I bow down. Unsurpassed, sorrowless, Eminent, foremost among sages; Whose name is noble, peerless, To that Buddha I bow down. Whose heart is undefiled, Whose mind is unaffected; Not delighting, unagitated, To that Buddha I bow down. Without fear, without dread, Without longing, without impurity; Without greed, unshaken, To that Buddha I bow down. Understanding welfare, knowing welfare, Skilled in welfare, possessing welfare; Attained the goal of skillfulness, To that Buddha I bow down. Unswerving, unshakeable, Like a lion, undaunted; Unshaken, fearless, To that Buddha I bow down. Without possessions, without grasping, Knowing the deathless, firm in the deathless; Attained the supreme fruit, To that Buddha I bow down. Having rendered immeasurable help, Bestowing the timeless Dhamma; Supremely beneficial protector, To that Buddha I bow down. Undefiled by the world, Like a lotus by water; With a mind free from attachment, free from defilements, I bow down to that Buddha. The sage who has removed the dart, with the cross-bar lifted, upright; Not arrogant, not lazy, I bow down to that Buddha. Not greedy, with an unattached mind, who has torn apart dangers; With a purified self, with a resolute self, I bow down to that Buddha. Foremost in merit, foremost in understanding, foremost sage, foremost peak; Who has attained the highest path, I bow down to that Buddha. With the highest range, who has gone to the highest, with the highest aim, the highest teacher; With the highest knowledge, with the highest speech, I bow down to that Buddha. With the highest wisdom, established in the highest, the highest perfected one, the highest ascetic; The highest being, the highest lord, I bow down to that Buddha. The highest recluse, the highest in the world, foremost in wisdom, who has gone the highest path; Who revealed the highest Dhamma, I bow down to that Buddha. Who has attained the highest Dhamma, the proclaimer of the highest Dhamma; Who destroyed the suffering of the lower realms, I bow down to that Buddha. The highest person, the highest of the highest, foremost in knowledge, the bull of knowledge; The Dhamma person, foremost in Dhamma, I bow down to that Buddha. The highest seer, the highest beholder, the proclaimer of the highest path; The highest seeker, the highest one who sees, I bow down to that Buddha. With infinite meditation, the lord of meditation, the ocean of infinite wisdom; Endowed with infinite intelligence, I bow down to that Buddha. The ocean of infinite knowledge, the sea of infinite wisdom; The river of infinite compassion, I bow down to that Buddha. The highest of all, the highest of beings, good-minded, the highest recluse; The highest of people, the highest conqueror, I bow down to that Buddha. A good friend, auspicious, an auspicious friend, auspicious; A Dhamma friend, the giver of Dhamma, I bow down to that Buddha. Righteous and established in Dhamma, wise and established in wisdom; Pure and established in purity, I bow down to that Buddha. Witness by body, witness by mind, witness by Dhamma, the excellent witness; Witness by feeling, the good witness, I bow down to that Buddha. Swift in wisdom, very skillful, who has attained peace, the lord of happiness; Who does good, skillful, I bow down to that Buddha. Highest in virtue, highest in pure mind, Highest in wisdom, well adorned; Having attained the highest state, To that Buddha, I bow down. Standing above, gone straight, Exalted, bringing deathlessness; Without deceit, without arrogance, To that Buddha, I bow down. Without sorrow, without sickness, Without fear, without terror; Without evil, without torment, To that Buddha, I bow down. Without anger, without hatred, Without malice, without fuel; Without affliction, without obstruction, To that Buddha, I bow down. One who acts with extreme compassion, Whose mind is filled with extreme loving-kindness; Extremely joyful, peaceful, To that Buddha, I bow down. The sole attainer, the sole protector, The one unequalled person; The only one in all the world, To that Buddha, I bow down. Unequalled, beyond measure, Second to none, unsurpassed; Immeasurable, incomparable, To that Buddha, I bow down. Of unequalled vision, unequalled, Unrivalled, incomparable; Who is unequal, dissimilar, To that Buddha, I bow down. Boundless, unlimited, An ocean of boundless knowledge; Unconfined, immeasurable, To that Buddha, I bow down. Without limits, unequalled among equals, Incomparable, of boundless virtues; Beyond comparison, profound, To that Buddha, I bow down. Unbounded, without limits, The immeasurable, supreme conqueror; Immeasurable, incomparable, To that Buddha, I bow down. There is no other like him, The wise, unique person; Experiencing absolute happiness, To that Buddha, I bow down. The foremost bull, unequalled, An unequalled person; The one, the sole man, To that Buddha, I bow down. Free from attachment everywhere, Whose mind is liberated in every way; Always the same, To that Buddha, I bow