As a symbol, holding the effigy medicine with two fingers, sprinkle holy water on the nine doorways, and apply the substitute for the real object and eyes on the cheeks, and wear a sugar or pill-shaped amulet. Say 'Bhyo' to all diseases. Say 'Bhyo' to all epidemics. Say 'Bhyo' to all plagues. Say 'Bhyo' to all demons, and then clap your hands. The fifth is the empowerment of offering the Torma: From the heart, especially from the secret place and the left arm, countless green rays of light emanate from the Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Great Compassion) syllable, along with the Hrih syllable. Absorbing into the disciple's left arm and secret place, purify the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind and their actions. Obtain the empowerment of activity. Place the Torma on the left arm and secret place. Recite the same prayer as above, and obtain the supreme empowerment of activity. Karma. Karma Kalasha Abhisheka Hrih (Tibetan: ཀརྨ། ཀརྨ་ཀ་ལ་ཤ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ). Recite the ornaments wheel of inexhaustible activity, etc., and translate it. Finally, wear the long wheel of the Vajra armor, which can be large, medium, or small, along with the vow substances. This is only a symbolic origination of the empowerment object, because it is difficult to have all the characteristics such as the questioner not standing up from the seat, so it cannot completely prevent harm. But if you refer to the practice of some corrupt mantras, you may know that it is effective. The final introduction is: Thus, the disciple who has received the empowerment transforms from the state of an ordinary person, the body becomes the deity, the speech becomes the mantra, and the mind becomes the nature of the indestructible Vajra, inseparable from it, offering praises, offerings, and medicines. Acting unimpeded with the four activities, distinguishing by actions, think well of pride. Then, the items for the Ganachakra are prepared in advance by the worker, and holy water is sprinkled. From my heart, visualize Guru Yeshe Sempa. From the places of body, speech, and mind, emit three syllables: Om (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Body), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Speech), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Mind). Om purifies all the impurities and faults of the Ganachakra. Ah transforms into the offerings of the six desires. Hum multiplies, like a treasure of space. Bless with 'Om Ah Hum', arrange as a pure vessel. Guru Om Ah Hum Ganachakra Amrita Kha Kha Kahi Kahi (Tibetan: གྷུ་རུ་ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ག་ཎ་ཙཀྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།). Baddha Dharma Sangha Deva Dakini Ganachakra Puja Kha Kha Kahi Kahi (Tibetan: བྷདྡྷ་དྷརྨ་སངྒྷ་དེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནི་ག་ཎ་ཙཀྲ་པཱུ་ཙ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།). Thus dedicated, the Guru scatters the Torma offerings in all directions, clearly visualizing himself as the deity, enjoying the meaning of the inner fire offering. Similarly, in the disciple's hands, with skillful means and wisdom, recite 'Siddhi Sama Aho Sukha Ho (Tibetan: སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཨ་ཧོ་སུ་ཁ་ཧོཿ)', place the accomplishments of the Ganachakra in the hands. The disciple accepts and says 'Siddhi Alala Ho (Tibetan: སིདྡྷི་ཨ་ལ་ལ་ཧོཿ)'. Enjoy, then the empowerment of the Kapala. Bless the Torma of the empowerment, as before, enjoy the objects of accomplishment. Enjoy the pure white and red Torma. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Offered with the essence, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. This supreme offering endowed with the five desirable qualities, Is offered to the Dharma-protecting Great King and the four classes, As well as the powerful nine arrogant ones, guardians of medicine, And the treasure lords, generals, and Yanglebers. I offer, I sacrifice, please accept this Torma, According to the command of the Vidyādhara Padmasambhava, in this degenerate age, May the teachings of medicine flourish and diseases be destroyed, May we, the master and disciples, accomplish our aspirations. With this dedication, move it to a clean place. Although it is like an appendix, it is said to praise the merits and generate joy: To unlock the mind treasure of the great master Padmasambhava, (5b) The answers to the questions of the three emanated circles, etc.: The nectar of medical science, The cycle of the mother and child vase. The stages of the secret mantra path, with root and commentary, To protect the teachings, the method of killing the enemy of the body, Summarized into three aspects, etc., All the fields of knowledge created by Guru Padmasambhava, This suitable vessel can contain everything. To heal the sick, one should first, Make the vessel suitable, and then administer medicine, etc., So that it is powerful and ultimately auspicious. For disciples and patrons who are like the heart, If you want to give the secret of protection, You should first make the vessel suitable, and then let them offer the flower of protection, And then tie the protection knot. By doing so, even for those who are to be protected, They will not be disturbed by the harm of obstacles and evil spirits. After saying this, scatter flowers. This is a simple and beneficial, Summary and elaboration of the root of the suitable vessel. Wash away the stains of the two obscurations with the nectar of immortality, The pure stream of empowerment, the essence of the vase, May it pervade all sentient beings. And recite other auspicious verses as appropriate. The author says: Those who claim to be Nyingma, arrogant and conceited, like demonic beings, Dancing in the darkness of ignorance, Those who spread false doctrines are like daydreaming. It would be beautiful if they could shut up and sleep. This is the essence of the three lords, the heart of Padmasambhava, The medicine that nourishes the lives of countless beings, Whether it is the Sangha or the laity, or the officials and nobles, They have never looked down upon it with contempt. To eradicate incurable diseases such as Barpata at the end of the kalpa, This is the nectar that comes from the upper treasure, For the benefit of many impartial people who want to drink this nectar, Therefore, the practice of the empowerment of the suitable vessel is explained in detail. Although I am at the end of the line of Nyingma holders of the teachings, Although I do not have the reputation of being famous, I believe that the blessings of Padmasambhava have Entered my heart, and I am a person with good fortune.
