愿如甘露般的天水，能平息众生的一切疾病。 药师琉璃光如来（bཻ་ཌཱུཪྻ་འོད་，医药之王，光明琉璃），愿您开启无尽的利益与安乐之门！ 这是为了阐明不朽甘露宝瓶的清净灌顶之水，如甘露般的月光。由供养者阿旺西绕（ངག་དབང་ཤེས་རབ）向根本上师祈请赐予成熟解脱的加持。受大伏藏师曲吉嘉波（ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ）——伏藏主吉林巴（གཏེར་བདག་གླིང་པ）的指示，我采纳并遵循根本上师、法界自在（ཆོས་དབྱིངས་རང་གྲོལ）的恩德，我这个来自扎霍尔（ཟ་ཧོར）家族，于卫藏（གཡོ་རུ་）地区出生的老修行者切乔杜巴匝（ཆེ་མཆོག་འདུས་པ་རྩལ），以谨慎的态度，在水马年（ལོ་རྟ་ཆེན）的二月二十九日，于红宫（ཕོ་བྲང་དམར་པོ་རི）依照法王（ཆོས་རྒྱལ་དབང་པོ）的教言集，保持金刚语的真实性，补充并整理了无误的仪轨。由仲杰衮巴彭措旺波（འཕྱོང་རྒྱས་ལྐོག་པ་ཕུན་ཚོགས་དབང་པོ）书写于此。吉祥圆满！（ཛ་ཡནྟུ། །，梵文，jayantu，胜利，愿胜利！）（སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།།，梵文，sarva maṅgalaṃ，一切吉祥，愿一切吉祥！）

May the divine waters, like nectar, quell all the diseases of sentient beings. May the Medicine Buddha, Bhaiṣajyaguru (bཻ་ཌཱུཪྻ་འོད་, King of Medicine, Lapis Lazuli Light), open a hundred doors to benefit and happiness! This is to clarify the pure empowerment of the stream of nectar from the immortal nectar vase, like the moon's reflection in nectar. The officiant Ngawang Sherab (ངག་དབང་ཤེས་རབ) requested the blessings of maturation and liberation from the venerable Lama. Taking to heart the command of the great Tertön Chökyi Gyalpo (ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ) - Terdak Lingpa (གཏེར་བདག་གླིང་པ), I, the old practitioner Chechok Düpa Tsal (ཆེ་མཆོག་འདུས་པ་རྩལ) from the Zahor (ཟ་ཧོར) lineage, born in the Yoru (གཡོ་རུ་) region of Ü-Tsang (卫藏), through the kindness of the root Lama, the Lord of Dharma Realm, Rangdröl (ཆོས་དབྱིངས་རང་གྲོལ), being familiar with this Dharma practice, carefully compiled and supplemented the unerring ritual, maintaining the authenticity of the Vajra speech from the collection of teachings of the Dharma King (ཆོས་རྒྱལ་དབང་པོ), on the twenty-ninth day of the great Water Horse year (ལོ་རྟ་ཆེན) at the Red Palace (ཕོ་བྲང་དམར་པོ་རི).
