Heruka Mahāvajra and stvam. Gouṇa Roudri Vajra kharaṃ yogini. Kharaṃ takini. Pratītyajava liṃta khāhi. The great accomplished substance of equality, I offer to myself and the assembly of equals. The supreme gift of joy and equality dissolves into the nature of space. Please accept the offering of uncontaminated nectar. Mahāpañca amrita khāhi. From the ten places of Heruka and the eight great charnel grounds, I invite the blood-drinking retinue. In this supreme charnel ground, with new and old fields, along with stīra, I spread the red arghaṃ like an ocean. With the assembly of blazing ḍākinīs, please completely accept and hold it. Mahārakta khāraṃ khāhi. Then, embracing and entering into samādhi, I immerse it with the supreme offering of joy and satisfaction. Samaya ho. Samaya stvam. Bodhicitta spharaṇa phaṭ. This offering of the mind without object, all is the self-appearance of wisdom, in the nature of Vajrasattva himself. I offer the praise of the mothers, and also recite this song of power. Hrīḥ: Showing the form that desires supreme bliss through the intoxicating emptiness. Due to the power of those to be tamed, it is extremely frightening with the emptiness of Yama. Even in the peaceful form, it is extremely manifest with the emptiness of Brahma. By believing in the purity of all, may it appear in the three mandalas. In the pride of one's own mudra, the wrathful deity who appeared before, or Avalokiteshvara, or the fierce Yama, Rakshasa with nine heads and eighteen arms, contemplate the fierce wheel in the heart. Complete the recitation of the root mantra Rulu a hundred thousand or a million times. The external recitation of Rulu is: From the light of the Hum in the heart, the outer world is the palace, the inner fifty-eight burners, all proclaim the sound of the mantra, radiating outwards stimulates the samaya, gathering inwards obtains accomplishment. Om is the nature of the five wisdoms, Rulu the upper eight wrathful mothers, the lower eight flesh-eating messenger women, Hum is the ten blood-drinking fathers and mothers, Phet is the four wisdom gatekeepers, Bhyo is the twenty-eight powerful mothers. Rulu Hum accepts the offerings, blesses the samaya Dala, grants accomplishment to the practitioner, and liberates obstacles, demons, and enemies with compassion. The completely pure method of reciting Rulu is: In the palace of citta wisdom, in the place of rigpa wisdom hero, surrounded by five goddesses of meaning. From one's own Hum, eight blue syllables arise, radiating and gathering as before. Or on the lotus of the tongue, contemplate the vajra crescent moon of speech. From the Om, eight syllables of Rulu's light arise, radiating and gathering purify the obscurations of speech, think of hearing speech and obtaining accomplishment. The five aggregates are the five blood-drinkers. The five elements are the body of the mother. The eight consciousnesses are the eight wrathful mothers. Inseparable from the object is the consort. The distinction of view is the door-mother. The afflictions of desire and Discriminating thought are the nature of the independent mother. Like Mount Meru being like sesame seeds, The mandala of blood-drinkers is complete within oneself.
