I prostrate a thousand thousand times. Recite six thousand times, and offer half of all newly acquired food and utensils to the lama, or if he does not accept, to the yogis who hold the same vows. This is the minimum restricted practice. The accomplished master Horse Supreme, Pam Wang Shab and Charming Shab, Gunatipa Dharmapa, Byangala and Cloud Rain Shab, as well as Joy Hidden, the great accomplished Shintigupta, and the very nature of all Buddhas, came from the mouth of the Hidden Protector. This is the way to practice yoga, given by Kunga Nyingpo to all sentient beings. May we strive for supreme enlightenment with diligence, like a mother cherishing all beings who have not become mothers. Thus, this essence extracted from the immaculate instructions of the Indian Pandit Achievers, was recorded without error by Taranatha according to the lama's words, and the scribe was Kunga Lekgyal. Having reached the age of twenty-one, or Tselikhetama. Mangalam. Bhrtikuru. Good. Auspicious.
