The aggregate of feeling in three ways – there is that whose root-cause is to be abandoned by insight; there is that whose root-cause is to be abandoned by development; there is that whose root-cause is to be abandoned neither by insight nor by development... and so on... Thus, the aggregate of feeling in ten ways. 50. The aggregate of feeling in one way – associated with contact. The aggregate of feeling in two ways – there is that which is dissociated from influxes, but subject to influxes; there is that which is dissociated from influxes and not subject to influxes. The aggregate of feeling in three ways – there is that which leads to accumulation; there is that which leads to diminution; there is that which neither leads to accumulation nor to diminution... ...etc. Thus, the aggregate of feeling is tenfold. 51. Onefold is the aggregate of feeling – associated with contact. Twofold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that which is a fetter, there is that which is not a fetter. Threefold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that which is a trainee, there is that which is beyond training, there is that which is neither a trainee nor beyond training... ...etc. Thus, the aggregate of feeling is tenfold. 52. Onefold is the aggregate of feeling – associated with contact. Twofold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that associated with fetters, there is that dissociated from fetters. Threefold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that which is limited, there is that which is exalted, there is that which is immeasurable... ...etc. Thus, the aggregate of feeling is tenfold. 53. Onefold is the aggregate of feeling – associated with contact. Twofold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that which is a fetter, dissociated from fetters, there is that which is not a fetter, dissociated from fetters. Threefold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that with a limited object, there is that with an exalted object, there is that with an immeasurable object... ...etc. Thus, the aggregate of feeling is tenfold. 54. Onefold is the aggregate of feeling – associated with contact. Twofold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that which is a bond, there is that which is not a bond. Threefold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that which is inferior, there is that which is middling, there is that which is superior... ...etc. Thus, the aggregate of feeling is tenfold. 55. Onefold is the aggregate of feeling – associated with contact. Twofold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that associated with bonds, there is that dissociated from bonds. Threefold is the aggregate of feeling – there is that fixed in wrongness, there is that fixed in rightness, there is that which is unfixed... ...etc. Thus, the aggregate of feeling is tenfold. 56. Two ways the aggregate of feeling is: there is dissociated from the flood, yet bound by the flood, there is dissociated from the flood, and not bound by the flood. Another seven ways the aggregate of feeling is: there is result... and so on... there is with internal object, there is with external object, there is with internal and external object, there is of the sense-sphere, there is of the form-sphere, there is is formless-sphere, is not-included.
