Then, focusing awareness on reversing the bindu from the secret place upwards to the crown, and downwards from the crown to the secret place, meditate. Through practice, after some time, the body will move with ease and comfort. When the body is comfortable, speech will become gentle, and one will not want to speak. In one's own continuum, the mind will be at peace, and the experience of non-thought will naturally arise in bliss and emptiness. If this is examined, through such habituation to emptiness, the child of the bindu vajra will also descend, and that is the measure of practice. Another method is, instead of reversing the bindu up and down in that way, placing one bindu at the navel, one at the throat, one at the heart, and one at the crown, with one dissolving into the other, happiness will also increase. As the bindu of light becomes smaller and smaller, one's own awareness will also become more subtle, and the mind will also abide. Finally, in insubstantial emptiness, this is the method for initially training the mind for those whose minds have not turned towards manifest awareness. If one does not train, one cannot meditate, therefore, if one does not abide through the method of abiding, the mind will waver, therefore, one must do so through abiding. Now, one should begin to engage in the meaning of manifest awareness. Thus, awareness precedes everything, just as a skilled shepherd cares for sheep, showing how to slowly cultivate awareness. For those whose appearance of awareness is like a blind person, whose light of wisdom is interrupted, who cannot see the lamp of wisdom because they have no eyes, they should also be accepted with compassion, habituating themselves to the bliss of the consort through the mudra of skillful means, and learning the count of breaths, from one to two, and so on. Then, constricting the channels, pressing the channels of the eyes with the thumbs, showing the bindu, and focusing the mind on it, begin to meditate. Such an appearance, to the extent that one's own mind can reach, focus the mind on that, and awareness will also be like that. For hermaphrodites who do not have bindu, those whose compassion is interrupted should be accepted by focusing the bliss of wind and mind on the previous burning and dripping of the bindu, and meditating, the body will move with ease and comfort. From the opening of the genitals, the bindu will also certainly appear. The instructions for accepting those who have broken their lineage are complete. Ati! Gya gya gya! rtra nya! In the language of India: Aṣṭa mati krama! In the language of Tibet: Remembrance of the key points, the precious view, the secret door of instructions.
