我将如何行持？尤其在瑜伽续部中，守护难以获得的八条誓言。像左道行一样，断除以贪欲手印欺骗。断除自他平等之见，以及其他乘。具足此理，恒时依止手印，不离彼。不摇不动如莲花，享用子宫之精华。风心应被视为空性，关联是欺骗众生的谎言。不给予比丘尼精液而取之。自现空心，他者妇女。思维后所说之四种，如持明咒者皆不违越。从今直至无上菩提，我将如法守护。日夜三次安住与起立，入与圆满及加持灌顶。禅定供养，收摄修持。境相转为大乐。善处月亮汇聚之，荟供轮应善行。坛城禅定手印念诵，站姿坐姿火供供养。事业施作，收摄外之十种。遣除二者与秘密灌顶，以及智慧明妃交合。朵玛金刚橛，猛厉成办。安住坛城成办者，是为成办十种秘密之彼性。勇士之权不减损，亦不于任何处欺骗。极力隐藏左道行。嘿汝嘎吉祥瑜伽士，上师瑜伽母即是。以嚓汝恒时供养，见上师而欢喜，修行者以根本咒七次，伴随吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字努力顶礼后，供养佛等。凡所说之金刚乘，一切誓言律仪皆守护。一切道皆应依止，不作此以外之事。如是禅定修习，顶礼供养忏悔罪，随喜劝请祈祷，皈依发心持誓言。依止道之善根，以及其他三时之善根，以无余汇聚一体之力，无量无边的众生，皆成金刚乘之法器，愿一生迅速获得成佛。已修习共同道之传承，此生与轮回中，如闪电与火焰之坑

How shall I act? Especially in all the Yoga Tantras, I shall protect the eight vows that are difficult to obtain. Like the conduct of the left-hand path, I shall abandon deceiving with mudras of desire. I shall abandon the view of equality between self and others, and other vehicles. Possessing this truth, I shall always rely on mudras and not be separated from them. Unmoving and unwavering like a lotus, I shall consume the essence of the vulva. Wind and mind should be regarded as emptiness, and interdependence is a lie that deceives beings. I shall not give semen to a nun and then take it back. Self-appearing empty mind, other women. The four things spoken after contemplation, like all mantra holders, I shall not transgress. From now until unsurpassed enlightenment, I shall protect them properly. May we properly adopt virtue and abandon evil. Taking on the burden of all beings, May we generate the supreme mind of enlightenment. Realize the view free from extremes, Meditate on the union of calm abiding and insight. May we practice the ten virtuous actions, And cultivate the ten perfections. May we enter well into the three mandalas, Ripening the continuum with the four empowerments, Pacifying the ordinary appearances and clinging to elaborations, May we cleanse the dualistic appearances of subject and object. Knowing that samaya and vows, And ascetic practices are the root of the good path, Protecting them diligently as if protecting our life, May we safeguard them. Practice the four branches such as approach, The three yogas of samadhi, Subsequent yoga and extreme yoga, And the great yoga. Accumulate preliminary accumulations and accomplish conducive conditions, Purify the place of death with emptiness, Purify the bardo with sound, May we meditate on the profound samadhi. Subduing the armies of demons with the protective wheel, The Mount Meru of the four elements as the palace, Determining the place where enlightenment will be attained, May we purify the impure realms. All four elements of the place of origin tremble, Blessing the wheel of the channels, Guiding great bliss in that place, May the winds dissolve and ripen. Those causes, such as moon, sun, earth, and seeds, From the five manifest enlightenments, Vajradhara arises, In order to tame those with desire, May we practice equipoise with compassion. Sound dissolves and dissolves completely, Completing the letters in sequence with exhortation, Purifying the place of birth of the great bliss of the fruit, May we meditate on the path of the emanation body. May the path of maturation be cultivated! Through the subtle bindu's Tummo yoga, may the blissful emptiness deity body be attained, and as the winds dissolve into the central channel, may the single recollection be realized! With the pride of blissful emptiness appearing as the deity, may ordinary appearances and attachments be averted, and the vast seven branches of pure appearance, may they be realized in gross and subtle sequence! Especially the unique, may the mandala of the body be cultivated! In the heart, the hero and heroine, may the union of bindus be perfected! By arranging the four mothers in the heart, may the root winds be subdued! By blessing the offering channels, may the four elements be purified! On the pore channels, the eight mothers, by arranging them, may the branch winds gather, and the direct knowledge of the six senses, etc., may they become the cause of attainment through bliss! On the near four channels, the deities arranged, may they prevent the movement of winds and bindus! The supreme maturation of the completion stage, may the primordial mandala be cultivated! After superior insight and calm abiding are accomplished, by practicing the three aspects of conduct, after all actions and siddhis are accomplished, may the great benefit of beings be accomplished! May the twelve great deeds be accomplished without hindrance, may the eight kinds of accomplished siddhis be attained, may the Vidyadhara of desire and form realms become, may the eight qualities be attained! Not being content with that either, in order to accomplish unsurpassed enlightenment, without dependence on all activities, may the completion stage be cultivated! Individual withdrawal and meditation, and likewise, retention of vital energy, mindfulness, and samadhi, may the six branches be cultivated! One's own body is like illusion, it is the vajra's consort and characteristic. The treasure of complete bodhichitta, may the remainder of union be cultivated! The six families, seven families, and eight families, and the lama's five families, especially, may the characteristics of messengers and symbols be known, and may they be offered with devotion! May great delusion purify delusion, likewise pride and miserliness, and desire, jealousy, and great hatred, may the five wisdoms be accomplished! The supreme sustenance of all beings, the wish-fulfilling vase and the wish-fulfilling tree, just as they are, so may my, body, speech, and mind be! May empowerment, dharani, and liberation be attained, individual wisdoms, etc.! In the Avadhuti, bindus, etc., by cultivating, may the winds be gathered into the central channel,
