Then, due to the imminent passing away of Dondrup Sangpo of Phodoe Monastery, messengers urged him to go to Taklung. Soon, the holy Khon lineage, the accomplished master Dakchen Rinpoche Kunga Sangdrub and his disciples also came to Taklung, and were invited to the monastery. He listened to many profound teachings such as Vajrakilaya, and received unparalleled wealth and offerings. Dakchen Rinpoche also presented a bell made of pure gold, with extremely exquisite craftsmanship. He also personally attended the extensive Homa rituals and Torma rituals. Once, when he went to the northern region, it seemed that the great Nyenchen Tanglha mountain god made offerings and prostrations. In the common vision, there appeared sounds, rainbows and lights, and a rain of flowers, etc., and in particular, the Eight Auspicious Symbols were very clearly visible on the rainbow. After that, he commissioned the creation of a meticulously painted Thangka of the Hundred Jataka Tales, about forty in number, and completed all the stages such as consecration and completion. Then, in the Iron Male Horse year (year to be determined), the most accomplished of the Nepalese craftsmen, the great craftsman Jati Pala and others came to his side, and first made a statue of Hevajra Sahaja's back, one cubit high. Later, he began to make the great Buddha image, "Meaningful to See," and it was completed smoothly in a short time. Because this Buddha image was too large to fit in the temple, it was necessary to build a new Face Temple. Inside it are enshrined the four kinds of relics of the Great Buddha and other inconceivable blessings. After the consecration, the height reached forty-five cubits. All stages, including the consecration ceremony and offerings, were completed perfectly. During this time, in order to promote the teaching and practice tradition of glorious Atisha, the unparalleled essence of the holders of the teachings of the glorious Sakya school, renowned as the emanation of Chennga Tsultrim Bar, Lochen Chennga Rinpoche Ngawang Chodrakpa was specially invited.

After being a guide, he listened to and comprehended the immeasurable Dharma teachings of the Kadampa school. He served that supreme and virtuous spiritual friend, who possessed all the qualities of a noble lama as described above, with inconceivable reverence, material offerings, and service. This present Rinpoche was nearly a hundred years old at that time. Considering this as an auspicious sign of longevity, he also received a hundred longevity empowerments upon his return. He also prayed that through this auspicious connection, his lotus feet would remain firm for a hundred kalpas. Later, due to some factors that occasionally hindered the Dharma, the venerable and precious lama also felt somewhat apprehensive. Because of the interference from Drikung (place name) behind Dechen (place name), the lama's mood was very bad for several years. However, the great Dharma activities of this lama could not be hindered. During the construction of the great temple, there was a great disturbance. Even a single day's work could not be completed, but it was eventually completed before the consecration ceremony. All auspicious circumstances naturally fell into place. Such a good undertaking in the Hahaor (place name) region was like opening a great treasure that could never be exhausted. The main object of devotion in the heart of the omniscient Ngakgi Wangpo (person's name), the venerable Manjushri Vajra statue from India, also appeared to be more exquisite in craftsmanship. When the ancestors built the temple, although the statue itself was not damaged, the internal fillings were burned. Later, it was refilled with blessed items and precious treasures, and it was repaired. He also successively completed the murals of the Ten Bhumi Temple, the restoration of Kumbum (place name), the restoration of Chonying (place name), and the murals of the protector deity's shrine, and so on. Here it is said: Your deeds are immeasurable and cannot be measured. Even the wise cannot fathom this. The nature of samsara has no increase or decrease. Your activities never diminish. May the good words that please all the wise, may all beings be auspicious and virtuous. Skilled at raising the banner of Dharma high to the top of the world. Become the glory of beings!

Possessing excellent conduct, there is no other like you in this world. You, the protector and refuge of beings, I pray that you remain for a hundred eons. I pray with one-pointed devotion. This is the fourth section, which briefly describes the great deeds of propagating the teachings. This holy being has traveled many times to all the lands of the northern tribes in the upper and lower Hor regions. During the summer, when the rainfall was extremely heavy and wooden boats and other things were washed away by the floods and completely disappeared, the waters would recede immediately with just a scattering from his hand or just one torma of his heart mantra, to the point where even small children could easily cross. As soon as the teachers and students had finished crossing, the waters would flood back as before, and such things happened repeatedly. Therefore, most of the countless beings trusted in miracles and folded their hands in utmost reverence hundreds of times. Furthermore, even though such a large crowd of people constantly followed him, even if there was a slight quarrel or it gradually spread, or when offering livestock such as cattle and sheep, even the oldest elders in the village had never heard of offerings being made due to livestock diseases. Tea, silk, armor, tonics, horses, livestock, etc., there was always the feeling that today's offerings were particularly numerous. To the vast crowds, he bestowed empowerments and permissions of tutelary deities and Dharma protectors, as well as the vows of refuge, bodhicitta, and the meditation instructions of the six-syllable mantra, each according to their wishes. He fulfilled the wishes of all beings with material possessions. In the upper and lower Hor regions, etc., it seemed that they were always spending their time in conflict, but through the power of the blessings of great compassion, when this master's decree was issued, everyone possessed a peaceful mind and the ability to listen. Considering the happiness of all sentient beings, he bestowed all the valuable items upon them individually. Based on the impartial written agreement, he made a vow, and therefore, for about twelve years or any number of years, the times became very peaceful, it was a peaceful era. But some of the later great figures intervened as if to reconcile a chaotic situation, rewarding with wealth, etc.
