認為地會覺得是自己前世所生之形體，並且生起我就是那時的眾生的傲慢心，這種情況會發生在中陰自身，這是一種錯覺。時間上的差別是：所謂的「死有」，是指像昏迷暈倒一樣的狀態，從那裡醒來直到未受生於六道之前。身體上的差別是：沒有粗大的物質身體，因為是依賴非常微細清澈的元素，所以將要轉生到贍部洲的中陰身，能見到將要轉生到贍部洲的其他中陰身；見不到將要轉生到牛貨洲和其他洲的中陰身。以此類推，其他一切也相同，也就是說，處於相同地點和種類的中陰身彼此能見到。處於不同地點和種類的中陰身，以及未獲得俱生明（mngon shes）的六道眾生都見不到。具有遠離十一種過失的天眼俱生明能見到，除此之外，即使有俱生明也見不到。力量上的差別是：被稱為具有業的幻化力，雖然沒有展現各種神變的幻化力，但具有像幻化意速一樣，能在一瞬間到達任何所想之處的能力。根上的差別是：能清楚地見到一切與業相符的色、聲、香、味、觸，因此能具足六根。即使將要受生的身體有不具足根的情況，但中陰身總是具足六根，只是外表形狀相似而已，從根是否具足的角度來說並不相同。然而，如果轉生為肉中的蟲等，因為那時的中陰身與其形狀相似，所以不會有眼睛突出、耳朵豎立的情況，但因為有能見到色、聽到聲音的根身，所以那本身就是眼睛和耳朵的根。阻礙上的差別是：除了將要受生的受生處之外，對於山、牆等有阻礙的物體，都能毫無阻礙地穿透，因為是極其清澈的身體。食物上的差別是：食香，也就是通過嗅聞氣味而感到滿足，並且能增長壽命和維持生命。

The difference in time is: the so-called 'dying state' is like a state of unconsciousness and fainting, and it is from waking up from that until one has not taken birth in the six realms. The difference in body is: there is no coarse material body, because it relies on very subtle and clear elements. Therefore, one bardo that is about to be born in Jambudvipa sees other bardos that are about to be born in Jambudvipa. It does not see the bardos that are about to be born in Godaniya and other continents. By analogy, everything else is the same, that is, bardos in the same place and of the same kind can see each other. Bardos in different places and of different kinds, and sentient beings of the six realms who have not attained clairvoyance, cannot see each other. The clairvoyance of the divine eye, which is free from eleven faults, can see, but other clairvoyance, even if it exists, cannot see. The difference in power is: it is called having the magical power of karma, although it does not have the magical power to show various transformations, it has the ability to go to any place it thinks of in an instant, like magical mind-speed. The difference in faculties is: it can clearly see all forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects that are in accordance with karma, so it is able to have all six faculties complete. Even if the body that is about to be born has incomplete faculties, the bardo always has six faculties complete, so it is only similar in appearance, but it is different in terms of whether the faculties are complete or not. However, if one is born as a worm in flesh, etc., because the bardo at that time is similar in shape to it, there will be no bulging eyes or erect ears, but because there is a root body that can see forms and hear sounds, that alone is the root of the eyes and ears. The difference in obstruction is: except for the place of birth where one is about to be born, it can pass through any obstructive objects such as mountains and walls without obstruction, because it is an extremely clear body. The difference in food is: it eats odors, that is, it is satisfied by smelling odors, and it can increase life and sustain life.

