Of all the Buddhas, of all the sacred Dharmas gathered by teachings and realizations, of all the noble Sanghas abiding in the three vehicles, of all the deities residing in the families of the Tathagata, Vajra, Ratna, Padma, and Karma, of all the deities of essence, mudra, secret mantra, and lineage mantra, the truth of the ultimate Dharma realm, which is pure and inconceivable, and the truth of the conventional cause and effect, which is not deceptive, the Action Tantra, the Performance Tantra, the Yoga Tantra, the Unsurpassed Yoga Tantra, the deities of the peaceful and wrathful mandalas connected to the four great tantra classes, especially the deities of Vajra Vidarana, the glorious and holy Dharma-protecting guardians, endowed with the eye of wisdom, endowed with the feet of miraculous power, endowed with the strength of might, the working worldly messengers, the powerful and capable ones, by the blessing of the great truth. Having said this in general, if it is an enemy, it is a common enemy of the Buddha's teachings, an enemy of the body of the glorious lama, a slanderer of the sacred Dharma, an enemy of the Sangha, and those who harm all sentient beings, especially those who obstruct us yogis and our retinue from practicing the sacred Dharma, and harm the body, speech, and mind of the patrons and their retinue, and those who pervert thoughts and actions with evil spells, or past enemies held in hand, future enemies held in mind, present enemies who actually commit evil deeds, those who harbor evil thoughts and act violently and dare to take oaths, and the male gods of those who quarrel, the war gods, the maternal uncle gods, the local gods, the co-born gods, the life gods, the worldly and transworldly deities who protect and urge, whatever they may be, from the highest peak of existence to the lowest hell realm, in the middle of the three thousand worlds, in whatever direction or corner they dwell, listen! Thus it is said. If it is a disease, epidemic, or other obstacle, it harms the dwelling, body, possessions, retinue, Dharma practice, wealth, and happiness of us teachers and offerings, and it harms the teachings and activities.
