Then, an introduction is given by reciting the model three times. This is also introduced through five sets of seven aspects: the five bodies (སྐུ་ལྔ་, refers to Dharmakāya, Sambhogakāya, Nirmāṇakāya, Svābhāvikakāya, and Jñānakāya), the five wisdoms (ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་, refers to Dharmadhātu Wisdom, Mirror-like Wisdom, Equality Wisdom, Discriminating Wisdom, and Accomplishing Wisdom), the five families (རིགས་ལྔ་, refers to Buddha family, Vajra family, Ratna family, Padma family, and Karma family), the five lights (འོད་ལྔ་, refers to five kinds of wisdom lights), the five winds (རླུང་ལྔ་, refers to five root winds), the five wisdoms (ཤེས་རབ་ལྔ་, refers to five different wisdoms), and the five Ḍākinīs (མཁའ་འགྲོ་ལྔའོ།, refers to five kinds of Ḍākinīs). Next are three teachings on the meditation methods of the four yogas. First, transforming the actions of the three doors of body, speech, and mind into ninefold forms, the seven key points of the three doors, and the symbolic expression of the three wisdoms. Within the Cittashagran (ཙིཏྟ་ཤ་སྒྲན་, Sanskrit: Cittaśagran, meaning 'Mirror of the Mind'), elsewhere, the vase body (བུམ་སྐུ་, refers to the body visualized in the practice of channels and bindus) is pure, the light of the Dharmadhātu (དབྱིངས་, Sanskrit: dhātu) lamp emits a white, soft radiance, flowing from the path of the soft channel (རྩ་, Sanskrit: nāḍī) lamp, away from the water lamp. The lamp of the pure Dharmadhātu manifests as a string of thousands of bindus (ཐིག་ལེ་, Sanskrit: bindu). At that time, the lamp of innate wisdom (ཤེས་རབ་རང་བྱུང་, refers to the wisdom that arises naturally), the wisdom that is inseparable from primordial purity (ཀ་དག་, Tibetan: ka dag) and spontaneous accomplishment (ལྷུན་གྲུབ་, Tibetan: lhun grub), will be recognized. Therefore, through the white thread-like vein connecting the heart and the eyes, wisdom appears like an Indian white parasol By focusing on the key point of the eyes, the way of viewing the Dharmakāya (ཆོས་སྐུ་, Sanskrit: dharmakāya) is to look upwards, the Sambhogakāya (ལོངས་སྐུ་, Sanskrit: saṃbhogakāya) is to look straight ahead, and the Nirmāṇakāya (སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་, Sanskrit: nirmāṇakāya) is to look slightly downwards, that is, to look with half-closed eyes. As it is said in 'Beyond Thought' (ཐལ་འགྱུར་, Tibetan: Thal 'gyur): 'The way of viewing the Dharmakāya is like a lion, free from all fears of illusion, one will see with the vajra eye.' and so on. The necessity is: temporarily, the wisdom of awareness clearly manifests before the senses; ultimately, the basis of phenomena is exhausted, and one attains complete nirvana (ལྷག་མེད་, Tibetan: lhag med). First, using the body for external worldly affairs, using the body for internal Dharma, and even abandoning subtle secret activities. These are the three actions of the body. Not talking about external worldly conversations, not reciting internal scriptures, and not even engaging in subtle secret speech. These are the three actions of speech. Not thinking about external worldly affairs, not thinking about internal meditation, etc., and even abandoning subtle thoughts, therefore the yoga of non-action arises in the mind. As it is said in 'After the Past' (འདས་རྗེས་ལས།): 'Having gained the confidence of liberation, abandon all internal and external activities.' As it is said in 'Luminous' (གློང་གསལ་ལས།): 'In order to transform manifestation into the key, the internal and external secret activities of body, speech, and mind are all abandoned.' It is said in 'Beyond Thought' (ཐལ་འགྱུར་ལས།): 'The key to manifestation is body, speech, and mind, one must follow their respective keys.' That is, the body is the three bodies (སྐུ་གསུམ་, refers to Dharmakāya, Sambhogakāya, and Nirmāṇakāya), one should not always deviate. Secondly, the posture of the Dharmakāya (ཆོས་སྐུ་, Sanskrit: dharmakāya) is with the soles of the feet touching, the hands forming the vajra fist (རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁུ་ཚུར་, Sanskrit: vajra-muṣṭi), placed on the inner or outer thighs, placing them inside the lotus posture is even better. The upper body is straight, and the eyes look upwards, this is because the eyes of Dharmatā have been opened. The common necessity is the inner elements. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