down. He broke the dart of evil, The cutter of the root of evil; He cut the rope of evil, To that Buddha, I bow down. He destroyed the leading string of evil, The destroyer of evil deeds; All evil exhausted, To that Buddha, I bow down. He uprooted evil, The one who crossed the ocean of evil; He released the knot of evil, To that Buddha, I bow down. Having crushed the wheel of evil, He set in motion the wheel of Dhamma... He has overcome; He uplifted many people, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He wore away evil deeds, He crossed the flood of great evil; He has gone beyond all evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He has transcended all evil, All evil has been uprooted by him; All evil has been cut off by him, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He dried up the stream of evil, He dispelled the torment of evil; He cut off evil desire, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He is freed from the thirst for evil, He extinguished the fire of evil; He released the bonds of evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He crushed the dart of evil, He shattered the wheel of evil; He exhausted the sickness and sorrow of evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He is completely freed from the delusion of evil, He destroyed the terror of evil; He suppressed the agitation of evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He washed away the black defilement, He cleansed the stain of evil; He purified all defilements, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He is freed from the fever of evil, He is liberated from the sight of evil; He is freed from the torment of evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He cut off the substratum of evil, He broke the bolt of evil; He has gone beyond the dominion of evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He dispelled both evil and merit, He broke the bonds of existence; He is the thorn to the thorns of evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He shattered all evil, He abandoned all evil; He is free from all evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He swept away all evil, He loathed all evil; He is liberated from all evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He purified all evil, He cleansed all evil; He destroyed all evil, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He crossed the ocean of evil, He cut off the fetters of existence; He exhausted rebirth, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He washed away the mud of evil, He caused the stream of Dhamma to flow; He established the True Dhamma, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He cut off the fever of evil, He cooled the fever of delusion; He extinguished all fever, That Buddha, I bow down to him. He who removes evil, He who removes torment. O, bringer of happiness, bestower of safety; Dwelling in loving-kindness, foe of Māra, That Buddha I revere. 661. With fetters utterly destroyed, destroyer of evil's torment; Having reached the final existence, That Buddha I revere. 662. Having entered the right path, dispeller of suffering's burning; With evil's torment utterly destroyed, That Buddha I revere. 663. With merit and demerit utterly destroyed, remover of the dart of sorrow; He who has exerted himself in striving, That Buddha I revere. 664. Having vision in all phenomena, shattering all evil; Slayer of all fetters, That Buddha I revere. 665. He washed away all evil, purifier of all defilements; Spotless and pure everywhere, That Buddha I revere. 666. He crushed all evil, uprooter of all torment; He diminished all distress, That Buddha I revere. 667. Renouncer of all attachments, dispassionate towards all desires; He shattered all evil, That Buddha I revere. 668. Gone to the far shore, having reached the far shore, drying up the stream of defilements; He who abandoned all evil, That Buddha I revere. 669. He destroyed all defilements, uprooter of all delusion; He avoided all evil, That Buddha I revere. 670. He transcended all desires, the fire of all passion extinguished; He crushed all evil, That Buddha I revere. 671. He crossed over all sensual existence, free from all becoming; With all evil's torment utterly destroyed, That Buddha I revere. 672. He transcended all hindrances, liberator from all snares; He shattered Māra's mirage, That Buddha I revere. 673. Giver of refuge, master, bestower of protection; Teacher, giver of guardianship, That Buddha I revere. 674. Skilled in truth, and skilled in untruth; He proclaimed the Four Noble Truths, That Buddha I revere. 675. Skilled in what is good, and skilled in what is not good; He showed what is good in every way, That Buddha I revere. 676. Skilled in what is wished for, and skilled in what is not wished for; And free from wishes in all things, That Buddha I revere. Skilled in greed, and also skilled in non-greed; Greedless and also desireless, To that Buddha I bow.
