Distinguish between large and small quantities, and arrange crystals and other gems or white vessels. Place them on the right side on the cushions of fellow practitioners in the correct order, without making mistakes. Arrange the worldly and transcendental tormas (ritual cakes), mixed with their respective special ingredients, and the outer and inner offerings, preceded by water, separately on the left side. In front, place the karma vase, flowers, a small hand drum with the skull facing down, a vajra, a bell and a vessel for pouring with their openings joined, medicine and rakta (blood), eight kusha grasses, a glorious flame, a patterned fan, a mixture of sotsi (a mixture of butter, cheese, flour, etc.), and all the necessary items such as clothing. Then, the practitioner applies fragrant scents to the body, wears peaceful dance attire, or if that is not possible, wears clothing and ornaments, and a white headdress. Sit in the lotus position facing east on a clean cushion. If you have not done it before, start from the karma ritual up to the tsok (feast). Then observe silence, hold the vajra and bell, and follow the method of the tantra and hand drum empowerment for complete secrecy. Bless the two ladles: Rays of light emanate from your heart, arousing the mindstream of the wisdom deity. Invoke the blessings in the form of light and dissolve them into the two ladles. From that melting, visualize the ladle for pouring, arising from Hūṃ (Oṃ, Hūṃ, oṃ hūṃ, seed syllable), as a vajra, and the ladle for filling, arising from Āḥ (Oṃ, Āḥ, oṃ āḥ, seed syllable), as a bell, transforming into Karma Heruka (Wrathful Karma deity), dark blue, holding a phurba (ritual dagger) in his two hands, and the Lotus Adornment Mother (Karma consort), blue, holding a vajra, conch shell, and blood, entering into a state of equilibrium. As conditions ripen, they dissolve into light and merge into the form of the pouring ladle and the filling ladle. The karma vase is taken from 'The Ocean of Accomplishments'. Bless the torma: Follow the complete secret method of the Eight Commands. Offerings: Starting from the right, sprinkle with cleansing water and medicinal essence, and bless according to the secret and complete method. Burning substances: Purify with nectar swirls. From emptiness, visualize the skull cups of wisdom arising from Āḥ (Oṃ, Āḥ, oṃ āḥ, seed syllable), wide and vast. Inside these skull cups, the first letter of each name is adorned with a bindu (dot), and the burning substances arising from the melting are clear and unobstructed, with their respective characteristics complete, possessing the ability to accomplish all kinds of peaceful activities. Make mudras (hand gestures) and recite: Oṃ Oṃ Svāhā (Oṃ Oṃ Svāhā, oṃ oṃ svāhā, offering mantra) bless the substances. Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā (Oṃ Āḥ Svāhā, oṃ āḥ svāhā, offering mantra) bless sesame seeds. Oṃ Śrī Svāhā (Oṃ Śrī Svāhā, oṃ śrī svāhā, offering mantra) bless butter. Oṃ Jriṃ Svāhā (Oṃ Jriṃ Svāhā, oṃ jriṃ svāhā, offering mantra) bless barley. Oṃ Kuru Kuru Svāhā (Oṃ Kuru Kuru Svāhā, oṃ kuru kuru svāhā, offering mantra) bless the substances. Bless the other items. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, oṃ āḥ hūṃ, seed syllable) all the eight fears, etc., Śāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā (Śāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā, śāntiṃ kuru svāhā, pacifying mantra). Visualize it as powerful nectar.