所供养的供品也能得到，即使经部中没有说明，这也是密咒的殊胜之处。不转变所依的特点是，不会倒退。这又分一般情况和特殊情况。一般而言，中阴身一旦形成，就会转生到地狱，地狱的中阴身不会转变成人的中阴身或倒退。天人的中阴身一旦形成，就会只转生为天人，不会转变成地狱等，这是不会转变的意思。还有，特殊情况下，如果怎样就会倒退呢？经中说，对佛、菩萨们供养的威力，以及大悲的加持不可思议，密咒和仪轨等的威力不可估量，以善业即使已经形成了恶趣的中阴身，也因为那些善业的利益，而转变成天人的中阴身等情况是有的。另外，寿命的特点是，从临终的一刹那到七天之间，长短不定，经中说没有超过这个时间。即使过了七天，也没有找到出生的因缘，那么前一个中阴身的寿命耗尽而死后，又会形成一个新的中阴身。像这样，即使七个七天之间也没有找到出生的因缘也是有可能的。之后一定会找到，所以说没有超过这个时间，这是就大多数情况而言的。第二，中阴的征兆是，行走的四条路，可怕的三处悬崖，确定的六种征兆，不确定的六种征兆，恐怖的四种声音等等。无论去往何处，如果出现白色光芒的路，就会转生到天人和非天。出现黑色路就会去地狱，出现红色路就会去饿鬼，沿着黄色路就会进入人和畜生等。同样，因为贪欲的业力强大，会看到巨大的红色悬崖；因为愚痴的业力强大，会看到灰白色的悬崖；因为嗔恨的业力强大，会看到黑黝黝的悬崖，这是将要堕入三恶道的预兆。四种声音是，以前活着的时候，四大种的能量没有闭合，风和分别念随意散失，因为那些习气的力量，在这个中阴的时候，微细的四大地界错乱，会听到像山崩塌一样的声音，水界错乱，会听到像大海翻腾一样的声音，火界错乱，会听到像森林被火焚烧一样的声音

This is divided into general and special circumstances. Generally, once the Bardo is formed, it will be reborn in hell, and the Bardo of hell will not be transformed into or regress to the Bardo of humans. Once the Bardo of the gods is formed, it will only be reborn as a god, and it will not be transformed into hell, etc., which means it will not change. Also, in special circumstances, how can it regress? It is said in the Sutras that the power of offering to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the blessing of great compassion are inconceivable, and the power of Mantras and rituals is immeasurable. Even if the Bardo of evil destinies has already been formed by virtuous deeds, it is possible to transform into the Bardo of gods, etc., due to the benefits of those virtuous deeds. In addition, the characteristic of lifespan is that it is uncertain in length from one moment of death to seven days, and it is said that there is no more than this time. Even after seven days, if the cause of birth is not found, then the life of the previous Bardo body will be exhausted and die, and a new Bardo body will be formed again. In this way, it is possible that the cause of birth may not be found even in seven weeks. After that, it will definitely be found, so it is said that there is no more than this time, which is based on the majority of cases. Secondly, the signs of the Bardo are the four paths of travel, the three terrifying cliffs, the six definite signs, the six uncertain signs, the four terrifying sounds, and so on. Wherever you go, if a path of white light appears, you will be reborn as gods and Asuras. If a black path appears, you will go to hell, if a red path appears, you will go to the Pretas, and along the yellow path you will enter humans and animals, etc. Similarly, because the karma of desire is strong, you will see a huge red cliff; because the karma of ignorance is strong, you will see a grayish-white cliff; because the karma of hatred is strong, you will see a dark cliff, which is a sign of falling into the three evil destinies. The four sounds are that when the four elements were not closed when you were alive, and the wind and thoughts were lost casually, because of the power of those habits, at this time of the Bardo, the subtle four elements of the earth realm are disordered, and you will hear a sound like a mountain collapsing, the water realm is disordered, and you will hear a sound like the ocean churning, the fire realm is disordered, and you will hear a sound like a forest being burned by fire.

风颠倒，所有的地方摇动，同时发出如雷鸣般的声音。依靠这些声音，会产生各种各样的恐惧和痛苦。确定的征兆是：以前会被墙壁等阻碍，现在不会被任何东西阻碍。以前说的话别人能听到，现在听不到。以前眼睛能看到日月星辰，现在看不见。以前会出现脚印等，现在不会出现痕迹。以前身体会有影子，现在没有。以前没有神通，现在会出现微弱的神通。这也是你处于中阴的征兆。看不见日月，出现非光明非黑暗的景象，这是因为体内没有白红明点。其他情况是因为没有具有阻碍的身体。不确定的六种情况是：住所不确定，食物不确定，衣服不确定，朋友不确定，行为不确定，心的显现方式不确定，刹那间变化和移动，像鸟毛被风吹动一样，飘忽不定。此外，还会有被凶猛野兽追赶，抛撒黑白业力石子，被暴风雪等追赶而寻求庇护，被阎罗卒役押解等，大多数是充满恐惧的错觉，多得数不过来。前世已死，后世未生，现在正处于中阴之中。用诀窍抓住要点，心想此时必须解脱，所以要持续不断地保持正念。第三，中阴的显现是：你现在所显现的各种不确定的景象，都是从自己迷惑的心中产生的。因为外境中没有独立存在的实物，所以觉得外形美丽、声音悦耳、气味芬芳、味道甜美、触感舒适等，都是错觉，不要执着。觉得外形丑陋、声音难听等，也是心的错觉，不要不悦。同样，显现为仇敌或亲友也是错觉，所以不要对显现为仇敌的产生嗔恨，不要对显现为亲友的产生贪恋。觉得冷热也是错觉，所以即使出现热的景象也不要恐惧，不要对寒冷产生

