25.Title of the Treatise..g2.0f

English

Subduing all realms, not falling to the edge of peace, establishing in the supreme state, I pay homage to that尊. In order to ripen and liberate beings, the Vajra Holder spoke of the mandala rituals, which are not the realm of the foolish and arrogant, but only the wise who understand mantra enter. However, although the Victorious One's teachings, the three baskets, and the treatises of the two great chariots are doctrines that must be relied upon, the way present-day scholars act is that they cling to words and contradict the scriptures and practice, not being satisfied with their own long-studied Dharma, abandoning the food of nectar, and like dogs fighting over impure food. Again, some who claim to be great meditators, with arrogant and loud voices, cling to their words and abandon the special methods such as mandalas, which is like giving camphor medicine to an immature fever patient, causing deterioration. Again, seeing that those who engage in elaboration gain wealth and honor, they deceive foolish beings with false rituals that have no lineage and incorrect practice, and those who destroy their own practice because of the desire to know grammar and logic are like abandoning the affairs of the kingdom and constantly frequenting the house of a wine seller. Therefore, without falling into the two extremes of intellectual pride and the pretense of accomplishment, if you want to achieve the perfect fruit through the true path, you must rely on the Vajrayana in such a degenerate time, and its root is the pure, lineage-filled, and unerring empowerment, which is essential to know. This meaning should be understood in all respects. In this case, in the ritual of the glorious great wheel mandala, first, the ritual of taking disciples or praying to the deity and the guru and protecting is as described in detail in the scripture itself. That is, with the mandala of the Acharya, the disciple's prayer and questions and answers, the mandala is set up in the mandala, and after inviting the deity, the ten branches of the constant confession are practiced. For the purpose of protection, Oṃ(藏文:ཨོཾ), A(梵文天城体:अ), Mṛ(梵文天城体:मृत), Ta(梵文天城体:त), Hūṃ(梵文天城体:हुं)(梵文罗马拟音:oṃ a mṛ ta hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,阿,甘露,达,哈,吽), this is just giving the transmission of the short mantra of nectar swirling, but since these are not practiced by later people, it is enough to know its meaning.

In the vast land, the Torma, born from the melting of the five meats, five elixirs, and five wisdoms, transforms into a great ocean of nectar. O Vidyadhara, may the work of the mandala be accomplished as you wish. The Earth Goddess merges back into the earth itself. This is invoked from the Earth Goddess, the universal sovereign of the earth. If purifying the earth for a fire offering, do it at this time. Fourth, holding: This land is the basis for my glorious Vajrapani's near-practice. This land is the Vajra seat. I am the Bhagavan Shakyamuni. This land is Akanishta. I am the glorious Vajrapani, the master of the eighteen deities. Hold it in this way with your mind. The teacher sits on the mandala ground. Arrange the offerings. If you like elaboration, then as it says below, first give the Torma. Bless the place. If brief, then just make the offering and blessing, starting from refuge and generating Bodhicitta. Until the recitation is complete, contemplate the vast and complete manifestation of the self-generation mandala. Then, the disciples from the four directions replenish the previous offerings and bless them. The teacher contemplates offering to the mandala being visualized. With the three waters, near-practice, musical instruments, etc., offer only with mantras.
