Meditate on all substances as Bodhicitta. Meditate on the mantra practitioner as the king of the supreme vehicle. Hide in the non-duality as a treasure. Seal with the seal of the five mudras. We yogis and our retinue, And the male and female patrons of wealth, Protect all beings and avert obstacles. Bhyo! Seven yoginis who have departed from the west, A gathering of attendants of the Padma family, Six reside in the ranks of yoginis, One does not make the door of means. Red one with copper fangs, Holding a copper plate in her hand, Enjoy this ornamented torma, May you accomplish the work of subjugation. We yogis and our retinue, And the male and female patrons of wealth, Protect all beings and avert obstacles. Bhyo! Seven yoginis who have departed from the north, A gathering of attendants of the Karma family, Six reside in the ranks of yoginis, One does not make the door of means. Blue one with turquoise fangs, Holding a turquoise plate in her hand, Enjoy this ornamented torma, May you accomplish the work of wrath. We yogis and our retinue, And the male and female patrons of wealth, Protect all beings and avert obstacles. Thus, pile the torma on a clean place, Do not gather it until the smell dissipates. Divide those torma vessels into three parts, Leave one part unwashed, facing upwards. Fill the inside with barley or flowers, Offer it to the Three Jewels, This has the necessity of bringing auspiciousness. Throw away one part with washing water, For the washing water, there is the necessity of satisfying the hungry ghosts who are hoping for it and cutting off their suffering. Leave one part unwashed, facing downwards, Place the enemy demons under the hook of meditation, Beat the drum and suppress them, There is the necessity of pacifying obstacles and preventing the enemy demons from rising again. At the conclusion of the activity, beat the drum. At the time of suppression, bestow blessings and beat the drum. Therefore, the first bestowal of blessings is: Ala la hoḥ! Bhagavān! Samaya hoḥ! Samaya stvaṃ! Hūṃ! The time of the noble, compassionate one has arrived, The time of especially showing has arrived, The time of subduing enemy demons has arrived, The time of bestowing great blessings has arrived, The time of destroying great power and effort has arrived.

The emanation of wrathful mothers fills the earth. The emanation of small wrathful ones fills the intermediate space. The mothers and dakinis play in the realm of space. Because of abiding in the state of viewing, the dance is a dance without obstacles. Because of leading to the voice of Brahma, the song is sung without obstacles. Because of abiding in the mandala itself, the words are recited as the essence. Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ. By dancing upon the five afflictions, five medicines arise upon the five poisons. By dancing upon the ground of pride, abandoning pride, equanimity arises. By dancing upon the water of desire, abandoning desire, great bliss arises. By dancing upon the fire of hatred, abandoning hatred, emptiness arises. By dancing upon the wind of jealousy, abandoning jealousy, equanimity arises. By dancing upon the sky of ignorance, abandoning ignorance, wisdom arises. Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ. When a hundred or a thousand umbrellas arise, the sun of wisdom arises warm. Just arising, it does not set. I am the glorious great Heruka. By dancing with the right foot, it is the dance of suppressing male yogic ghosts. By dancing with the left foot, it is the dance of suppressing female yogic ghosts. By dancing with both feet, it is the dance of suppressing backstabbers and thieves. By dancing with iron hooves, it is the dance of suppressing earth lords and earth demons. Svaha, this should not be hidden, hide it in the depths of the great ocean. Suppress it, if it is not suppressed, then suppress it in the foundation of the great Mount Meru. May it not rise for a hundred kalpas, may the yogi not transgress the vows, if transgressing the vows, may it be scattered into dust. Sumba ni, स्तम्भ रक्ष मारण (Tibetan: སྟྭཾ་བྷ་རཀྵ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ནན，Sanskrit Devanagari: स्तम्भ रक्ष मारण，Sanskrit Romanization: stambha raksha marana, Literal meaning: Suppress, protect, kill).