The definite signs are: Previously, one would be obstructed by walls, etc., but now one will not be obstructed by anything. Previously, when one spoke, others could hear, but now they cannot hear. Previously, the eyes could see the sun, moon, planets, and stars, but now they cannot see. Previously, footprints, etc., would appear, but now no traces appear. Previously, the body would have a shadow, but now it does not. Previously, there was no clairvoyance, but now subtle clairvoyance of a Khre'u type appears. This is also a sign that you are in the Bardo. Not seeing the sun and moon, and the appearance of neither light nor darkness, is because there are no white and red essences within the body. The other situations are because there is no body with obstructions. The six uncertain situations are: the dwelling is uncertain, the food is uncertain, the clothing is uncertain, the friends are uncertain, the behavior is uncertain, and the way the mind manifests is uncertain, changing and moving from moment to moment, like a bird's feather being blown by the wind, fluttering and unstable. Furthermore, there will be being chased by fierce wild animals, scattering black and white karmic pebbles, being chased by blizzards, etc., and seeking refuge, being led by Yama's messengers, etc., mostly illusions filled with fear, too many to count. The previous life has died, and the next life has not yet been taken, so now one is in the Bardo. Grasp the key points with instructions, thinking that one must be liberated at this time, so maintain continuous mindfulness. Third, the appearances of the Bardo are: all the uncertain appearances that manifest to you now arise from the illusions of your own mind. Because there are no independently existing objects in the external environment, the perception of beautiful forms, pleasant sounds, fragrant smells, sweet tastes, and comfortable sensations are all illusions, so do not be attached. The perception of ugly forms, unpleasant sounds, etc., are also illusions of the mind, so do not be displeased. Similarly, the appearance of enemies or friends is also an illusion, so do not be angry with those who appear as enemies, and do not be attached to those who appear as friends. The perception of hot and cold is also an illusion, so even if a hot appearance arises, do not be afraid, and do not be attached to the cold.

不要贪图温暖。即使寒冷的感觉升起，也不要害怕和痛苦。不要渴望和执着温暖。当自己显现为女性的形象时，不要贪恋男性，也不要憎恨女性。同样，当自己显现为男性的形象时，不要贪恋女性，也不要憎恨其他男性。如果产生贪恋和憎恨之心，就会进入胎生。中阴阶段显现的男性和女性也只是自己的心识显现而已，实际上并没有实体，所以不要错误地产生贪恋和憎恨。即使看到地方和环境似乎令人愉快，也要认为那是幻觉，不要高兴。即使闻到气味觉得香甜，也要知道那是无而显现，不要贪恋。即使看到刽子手和野兽等可怕的生物，也要知道那是无而显现的幻觉，不要害怕。对于这一切，都要用清醒的觉知来保持正念。此外，如果你产生贪恋、憎恨和罪恶的念头，就会滋养过去的恶业，毫无疑问会堕入三恶道。如果生起信心和慈悲等善念，就会滋养过去的善业，从而立即获得解脱，最终也毫无疑问会升入善道。因此，你不要执着于财物、用具、亲友等任何事物，不要产生吝啬之心。即使执着于这些事物，也已经分离了，现在没有相伴的缘分了。如果执着，就会在轮回中漂泊，所以要下定决心。此外，你去世后，留下来的人会供养三宝，布施众生，建造身语意的所依，侍奉僧众，还会顶礼、供养、祈愿、忏悔、举行仪式等，因此，这些伟大的善根会给你带来巨大的利益，不要悲伤。第四，如何修持诀窍：首先要认识到这是真实的中阴，因此要避免在这种状态下产生迷惑。尤其因为没有其他的救护和依靠，所以要把根本上师尊者某某，视为一切诸佛的化身。
